Came by here a few times and I liked that they have workers outside in the drive thru lane taking your order and paying too. The workers are nice and because of them being out there, it seemed that they are efficient on taking the orders face to face and paying. I love the kids nugget meal. It also comes with waffle fries and I opt for the ice cream that is delicious and hits the spot on a hectic day. Overall, I will definitely return as much as I can. read more

How have I not rated this Chick-fil-a here & i'm the duchess? Shame. on. ME. Well, this chick-fil-a isn't one of my favorites. Let me say that first. I understand there's always going to be teenagers working there but sometimes they can be a little rude :/ Customer service needs help - my husband has the best manners possible, using "ma'am & sir" regardless of age. But these kids don't care much, which bugs me a lot. No smiles, no eye contact, no greeting. The food comes out fast, like every other chick-fil-a. But for some reason, the breading on the chicken hasn't been all that great for a while (at this location). There's always too much to where the chicken isn't even cooked all the way on the inside (not appetizing). I'm all for those well-done fries though lol my favorite! as well as their lemonade & frosted strawberry lemonade. Oh, one more thing - I appreciate how they clean the benches and tables but my husband & I sat in a booth & our bottoms were both soaking lol This locations alright. We go just because it's the closest one to our home (20 mins away). I definitely prefer the one in San Marcos & Escondido. It's a plus that the owner is super awesome there too! read more

Even though it's fast food, I always feel like it's a little bit fresher than other places that are similar. The line can be long, though! I visited the Oceanside Chick-fil-A recently, and it was more wonderful than a first time customer could've dreamed!! Upon arrival there appeared to be a very long line of cars (good sign of food worth the wait), and a team of helpful staff outside ready to greet. Not only was this crew organized, they were efficient! We were immediately greeted by a polite young gentleman named Simon, and he was eager to ensure we received everything we were seeking. He walked with our car, taking notes and charming us with kindness. When Simon learned I was new to the experience, he stocked me up with one of every sauce, just to try. He topped off the order with some complimentary chicken nuggets. Excellent customer service, all other restaurants, please take note. We made it to the window in no time and were greeted by more friendly smiles. The crew inside was buzzing away, staying on top of each order detail. We paid and got our food quickly, amazed by the visit. Great food, incredible staff, I will be back again! read more

The only thing deluxe in this sandwich is the price. Their chicken sandwiches have changed. They have a new supplier and they are lacking chicken. I sent the first back and the second unbelievably was worse. Here's a photo of the second one. It's disappointing because they were incredible. My hope is they fix this. Extremely annoying ordering process. when you go to the trouble to make an order ahead of time and you go there to pick it up and it's not ready and you're told you need to let them know that you're here because they will not start the order until you notify them on the app. Isn't that what ordering ahead is? So I waited another 15 minutes after arriving at the location. Someone needs to explain t o them the purpose of the order ahead option. read more

Ever time I go to get myself chicken nuggets they always messed up my orders to chicken strips, today I got two orders of chicken nuggets one 12 counts and one 6 counts. 12 counts was good but 6 counts was actually 5 counts with 2 tiny burnt old pieces. It is so disappointing to come home from drive thru open your order and see what you got. I totally understand you guys are super busy but as a customer I paid to get good amount of food to feed my kids which I didn't get, so please check your orders before hand them to customers. read more

I came here on my lunch hour today and it was amazing as usual. The gal that helped me, her name was Amanda and just such a pleasure to be greeted so warmly. I'm not usually a person that does a lot of reviews but I do try to make it a point to do one when I'm genuinely surprised at the warmth, cleanliness and happy atmosphere at the establishment I go to. Food: OUTSTANDING!!! I always order 2 specific things: The Spicy Deluxe meal along or the Spicy Southwest Salad with avocado dressing (somethings on the same day lol) and they always come out perfect and fresh. Service: 10/10 FOR SURE! This restaurant chain has the BEST customer service you can find in America to which other food business should try to emulate them. They are always busy but every employee is happy, smiling and has a charismatic attitude that makes your experience wonderful. When you always finish your phrase "thank you'' they always reply "my pleasure". AWESOME!!!! Location: Placed in a tight turning plaza but the efficiency in how they handle traffic is 200%!!!. Their drive-tru is quick and easy to which they have truly mastered the process. This was the best fast food experience! At first I honestly thought it would be really bad, for years never tried it and when I tried it I was blown away from the flavor of the food! The employees were very nice to me. I would've never tried Chick-fil-A if youtuber Nick digiovani hadn't rated Chick-f il-A. The inside was very pleasant with fresh cut flowers on the table. I love coming here! I'm a daily irregular, I asked Lee love the staff here. The franchise owner Adam is amazing, and never ceases to amaze me how it doesn't matter what needs to be done in the store, he's never against getting down and dirty and doing it himself. It's really rare to see in a franchise owner and shows just how much he cares about his store. Josh, the store director is a super cool dude and he has a badass Camaro (Merica!). The assistant managers Kyle and Kevin are super friendly, they always go out of their way to converse with me and catch up on what's new. With friendly Associates like Brad, Sydney, Laura, Brandon, Steven, Haley, Eric, and the rest ( those were just the names I remember it off the top of my head). My favorite manager by far though is Bree. Anyone who follows Joe Rogan, and has such a happy disposition on life deserves to be commended in my books! If you come here, you will be happy, if you come here, you will be more than satisfied, if you come here and there's any problems, you better believe these people are going to take care of it. This used to my favorite location because they had the fastest, most accurate service. The last 3X's I've come they've either: messed up the order, not given me part of the order, or lost my order entirely and had me wait an extra 15 minutes in the parking lot (after already waiting the 15minutes in line). This is my favorite Chick-fil-A. Though I don't personally know the owner, over the years I have witnessed the contributions he has made to the local community. Many events I volunteered he served food free of charge from his restaurant. When I crave fried chicken nuggets this is my spot! The diet lemonade is delightful! It's so delicious you might think it has sugar... but it doesn't because you don't feel a sugar rush. The lines are long in drive through, but the service is fast and efficient. Haven't been here since Christmas, Normally the customers service is great when today a young lady by the name of Maison was pretty rude. I asked her if she had a menu she said no and did not offer to get one. I had to ask her well could you please get one. she then turned around walked slow and with an attitude then grab a menu out of another employees hand. Returned and just held it up with an again an attitude. it was very rude and very unpleasant. The last thing i expected after a 10 hour shift at my job at a hospital. I hope someone speaks to her we are all dealing with Covid,long shifts, and a little nice can go a long way. read more

Short answer - go to another location if possible. My husband and I came to this location, after a bad experience being optimistic about it. The lady taking our order trying FOUR times & the person helping her train just keeps sending her back...not actually making sure we are being taken care of. They keep make us going forward. We get the window & are now barely paying and finalizing our order. We had 20 cars...that we counted go in front of us. It's quite ridiculous. So listening to the Mighty 1090 radio station and they mentioned Chick-fil-A is serving fish for a limited time. Whaaaat? I know what they do with chicken so I was thinking how amazing would be the fish? So I went to this location and as it's been a while (pretty much stopped since they don't do spicy chicken biscuits anymore, hmmph!), I see some things have changed. Long line, but they had staff taking orders along the drive thru line and I was even able to pay for my order while still in line, which was moving pretty well. Came near the menu section and saw they have roof coverings that have heaters pumping some warm air down as you sit for a moment in line. Very nice! Almost felt like camping there! Anyway, BUMMER! This location doesn't serve the Chick-Fil-A Fish sandwich! Awww maaaaan! I was so looking forward to it! Settled for the spicy chicken sandwich combo instead. Sandwich and waffle fries were the usual goodness, the staff was the usual Chick-Fil-A friendly but giving only 4 stars because they didn't serve the fish sandwich, and still don't do the spicy chicken biscuit. C'mooooon! Bring it back! And make that fish sandwich available! Until then, even though the food was good and staff was great and the heater warming was a nice surprise, I still don't see myself coming back anytime soon. Oh wait.
