The food at Chic-Fil-A will always be good, but some of them don't have the best service. We stopped here for breakfast and it took forever to get our food. We were 1 of 2 cars in line so I was very surprised it took so long. The service is always outstanding here, so I was sad when it was this bad. We had to go back inside because they didn't have coffee ready, and they forgot to put an item in our bag. Ultimately we got our food and it was great, but the service could be better! read more

Not only is the food good, everyone is always so incredibly nice and they have so many fun events throughout the month! Thank you to the employees for a very easy and enjoyable experience. We ordered a party platter through their website and went in at 530pm on a weekday to pickup; this is probably a busy time for them, but they were great about getting everything ready. The employees were very nice and accommodating, and even helped carry items out to the car. I was very impressed with what all came with the party platters--we ordered a few jugs of ice tea and lemonade as well, and the employees were great about giving cups and even a big container of ice! Monday at noon in drive thru. After a long drive we hit the drive thru on the way to an appointment. Nobody cleared this extra stop with the baby who cried the moment we started to order until we pulled up to the window. The girl was very patient with us as we tried to calm baby and order at the same time. She read us back the order to make sure all was correct. When pulling up to the window she was super up beat and friendly. I asked for a straw for the kids milk and she promised one would be in the kids meal bag. It was! And get this... we had napkins, Lots! We didn't even have to ask for them. The food was prepared correctly, not an item missing and we received all the sauces we asked for. Will definitely be back. Love having more food options so close to children's/Methodist hospital. Friday at 6pm. Dining room and bathrooms need some TLC. Food is great. Friendly service. Sticky tables and benches. No working men's restroom. Some men had to accompany small children into the women's and some women weren't okay with that. Bathroom issues need to be addressed immediately. Some men aren't comfortable going into the women's and sometimes they don't have a choice and have too when a men's is unavailable. read more

I caved and wound up here at 9pm on Tuesday. My drive through experience was good. The line moved fast. The employees were extra kind and helpful. My No. 1 combo was surprisingly excellent -- their signature chicken filet sandwich, salad (swapped out fries) and a sweet tea for a cool $8. I enjoy eating fast food in my car from time-to-time. It's better than waiting till you get home and having your hot food cold. I chomped my meal down feverishly, feeling kind of guilty as I enjoyed each bite. The big surprise of my meal was the salad -- a small serving of fresh and healthy greens unlike any other fast food salad I've had before. Overall, the entire meal was a win. Chick-Fil-A's reputation of their higher-ups not embracing diversity makes me sick. But damn, their food is pretty good. read more

Quick service and a clean location, but I ordered the chicken strips and couldn't have been more disappointed; the strips were about two inches long and an inch wide. The tiny little box they came in had me thinking they messed up my order...but NOPE, these things were honestly the size of a single kit-kat bar (not a big kat) and they called them chicken strips. I've never seen such sad chicken strips before. The waffle fries were great, as was the chicken sandwich I went up and ordered after accomplishing the daunting task of consuming the world's most intimidating chicken strips. If those are the actual chicken strips Chick-Fil-A serves nationwide they should be ashamed of themselves. read more

Normally Chick Filet is one of those places where everyone is weirdly nice, we were surprised when we went this time and this was not the case. First, during the drive through the lady taking our order continued to cut me off which just kind of started the experience badly, after everything I ordered she told me my total as if I had said that was it, she never even asked if we wanted to order anything else. Then, when we got to the window, the guy basically threw our change at us causing it to all fall on the ground next to the car. After this, he did not even acknowledge that it had happened and just kept staring at us. We were almost home when my boyfriend reached into the bag to eat a fry and realized they weren't in there!! We then called Chick Filet and told them they forgot our fries and we were coming back. When we got back to the window, the lady (who I believe may have been a manager because she was wearing a button up) asked us if we just forgot to order them!!! she did not say sorry or anything. Only asked us if we had forgotten to order them or if they had really forgotten ton give them to us. We told her that we had definitely ordered two #2 meals that came with fries and had not gotten our fries. She then handed us the saddest orders of fries I have ever seen. The containers were half empty. This was a bad experience all around. Very disappointing. Probably won't come back here for a very long time as this was actually upsetting. read more

We ordered 2 Chicken Nugget trays, 2 Chick-n-strip trays, and 2 fruit trays for roughly 50 people. Not only was the food great, but the service was excellent as well. I dealt with 3 separate employees over the telephone and every one of them were professional and courteous. When the food was delivered, the Restaurant Operator, Ed Douan personally dropped it off. Everything we needed for our employees was included, sauces, utensils, napkins, and even wet wipes and mints.
