Came to eat with my 5 year old daughter while she was playing I went to get a refill on my drink and my daughter comes running towards me saying some little girls were being mean and the same little girls ran to there mother saying my daughter was being mean so the mother turns to me and says your daughter has been mean multiple times now to my kids and its four girls that look around the age of 6 years to maybe 8 years old so I told the mother it's probably all of them doing the same thing and she got upset and went to sit down my daughter just turned 5 years old and while I was getting a refill my daughter went back to play and while she walked back to the playground the woman screams at my child and says GET AWAY FROM MY KIDS !! so my daughter came to me and told me she screamed at her so I approached the women and told her not to yell at my child and she started cussing at me telling me to GET THE FUCK AWAY FROM HER talked about my appearance all In front of children and customers I was told by a worker if I wanted the police called I said yes but nothing happened the women was able to stay and eat and I was asked to go to another chic fil a instead of the person who was rowdy and Disrespectful people like this women feel Entitled and this is exactly why things like this happen all the time because there are no consequences for them they are allowed to scream at children who don't belong to them cuss at people and still stay in the establishment read more

I was here late last night for dinner between 9 pm. and closing time at 10 pm. I was waiting down the street to pick someone up from a school. This restaurant was clean outside and inside. They had flowers on the tables, perhaps normally or still from Valentines Day. I ordered my meal to eat here and then I ordered at the last minute to surprise my friend with a meal. The workers here were very kind as usual. They seemed to be having fun, in good spirits, and enjoying their jobs. For my meal, I ordered 12 count nuggets, medium waffle fries, and a medium sweet tea. Everything was tasty for sure!!! They even got all my side sauce counts right! 3 bbq sauces, 1 honey roasted sauce, and 1 CFA sauce. Love them all !!! Just before leaving, I ordered my friend the regular CFA chicken sandwich, medium waffle fries, and a medium fruit punch. My poor friend! She was so hungry after school that she ate and drank all her stuff before I dropped her off 12 minutes later at her home. Apparently, she thought it was all really good too! I am a big fan of Chic Fil A so this saddens me to write! I placed a pickup order, so not to have to deal with long waits as my lunch is only half an hour! I go inside and stand in the pick up line, it took them 11 minutes to bring my order out! All I ordered was a Cobb Salad! Ridiculous! I might as well have went through and ordered in the drive thru window! On top of that, I asked for a printed receipt and was told, they don't do that! Mind you, I have always asked for printed receipts and have always got one! So, I was a little more than annoyed at this point! I asked another associate, for a printed receipt and she was a little ire enthusiastic about helping me! She did print out my receipt and the other lady just made an ugly face towards me! They were taking too long to get customer orders so i went across the street to in n out instead. Says alot especially since in n out takes forever. Chick fil a locations always take one order then prepare that persons order in order to take another order when they have like 10 people in the back working. Very counter productive. The food was hot and fresh and one of the best meals I have ever had at chick fil a! But what really did it for me was the service it was above and beyond, it was even better than a lot of restaurants I've been to. I was greeted multiple times upon entry and helped immediately then my food came out quick. They had an employee (I believe his name is David) walking around checking on each guest, getting refills, taking the trays. He was more attentive than a server in a restaurant and he was constantly nice and always happy to check up on us. Best experience I've ever had at a chick fil a. Enjoyed my visit today as I got to witness the training of new staff. Nikki was the lead trainer for the new staff; her name is Winter. Winter had great customer service, answered all the questions she new answers too, and Nikki filled in the blanks for options on the menu. I would recommend trying different sauces as they bring fun flavors to the food. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo and a chicken nuggets combo. Why is this chain so popular? It's been 15 years since I tried it and, since then, I have seen Thor popularity soar past In n Out in regional popularity. This location has both of these chains sharing a parking lot. There must have been 40 cars waiting for Chick and 7 for In n Out. After about 25 minutes, I had my chicken in hand and drove off to find some shade to park in. My grilled chicken sandwich was terrible. No flavor whatsoever. It badly needed salt and their bbq sauce was also tasteless. The waffle fries were cold and undercooked. Just great after waiting this long for my food. The kale crunch salad was actually the best thing I tried. It will be another 15 years before I try this slip again. read more

This chick fil a is terrible. The past three times we have gone through this locations drive thru we have had an issue every single time. If I could give a 0 I would. 1st time : There was a FLY cooked into my sandwich and it was so disgusting but the manager I spoke with was so kind and helped resolved it by giving me a refund. 2nd time: They didn't cap the drinks all the way and it leaked into the box and all over my lap and all over my car seats because of a simple mistake that should be checked easily. 3rd time: Today they give us flat drinks with no syrup ? Do you know how frustrating it is when you get home and your Order is wrong ? I called and spoke to a manager name Alex and all she offered was for us to drive back and get new ones ? She didn't really seem to care and did not prioritize my complaint on the fact that we have had an issue every time we came here. That's pointless that's the whole point of going through drive thru is for the convenience not for the inconvenience of having to come back because of the mistakes they make.
