So glad CHICK-FIL-A is open late. We just came from a Citizens Business Bank Arena in Ontario and were a bit famished. We were trying to hold out because the food INSIDE was kinda pricey. Great food for fast food. Parking lot is large and free. Service is quick and accurate (which is amazing coz this is a fast food establishment after all). The only "complaint" I have is that they ran out of coffee and had no intention of vrewing anymore even though the dining room is full and the line to order is still long enough to reach the door. read more

I am pregnant and have spent 9+ hours driving across states today. Our family stopped at the Rancho Cucamonga location to order a salad I was totally craving and chicken nuggets to feed our kids. This store did not allow for ordering at the counter, so we waited in an absurdly long drive-through line. There were countless employees working to cover the busy dinner rush but most seemed more interested in chatting with each other than getting our order correct. I ordered a salad with ranch and a 30 count chicken nuggets with 5 BBQ and 5 Polynesian sauce. Employees failed to include dressing, toppings, or even a fork with my salad! Also, only 4 BBQ sauce and no Polynesian for my kids to eat 30 chicken nuggets with. I seriously want to cry right now. After such a trying day, I'm now starving with a dry salad and not even a utensil to eat it with. I've never in my life had such a terrible experience at chick-fil-a but they really failed this time. Please encourage your employees to pay more attention to the orders and less time chatting with each other. I stopped here for breakfast on my way to work about a week ago, craving the chicken minis and hashbrowns. I was excited because I haven't had it in so long! Service was quick and friendly, so no problem there. But the food quality...oh no. The little biscuit roll things tasted freezer burnt. The chicken itself was ok but didn't seem as fresh as I remember. The biggest problem was the hashbrowns. They were lukewarm and had a fishy taste, like fryer oil that needs to be changed. Immediately I was worried about possibly getting sick so I decided not to eat it BUT I was already a couple miles from the store so couldn't just go back to make it right. This is not what I paid around $9 for. I was able to find another CFA location and learned that each store is independently owned so they aren't usually able to help with a problem at another store. They made an exception for me this one time, which I SUPER appreciate. So the Hidden Valley store in Norco was great!! I've never encountered such rude employees at any chick fil a location like this one. Threw my breakfast at me and said "here" then walked away. Was nothing but polite. Went back the next day to get dinner and again encountered the same rude employee. Definitely would not recommend going here unless you want employees messing with your food and being rude. read more

Although there is no sign mentioning so, they close the inside at 9 (no more ordering inside, dining in, or curbside) and it's drive thru only until they close at 10. Take my wallet, Chick-fil-A! Why are you SO good? My fiancé and I dined in here tonight before heading to a concert and while it was absolutely packed, the line moved quickly and there was plenty of clean seating. There's a ton of employees working at any given time and if you dine-in, they actually bring your food to you. Even more classy, there's a real flower arrangement in a vase on each table. Why did I remove two stars? Our food took longer than expected to get to us even when we didn't have a complicated order. I saw many families who were behind us in line get their meals before us. They also warmed up our cookies even though I asked for them to not be warmed up. They are so messy and too gooey when heated. Lastly, they start packing up the chairs in the dining area around 8 p.m. even though they close at 10 p.m. This was being done even when there was a long line inside. It was off-putting and unwelcoming. There's a play area for kids in the back so it's fairly loud in the restaurant (to be expected).
