I first stepped in and it was supper busy and thought this will take forever. I soon made it to the line and was amazed at how quickly the assisted customers and how efficiently they worked quickly I was at the front of the line and was going to get my food to go because I didn't want to deal with the crowds. I looked around and watched the employees working hard to clean up tables for new customers to sit so I changed my mind and decided to eat there. I walked away thinking how will they know or bring me my order and a completely different employee brought the food right to me. Wow impressed! Then I asked where the ketchup and he made sure I stayed seated to relax as he brought me some. They have gotten my order messed up sometimes but when i tell them, they are very nice about it and usually let me keep whatever i had which is cool and makes up for the mistake lol . I just came for breakfast today. Ordering food through drive thru was great. Pulled up to the window and i paid. The girl in the window handed me my cup that already had a poem straw. I asked the girl at the window if I could get another straw. I'm sure I'm not the only one who doesn't like a open straw in their cup that wasn't put in by themselves. She snatched the straw out of my hand. So I said to the girl "you didn't have to snatch the straw out of my hand" and she says "what? I just took it out of your hand" I said "no u snatched it. You even scratched me in the process of taking it out of my hand." So she rolls her eyes and says oh I'm sorry and walks off. I did a mobile order at 1:38 and received the notification that my food was ready a couple minutes later. I approached the door where they were handing out the food for the online orders and gave my name to the dude there. After they had me wait 20 minutes in the hot sun with no shade just to tell me my order was somehow "lost in the system". I didn't receive my food until 2:10 and their dumbass forgot to give me straws for my drinks so I had to go back and get that. I haven't been here in over a month and since I got a car update, I needed to keep my car on, so I stopped by to get a 4 piece. Typically, their manager is great about making sure people are happy and the food is fresh but when I got my chicken strips, they were warm and look like they had been sitting. Given that I don't eat fast food much, I expect the #1 restaurant in the US to check their food for freshness and not give an attitude about remaking them. Will not come here again... This CFA is always clutch. The very few times they've made mistakes on my orders (out of the probably hundreds of times I've been there now), they've quickly corrected themselves and thrown in a complimentary cookie or ice cream just for good measure. Their customer service can't be beat. Their food is consistently good as well. I've also ordered catering from them for events and they're extremely helpful when delivering and always arrive on time. I love this location. I always use their drive-thru during lunch, they are super fast even though they are busy and the food always comes out good! Today, in particular, they got my order wrong (I'm thinking they got orders mixed up at the drive-thru), I went inside and showed them my receipt and they genuinely felt bad and offered me an ice cream cone. My favorite thing about Chick-fil-A is that it's not fancy, it's just plain delicious. It's one of the only "fast food" restaurants where I can honestly say that I love everything. My favorite things is the Chick-fil-A sandwich with pepper jack cheese added to it. I'm a sauce person so I will pour a side of Polynesian dipping sauce all over it. It's a little on the sweet side but it's so good. This place also has the best Oreo milkshakes. Customer service is always great here. They lose a star for being closed on Sunday. read more

First time dining in this chick fil-A. What a joke! Enter the restaurant and look to my right and I see a worker changing his shoes, using a table as foot stool WTF! I wanted to leave but the kids wanted to eat. Ordering is easy and quick. Food is good, ordered an assortment of sandwiches, nuggets and fries. As we're eating the workers friend's start entering the restaurant and order their food. The workers start eating with them, which wouldn't be a problem. But the line to order starts back up, causing some people to receive incomplete orders. Then we have to overhear people complaining. Maybe the workers shouldn't have their social hour when it a busy time or change in an open area. Worst dinning experience at a chick fil-A! read more

On our way to Vegas, we decided to stop by to find some food. We exited the fwy and much to my happiness, we stumbled on Chick-fil-A. It has been years since I have had Chick-fil-A. I didn't even know this was a chain. The only Chick-fil-A that I had ever been to was the one in Del Amo. Anyways, I ordered the original chick-fil-A sandwich meal with fries and lemonade. The chicken was moist and yummy, however part of the lettuce was rotten...yuck. The fries were great and so was the lemonade. Reminded me of hot dog on a stick lemonade. Bf ordered the nuggets which were really yummy. The taste like real chicken, unlike McD's super deep fried nuggets. We also ordered a slice of cheesecake. That was super yummy but was super tiny. This place is so awesome! Extra star for having all the sauces available to the public near the napkins and straws. I was surprised that they weren't stingy with their sauces like McDs and other fast food joints. read more

in northern california, we don't have the luxury of having many Chick-Fil-A's.. all of my friends from all over the nation have told me to try it. so on this trip to to southern california to see a wedding, the boyfriend and i went to chick-fil-a! now i don't know if the GREAT FOOD is going to be consistent in every location, but i give the food and the chick-fil-a in ontario mills, a faaaaaaaantastic 5 stars. i feel like a fatty saying this.. but we went there twice in a day it was so delicious. now if only chick-fil-a made it to san francisco! even though i'm sure most san franciscans would be pissed that a place that serves such delicious chicken sandwhiches would be closed on sundays. read more

Today i had the worst exp ever! i knew my meal would take 10 min to make since it was a lunch item, i didn't have a prob with that, the issue was after they gave me my meal i asked for my coffee i hadn't received yet. the person poured my coffee half full and stated she needed to brew more it would be 2 min so i said ok...i waited 5+ min and she finally gave me my coffee which was now cold since she didn't throw out the half she poured earlier. and my fries and nuggets were also cold. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! i spend all this money for a cold meal and cold coffee that should have been hot. Normally i would give them a 5 but today they changed my view. the girls were all too busy talking about their Christmas to deal with the customers. read more

The Managment and staff run this place like a causal dining restaurant with table service WOW! Steve I believe is a manager is going from table to table delivering food, greeting customers coming in, checking back with us at the table, and even taking our trays. That guy is awesome. As usual there was a line of 8+ cars in the drive-thru at lunch, which is normal and I don't have a problem with that. My problem was receiving the incorrect order once I got back to my office. The deluxe chicken sandwich was not deluxe, it was the original chicken sandwich. The other part of the order was the Grilled Market Salad that had NOTHING grilled in it. There was lettuce, nuts, fruits and NO chicken!!! I double checked the website and the Grilled Market Salad is supposed to have chicken, but mine had none whatsoever, not even a sniff of chicken and now I'm still hungry after paying for an $8 salad, thanks Chick-fil-A.... read more

So I'm not just leaving this establishment with a terrible taste in my mouth, this is the closest location to where I live and UGH just terrible first off the wait was super super long inside, there were more than enough people working but only one ringing up customers, what kind of nonsense is that? Then when getting my food my fiancé finds two hairs in her fries and she went to the manager and he was so unapologetic and asked if it could be her hair! (The hairs were inside the fries so it couldn't even been that) he gave us another order of fries but was super rude about it and made another associate give it to us when he was already right in front of us, I'm not one to talk bad about anything but I know bad customer service when I see it, especially when I always go to this location but NOT ANYMORE. read more
