Went for the first time asked for a cobb salad because it looked delicious and they didnt add the egg

The food is super tasty and the employee's are super friendly. I've never had an issue here. My orders have always been accurate (except one time and the following time the order was fixed). I've tried just about everything on the menu. My fave breakfast items are the chicken biscuit combo with cheese and a sweet tea or the minis. For lunch/dinner the Chickfila sandwich, chicken salad sandwich or the chargrilled chicken club sandwich w/the honey roasted bbq sauce and mayo. The waffle fries, sweet tea, shakes, brownies, and chicken strips are all very tasty as well. Most of the sauces are good. For the last two years I have catered food from here for Halloween and everything has been tasty and perfect. I like the fact that this Chickfila is always giving back to the customers as far as free food or hosting events. I think that's awesome because it shows how much they value their customers by doing things like that. I remember they used to have this family deal on Thursdays that was worth every penny. Would be nice, if they brought that deal back. I have been coming to this location since the day they opened, and I will continue to come. By far it's the best. The food is a bit on the pricey side but it's filling, tasty and worth every penny. It's also cool that they have a text set up where they keep you in the loop on specials or events. Great service food was good. Don't get the milkshakes! I don't know if it's a nation wide thing but they use water based ice cream. Even McDonald's uses real ice cream. Oreo shake was gross- threw it out. I'm surprised. read more

So me an mom were super ready for some food but then we went to the restroom an it looked as if the valentines day massacre had happened there! We ran out an my mom almost threw up. I love this place ,but I can't go to places that dont check their restrooms often enough who knows how long it was like that. This Chickfila is a good little fast food restaurant. I'd give it 5 stars if it were just compared to other fast food chains, but since its fast food I'll keep it at a 4. Always clean adn the food cant be beat for taste, though it is a little expensive. read more

LOVE Chick-fil-A!!! This is my most favorite fast food EVER! I was really impressed at how nice the store looked and for as busy as it was it appeared very clean. The server was very accommodating when I changed my order. I had the 3 piece chicken strips. The sauces are great! I love the Buffalo wing sauce the best! My waffle fries were not as hot as I thought they could of been. Really liked the staff that came around and asked us if we would like refills on our drinks. Unheard of!!! I honestly don't understand what everyones fascination is with Chick-fil-A, but I will say that it's slightly better than the 'usual' fast food places. The quality of the food seemed about on-par with Mcdonalds or Wendy's. The chicken doesn't have a particularly 'natural' texture or flavor to it. The waffle cut fries are pretty tasty though. Chick-fil-A is decent, but very much hyped. I prefer deli-sandwich restaurants over burger joints in general though. read more

Best customer device I've had in a long time. Workers took interest in my day, made conversation, made everyone that came in and out feel super welcome. Just as I was about to leave the manager offered to refill my drink and threw my trash away. Also noticed a customer came back with a messed up order and it was completely remade and customer was given a gift card with no hassle at all. read more

Ordered the grilled chicken club entree on door dash thinking it came with fries and asked for pickles in the side and paid $9.05 plus delivery fee. Not only did I not get any fries but also did not receive my side of pickles. The prices are ridiculous and their much higher on door dash. Feeling a bit ripped off!!! My first time here at Chick-Fil-A and I promise I won't be my last. I work in the fast food/restaurant business and the customer service was excellent ! I had a sweet girl name Taylor Willis help me , she helped me pick out my order and suggested I tried the chick-fil-a sauce with my fries and chicken nuggets. Which is BOMB by the way. First off let me say to all the 1 star reviews complaining about the time and the long line, go to another chick fil a. Use your common sense and realize that this one would be very busy. It's right next to Ontario Mills which has millions of shoppers annually, it's right off the exit from the 10 freeway, and the 15 freeway is about a mile to the east. Given the amount of people they serve, the time I spend there is next to nothing. Yes it may be a slight wait, but when you consider how busy it is it's no wait at all. Also I work at a store near the restaurant and I have gotten lunch from them on a regular basis, no matter the line length they always have their shit together. And the manager is extremely sweet and visits in the store I work at, literally the only complaint I could have is the wait but that isn't their fault; we're in Southern California and I think that kind of sums it up, for example don't go to Disney land and complain that it's crowded. Don't waste your time on daddy daughter night or special events at this chick fila. I left with my kids in tears because they told us the event ended at 8 so I made my kids eat their dinner before getting in line for balloon animals. When we got in line at 7:45 we were turned away and told we were too late! Thanks a lot Chick Fila for breaking my kids hearts and not making it right! I had left a 5 star review in the past, until we met this rude and unprofessional manager named Aaron!!!!! Me and my 3 year old son were waiting for my wife and mother while we eat our chicken sandwiches which were very yummy. My wife and mother had ordered a burger from across the street and came into chik-fil-a, and were immediately greeted by this rude manager named Aaron saying ladies were about to close you can't be here, little did he know that they were going to join me and my son while we finish eating... My wife replied I'm just going to wait for my family .. His reply "hmmm ok" with an ugly face and rolled his eyes at my wife.. I got up and asked another employee for his name, and the employee said that's "Aaron the manager, he's on a good one today" they're own employee said the manager had a nasty attitude!!! Okay so because I really love this establishment, I'll leave 3 stars, two for the food and 1 for customer service. This was by far, the worst experience I've ever had at Chick fil a. The attendant outside was super rude and tried to rush us and on top of that, they gave us the wrong soup. I come to this chick fil a all the time and always have had good service but the other day that I went I had honestly the best customer service I've ever had anywhere! My chicken nuggets were crisp, fries hot, and my sweet tea extra sweet BUT the best part of my time there was STACY! I always avoid this chick fil a because of traffic and service. Cashier Abigail was rude to us as soon as we stepped up to the register. She didn't have the chick fil a attitude. She would fit in at McDonalds perfectly. She took our order with a stupid rushed tone and then when we were done she gave us the sauce container and just stared at us. Not a thank you or anything. I had to ask for sauces and when I told her what I wanted, this hungover looking soul dropped the sauces into the container 6 inches away from it and dropped them in there with force. And then she once again just glared. To make it even better here, she saw her coworker behind us and started saying her name and talking to her with us right in front of her. At this location I can always sense the fake forced interactions. Please hire older employees not ones that look like they should be in high school right now. read more

We haven't been for awhile but we always know we will get a good meal, except tonight. First off, they don't carry coleslaw any more, which was my favorite. Secondly, the chicken nuggets were burnt so was the spicy chicken sandwich my husband ordered and the fries were raw. We love going there to eat when we are in the area for hockey.
