There's nothing worse than waiting forever in a drive through just for your order to be messed up. I ordered a breakfast bowl NO HASHBROWNS. And a 4 piece nugget. The price was different ok which should have been my first sign cuz I go here with work friends often. It looked right on but then I open up my bowl and have to pick out potatoes . Eating on the go with my busy work on the road sucks having to do for someone's mistake. Nothing worse than picking through your food to pull out things you didn't want. So sad I'm giving them 1 star but finally did a review after this. Everytime we go and take it back to the parking lot where we eat and wait for our next shift we are missing stuff. This is the only chick fil a Ive been to where the staff has been rude and not helpful. We informed the cashier how long we'd been waiting and she just yelled to keep waiting. My cousin and I came here on a Friday during lunch time. Between 12pm-1:30. I figured it would be busy since it was lunch time but not as busy as it was. This Chick-Fil-A is right next to an In N Out so parking was crazy and there was people everywhere. We walked in and there was no place to sit. As we were waiting in line tables started to clear out then we found a table a real quick after we ordered. We ordered our food to dine in, we waited about 10 min before we started realizing that the people who were in line behind us started getting their food before us. I called over a waiter who took my receipt to check on our order. He came back and said that our order had been over looked and was never sent out. ‍ Since we waited a lil over 10 min. he offered us a complementary cookie or ice cream. My cousin and I pick the cookie. We were expecting a small lil snack size cookie, instead he came back with our order plus two big chocolate chip cookies and three complimentary Chick-Fil-A Be Our Guest sandwich gift cards. My cousin and I got excited. As always our food was delicious of course, just a lil bothered it took a while to get our order since we were really hungry. First time Chick-fil-A eater over here! This review is really more like 3.5 stars, so I rounded up. My friend went through the drive thru, and it sat in the car with her for about 10-15 minutes before I could eat... so take this review with that in mind. *Spicy Deluxe sandwich - this was really good. The chicken was spicy, but not excessive. I picked off the pickles, as chicken and pickles is not to my liking. The bun was soft and buttery. Lettuce and tomatoes seemed fresh, and not the butt end of the veggies. The chicken was moist, but not very crunchy. Maybe I'm too use to Wendy's spicy chicken sandwiches. I asked for mayo on the side, but ended up not using it. Just dipped it into the yummy Chick-fil-A sauce. 4/5 Stars *Chick-fil-A Nuggets - not bad... but not great. A bit too salty for my taste. And again, not crispy. Was this because they sat in the car steaming in their box? Probably... so I won't use that factor against the rating. I used these nuggets to try out all the awesome sauces. These were the perfect delivery system. And you can clearly tell these are ACTUAL CHICKEN PIECES. Not some fake chicken patty that you get at other fast food places. Dipped in sauce, these were good. On their own, not so much. 3/5 Stars *Waffle Potato Fries - lacked flavor. These were cooked just to the point of the potatoes to be fully cooked... but they were not crispy. I don't think this had anything to do with sitting too long... the color of the potato was still very pale. Nail in the lemonade! Missing fruit cup! Disgusting experience on May.5 visit. 1st I redeemed my points for a fruit cup, they scanned my barcode and deduct the points. Then when CFA brought food to me, they told me fruit cup inside the bag. I did not double check and just drove back to company. ce I open the bag, no fruit cup, even no ketchup. I thought this is a mistake, and did not plan to complain. At 2:30 pm I finish up the lemonade, the disgust thing happen, I feel somehing in my month. It is a nail! OMG a nail in lemonade! Called customer service and they insisted this is from lemonade seed. I know what lemon seed looks like, the lemon seed peel is thin and soft, and this thing is just same as our human nail (even after 2+ hour in the lemonade it is still hard). If you can bring me a lemon with such hard peel, I will delete this review. I am not going to this place again, horrible experience. read more

Went to this location and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich for a late lunch. When I got home, I started eating the sandwich but it seemed as though the meat wasn't affixed correctly on the bun.. no biggie, it happens! What I didn't expect was to find that there was only meat the size of a nugget at the very end of the bun! I would have taken it back but I was tied up working. I took a different route. I called to speak to the manager. I ended up leaving a message, still no return call. I'd expect better service from Chick-Fila. The person that put the sandwich together had to have known that the fillet was faulty but used it anyways. Manager also dropped the ball by not returning my call. I'd be very reluctant to patronize this location again. $5.64 for a bun and a nugget is a "clucking" joke! read more

Chick-fil-a is one of the few fast food places my husband can eat breakfast with his wheat allergy. So we gotten into the drive-thru line at this location between 10:15 and 10:20 am on a Saturday. We pulled up to the menu board at exactly 10:30, having waited nearly 15 minutes. When we ordered our breakfast we were informed that they were now serving lunch. So we did our due diligence, got there on time, sat and waited, only to be denied. We didn't order, sat a while longer since it was the only way to get out of line, and left. This bothered me for a couple days. I decided to address my concerns to the manager because you shouldn't be rewarded for patience with denial. They had some PR or marketing person call me. She offered me little cards that would get us specific breakfast items but unfortunately none of them were things we could eat (he needed no wheat, I needed low carb). So she said she'd put my name in a book that they keep behind the counter. She told me I could come in anytime I wanted and we could each get one breakfast that was on our respective diets. Flash forward several months and we popped in one Saturday morning. We ordered our breakfasts and gave the salesgirl my name, explaining that she would find it in the book behind the counter. She didn't find anything. A manager, happening to overhear, commented that we should have come in within 30 days. After that names are removed from the book. Really???!!! Funny how this PR person never mentioned it. The manager and the counter girl were really surprised when we cancelled our order. This place is a customer service fail. Spend your money somewhere else. read more

Worst Chick-fil-A experience EVER! Line took awhile but it was near lunch time so I get it. But nobody ever came up to take our order. Literally just skipped over our car so we ended up ordering at the window. They had us pull up because the food obviously wasn't ready since we had just ordered. After 10 minutes they finally bring the food but no drinks! So we then had to go inside and get them but all except 1 were incorrect. On top of that, they ask how many sauces you want but then proceed to not even give you the amount you asked for. After 45 minutes we finally had our order of incorrect items, cold food, and old fries. These employees obviously need more training or something because this is not how my experience is at any other location! read more

They did great within the first few days with training! The food was delicious I got nice n hot! But pulled up tonight kinda of uncomfortable a guy was sitting in front (when you walk up) of door smoking something...there were other people in a car waiting on him. They were all parked right in front of entry..two guys started to fight/wrestle don't know if they were messing around or really fighting. they had each other in wrestling positions rolling around in front of restaurant on concrete interlocked with each other. Pretty scary when you're trying to go eat there. Employees that were ending their shifts were walking out with that guy sitting their in front of the door smoking something. Order Number 6968987. We were in the drive thru line and were completely skipped over. We attempted to get the attention of the female worker but turned away as if we were not speaking to her. The Second Gentleman had already walked to the next car to far for us to catch his attention, but the other agent taking the orders looked right at us and looked away. The agent at the window was very nice took our order and we stood to the side. We had our order walked over to us but we were also not given our full order. Chick-fil-A is known for the fast efficient service. This particular location is horrible. I ordered in the drive thru, which usually is never a problem. The person taking my order did not know the products then after taking my entire order told me they are out of Polynesian sauce. Ok I'll take bbq. If you don't want to wait more than 30mins in the drive through line, don't come to this location. Takes them 5-10 mins to give food out per car!! And I'm not even exaggerating. This morning I got to the speaker to order my food right away, there were maybe 5-6 cars ahead of me and took me 28mins to get my food and out of there!! My kids loves Chick fil a so I have to suffer once a week l but they are terrible. I know Chick fil a is known for long line but this is just extremely unorganized. Deserves one star, I got down to order but was told by an employee outside that they are only doing drive thru, I said I couldn't because I had a semi and won't fit, and she said that even if vehicles don't fit they still won't do exceptions. I've never had an issue with another fast food restaurant not being able to help out truck drivers but this Chick-fil-A in particular will not help. What a let down read more

The only reason that I'm not giving 5 stars is that it is a busy location so it makes getting a drink refill a challenge. The food was prepared correctly, and quickly while still being warm. Everything was well stocked and I felt like the employees were really working hard. I would definitely come back to this location in the future. Fun fact this Chick-fil-A is always out of multiple things... whoever does your guys' inventory needs to be replaced. They always blame a shortage but Upland and Rancho always has their stuff. Things this location has been out of when I've gone: chicken sandwiches, cheese, bags for ice, multiple sauces, chicken nuggets. the employees here need to all be on one page lol. i went here the other day on my lunch break ( i work at the mills) and i was trying so hard not to complain to a manager. I go and winter is taking my order, the wholeeee time she was distracted by everything else going on around her, so she barely paid attention to my order. and thennnn i asked for a dressing and winter and her shift lead made a huge deal about the fact that i can only get that SPECIFIC DRESSING if i ordered a salad?!
