Honestly, worst chick fil a location I have ever been too! And it is the closest one to my house. I ordered two spicy deluxe sandwiches and it came out wrong. I go back with my receipt and the guy attending me is trying to tell me what I ordered is what I got when I am clearly showing him my receipt. I asked for my meal to be replaced and his answer "I'm not going to replace that" by this time my husband is getting frustrated because it's taking way too long--- finally the manger comes our way and long story short he offered to refund us AND had the audacity to walk to our table and take our tray of food away. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE HERE. I am so so disappointed in this location. The owner really needs to retrain the employees. I came in with husband & little sister who is visiting from out of town and was craving CFA since they don't have one where she's from. As I get there, we order with Laura and she seemed very snappy. When I wanted "well done fries" she informed me CFA no longer does "well done" anything .. and I'm just surprised and before I can say anything she says "is that going to be a problem" with attitude! BUT I can tell she didn't want to seem rude and snappy but she was. I wanted to respond "YES that's going be a problem because that how I like my fries!" Lol because they're soggy if they are not well done. I had to ask her to repeat my order and I think by this time it was already awkward. She even spilled one of my drinks on the floor and NO ONE helped her clean. It had to stay spilled until she finfished with us which took about another two minutes. And her response was "it's been that kind of day, it's the third one we spilled today" I live right by this CFA and I know how CFA employees should be... I used to work at one near by for two years. A 5 star review for a Chick-fil-A, wait, what the H? This place deserves the 5 stars. Customer service is always friendly... and yes, I know it's like that at most Chick-Fil-A restaurants, but this place doesn't drop the ball. Everything's clean and the food is pretty ridiculous. I've been in the area many times intending to go to In-N-Out across the parking lot and wind up here... and always glad that I did. In-N-Out is for Sundays now. Chick-Fil-A is a great little fast food chain that has recently popped up in the OC over the last several years. The Chicken is pretty decent - I always order the grilled (sandwiches, salads, etc.) so that's all I can comment on. Like the Chicken, the fries are pretty decent, nothing is really great about either... but here is what makes it a 4 rather than a 3 for me... There is a sauce (it come's in a packet) called the 'Honey Roasted BBQ Sauce' which MAKES the sandwich (and it is really good on the fries too)! OK, the second thing is DIET DR. PEPPER!! This is one of the only chains that serves DDP at all of their locations, and honestly, it keeps me coming back. If you are eating healthy, they also have great salads and optional sides which are healthier than fries (soups, fruit, etc.). The dessert is pretty good, and this is a great place for families and kids. There is a playground in every location I have been too and there is a Cow mascot that is a little scary at first cause they don't talk, but he is very nice and the kids usually get a kick out of seeing him there... read more

Best chicken in town! Most of the workers were super sweet and the food was excellent. The parking lot is crazy I will say.

OMG there is NOTHING wrong with Chik-fil-A!! The food has always been outstanding, and I haven't had a single thing off the menu that I didn't like. I also love that nothing is served with condiments, so you get to add your own mustard, mayo, ketchup, or whatever. I love to put barbecue sauce on my chicken sandwiches. The chicken salad here is good, the fries are great, and I love the lemonade!! Their milkshakes also won't disappoint. Another great thing about this place is that there isn't a single thing on the menu that exceeds 500 calories. This is NOT KFC!! lol Make sure to try a slice of lemon meringue pie, or one of their delicious little brownies (which do have walnuts, for those of you with allergies.) read more

I wish there was a franchise in the immediate Bay Area! Love that there are different side options other than french fries. My son gobbled up his cole slaw and I loved the carrot raisin salad. Seasonal limited time offer Peach milkshake was awesome. And the lemonade was delish too. The chicken sandwiches weren't anything special tho, nothing you can't get at Wendy's or KFC. Loved the different sauce options too and that they were easily accessible as opposed to having to go to the counter and having to ask or even PAY for them. Having a member of their team come out and ask how we were doing, if we needed refills, or even to take our trays away was above and beyond awesome for a Fast Food Joint. Excellent consistent SUPER friendly service. Great food quality. Had the classic nuggets, waffle fries WELL DONE, and south west spicy chicken salad. - Everything was good as expected except that salad was super salty, I think I narrowed it down to the sliced chicken breast meat - But too hungry to get up and return it., C'est la vie I still like this location alot. Nice vibe to get work done, background elevator music is soothing, and just loud enough, almost unnoticeable. A/C is comfortably cool, not freezing like some other places. They don't make you feel like you have to leave (of course it's common sense if they get busy, I would definitely pack up and leave). Very hospitable. read more

This place has fresh, perfectly-baked chocolate chip cookies. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. These cookies are not dried out, as some locations. I stopped by after work to pick up a 6 pack, and a team member told me that this was the best dinner he has seen all day. Love this place! read more

Took an hour to get the food for my mobile order today during lunch rush. I placed the online order at 11:59am and didn't leave the restaurant until 1pm, no joke. My strips and fries were cold, my order was wrong (they messed it up retaking my order by a pen with no ink because they couldn't reprint it in their system). Their expo today was definitely not ready to handle a lunch rush as I witnessed multiple peoples orders being missed or delayed. The extra 30 minutes I had to wait to get my food means I spent my whole lunch hour waiting for the food, and my coworkers had to wait out their lunch hours as well. Poor employees at this store that were nice enough to try and apologize for the abhorrent experience today were tired and exhausted from correcting all the mistakes that were happening right under the watch of the manager, Larry, I believe his name was. Absolute chaos happening at the food window during lunch rush, one of the poorest managed locations I've had the displeasure to attend. Perfectly cooked chicken breast, oh so tender breast that was still juicy enclosed in a thin and delicate breading that added just the right amount of flavor balanced by the tang of the pickle. This Chick-fil-A is the best! I placed an order on the Chick-fil-A website for DoorDash to deliver to a friend who has a very sick family member last night. DoorDash messed up the order and cancelled it and I didn't see the email until late at night (no phone call). I was mortified because the family didn't get a dinner they were counting on so I called the store first thing in the morning. Larry the manager of the store is personally making sure the order gets there tonight and is majorly going the extra mile to help even though his store had nothing to do with the delivery fail. My friend's mom just wanted chicken nuggets and because this store cares she'll be getting them now! I teared up at just how far Larry was willing to go to help make it right. If you have never been to Chick-fil-A, be careful because people will begin question who you really are. When I mentioned that I had never even heard of it, shit hit the fan. It was then decided that if I didn't go to this place before I left LA again, that I would have to start questioning myself as a person. The item that really sold me was there ice tea. I am not a tea fan at all, especially warm tea. Oh, and it of course needs to be sweetened. Scottypipes did the ordering for me because I knew I was gonna mess it up some how. We both got the #4 Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Pepper Jack cheese. It was pretty spicy but also really flavorful. The waffle fries are a brilliant way to make this place stand out. Those fries are really hard to come by up north, but down south is on it. To the people who are already going there, they know exactly whats up with those sauces they give out. The barbecue, honey dijon, ranch threesome that made this wonderful one yellow sauce. You must have it. The only reason this place isn't a four star is because of the creepy ass cut out cow displays. This is the WORST Chuc-fil-a in Orange County! There was no line when we came in. The gentleman who took our order tonight was on the mic joking around with the other guy taking orders in the drive thru kept messing up on just what we were telling him we wanted. When we got to the stand to pay the man who was there was ready for payment apologized for that gentleman who helped us before hand. COMPLETELY WAS PLEASANT, he should be taking orders. BUT you can tell he's the only one there with some common sense. When we got to the window it was just a bunch of teenagers joking around trying to figure out or order. (Chicken sandwich deluxe, spicy chicken deluxe, spicy chicken, chicken nuggets, strawberry shake, a coke and a frosted lemonade.) they handed us a chocolate shake and two cokes and the frosted lemonade. Once we asked to speak to the manager, everyone who was working inside came to the window I'm not kidding like 8, different 18 year olds. She couldn't even give us an explanation we explained what happened just trying to order and still proceeded to call my dad EMILY. My dad ........... EMILY. That doesn't even make sense. I do not recommend coming here in the evening I pray to god during the day there is a manager there with their head screwed on who realizes you have to have some type of 'adult' figure there with them. The place has such a nice feel, everyone is extremely nice and very attentive Stuart was such a nice person, very attentive and made our experience more enjoyable than I think we expected but as soon as we walk in we are greeted and the guys behind the counter were great it was just a great mood they gave off and it was a pleasant surprise. We have never had a problem when we come here. Everyone is always so nice and genuine that we continue to visit because of the great chicken and the great people. I can see why the company is so successful when they are even closed on Sunday, but have no fear 6 days out of the week are good enough because hey at least they do it because of their belief in something. I respect that. The spicy chicken "sammich" is my favorite thing to get and while I'm leaving this review like a week later and early in the morning I might have to go get their breakfast, because thinking of that sandwich makes me want another. Manager Art was very rude when I spoke to him. Anaheim Ducks have a promotion when the ducks score 5 goals you get free chicken. I came to this restaurant and the manager said sorry we don't honor that promotion unless you have the app. They discriminate against people who don't have a smart phone and would not give the promotion even though I had the actual season tickets in hand. The Tustin St location in Orange is my favorite drive through. Usually very efficient, friendly and delicious food. I have appreciated the care with which they handle the orders and food during the pandemic. However, when I went to the drive through pick up window yesterday at 10:30am there were at least seven masked employees tightly gathered together behind the window, just standing around. During this time, for the safety of your employees, distancing is extremely important. The only people needed in that space should only be the person filling the order, order taker and person at the window. That has always been my observation since even before Covid. Please make sure your employees continue to practice the safety protocols for everyone's health. read more

OK, it's almost 8 PM on a Saturday night and I'm here in the parking lot enjoying my food. Out of the blue someone comes racing out of the Chick-fil-A restaurant running at TopSpeed and holding a bag saying stop, please stop! Evidently a customer had forgotten some of their order or what have you and a young man, employee was chasing after them to try to get their order filled for them. This is one of the most amazing things I've ever seen in my life! This young man ran at least 200 yards down the parking lot got the customer their food turned around and ran back! Unbelievable. The restaurant next door was too crowded, so I decide to come here instead to give it a try. I have to say that my first experience is impressive. For a fast food restaurant, the employees here treat customers as if it's a real restaurant; they come out with your food and come by asking us what else we need. It may be pricy for a chicken fast food restaurant, but the service is justifies the steeper price. Would I come here often? Probably not. This Chick-fil-A is located in a small plaza next door to In n Not, Wells Fargo, and a Del Taco. Around lunch and dinner time the line is very long. It is hard to even get to the line because the line to In N out blocks the entrance to CFA. While I was in the drive through line, I noticed that CFA had employees standing OUTSIDE of the window handing orders out. They really went the extra mile to move that line and my hungry tummy appreciates it. The drinks were handed out first and that was nice. I have read other reviews and I think they were still working out the kinks of this system but it seemed to work for me. The food is always on par and delicious here. They are also very generous with their sauces - McDonad's could never!!
