I found a cockroach larvae in my fries...I didn't notice until I was halfway done with my meal. The service was quick and good though. Update: The store contacted me and urged me to remove the picture and review I have posted about the incident. They assured me that this experience does not reflect on chick fil a and is a false representation. They also assured me that they have extensive pest control which is obviously not the case and is unacceptable. This post is solely for the purpose of increasing food safety practices. I hope this was an isolated incident and will be alleviated expediently. I did not ask for compensation in any form nor will I accept any. read more

I ordered on grub hub. One hour later, my food isn't ready. The driver is sitting at the place (I called them and confirmed) I confirmed that the driver has the order and they were not ready and made her wait. No acceptable service. They took one hour to get my order ready, not ok in my book. It seems they don't support delivery orders very well, and if they can do it right, they shouldn't offer that service. The driver was frustrated as she took too long and had other orders she was losing, seems they don't care. I love their food, but this was very poor service in their part. Came to this location tonight at about 6 pm to place an order for myself and co-workers, 5 orders total. I was refused at the drive thru employee stated they could only take 2 orders per vehicle. Employee stated "my pleasure" as i drove away to park. So I went inside and ordered 5 separate meals/orders. They got two of the orders wrong and bagged them individually (7 bags). When you're taking car orders when the traffic's blocked, keep making the cars move forward so there's no space between cars. I went into this Chick-fil-A to order food with my girlfriend and I got an Uber eats order while I was ordering. I waited for my food nearly 15-20 minutes. They still hadn't called my name and then I looked at the pick up section and there were three bags there. I wasn't sure if they were ours because they hadn't called our names.Five more minutes go by and I go to check if it was mine and my Uber eats orders and were, they never called mine or my girlfriends name or anything and we have been sitting there for 20 minutes. I really hope upper management reads these yelp reviews because I have to say that my drive-through experience just now was amazing! The line was extremely long per usual, but I noticed that they have divided the line and half and they have people taking orders on handheld devices on each side. Not only that, but they also tell you which car to follow in line when the two lines merge into one which is extremely helpful. I have never made it through the drive-through so quick and I am amazed because like I already mentioned, that line was so long! Whoever came up with that idea is a genius and you should definitely keep implementing it lol. While I am at it, I will also add that as always every staff member that I spoke with this evening was over the top friendly, but I expect nothing less from Chick-fil-A employees. I hear sooo many good things about this place. i order their spicy chicken sandwich. it was pretty good; it can be a bit spicier. it's actual chicken chicken..not like those nugget type of chicken..like smashed chicken. and i love all the sauce selection! the fries were just eh. nothing special and i'm not a big fan of their fries. if they're gonna have criss-cut fries..i imagine it to be seasoned. but i guess those dipping sauce just made up for it. read more

Chicken, chicken and more chicken. Chick-Fil-A is so good and I especially love coming here for breakfast. The Chicken Minis are a must and come in a 3 or 4 pack. They are fried chicken nuggets place in between honey flavored rolls. The chicken biscuits are almost as good as the minis, which is a boneless chicken breast served on a buttermilk biscuit. Compliment these sandwiches which waffle fries instead of hash browns for an even better experience! I'm a sauce top of person and luckily Chick-Fil-A has a nice variety. Polynesian buffalo, ranch, honey mustard and special sauce. If you like sweet and sour you will like the Polynesian. Every time I come here the drive thru line is always long but it goes by really fast. I've come inside a few times and its always clean. Even the bathrooms are taken care of, which I think is really important. The employees are friendly. They once forgot to put an item in my bag when I went to the drive Thru and a month had passed. I'm so glad there is now both an In-N-Out and a Chick-fil-A within walking distance of my place. My neighborhood is becoming more hyphenated by the second. Food: Chicken, chicken, and more chicken. The number one is basically a piece of breaded and fried chicken on a bun. The chicken is perfectly cooked, nice and white in the middle with a crunchy crust on the outside so that it actually tastes good. For a bit more you can upgrade it a deluxe version which features lettuce and a tomato. It's about as much as you'd pay for a big burger at Carl's or McDonald's only after eating you don't feel like you're becoming diabetic. The waffles fries are fun and the shakes are in my opinion better than the ones at In-N-Out. They come topped with some whipped cream. Who wouldn't like that? Atmosphere: I wouldn't know because I always go through the drive-thru, but at least that's pretty nice. Service: They need to do something about their drive-thru speaker box. It's new, but I can't understand a word the person at the other end is saying. Synopsis: This is the perfect chickeny compliment to the In-N-Out next door. Came to this location because I needed to pick up something in the area. At 9 am at the drive window the order taker was so cheerful and enthusiastic. Greeted and thanked us and also repeated our order. A little too happy for so early in the morning but it definitely caught my attention. Our order was all correct and he offered us sauces. There is something so good and simple about Chick fil A. Staff is on point, they are so friendly and so fast, always a pleasure to deal with. I like pretty much all of their chicken, sandwiches, strips, nuggets, salads, all good. Not a huge fan of waffle fries, but their lemonade is on point and very much worth the splurge. The family nights on Tuesdays are so much fun for my daughter, and the organization and service at those events are always great. Parents shouldn't sit inside, however, they take up too much room. Honestly, do you need to monopolize the entry way? If you have babies, don't take them inside...please. They will inevitably get hurt and then you get mad at the older kids who have the absolute right to be in there playing. A play area is designated for 2+ years and walking. read more

Very educational, I love it! This is the WORST Chick-fil-A I have ever been to! A girl (short blonde) took my order outside was very rude! I was placing my order when all of a sudden she was walking away! I told her, "I haven't finished giving my order." She said, "you need to drive your car forward." I asked her why she didn't say that before walking away?! When I drove up she took her sweet time walking up to my car. I finished placing my order with the request of two vinaigrette's. She repeated my order back to me. I drove up and asked the girl at the counter if the two vinaigrettes were in the bag. She said yes. I then asked to speak with the manager. Other staff members were watching to see what I was about to say. They quickly turned around as soon as I explained to him my encounter with the rude employee outside.
