I love this chick fil a! Everyone I have encountered here is so friendly. I have the chick fil a app and use it for mobile orders and get free treats often. Every time i go to pick my food up I'm greeted with a warm welcome and updated on how my order is doing. The manager offered me a free ice cream cone while i waited once. The staff here is incredible, even when they are dealing with a difficult customer, which i noticed the last time i was there.. the cashier was still very kind, understanding and patient while getting yelled at! read more

There are 61 people in this location, about 25 people outside, and a long line of cars in the drive thru. I ordered my food and received it in about 4 minutes. This place is amazing. Love chickfila- and the food is always great. However, I have had the same issue at this specific location 3 times now. While eating with 3 people we requested 10 sauces (approx 3 per person all eating meals). The manager tried to take our sauces and asked us to purchase an 8 oz of sauce? I was extremely confused! Have had this problem 3 times now- it's clearly the manager. A person should be allowed to get 4 sauces per meal. The other workers are super friendly though so just avoid him he clearly needs a lesson on customer service. read more

1/28/15-My husband and I live under rocks when it comes to dining out. And in our retirement I want to do less cooking. Give fast food a shot, even if it means gaining a few pounds its quite alright. First time trying chick-Fil-A I came out feeling greasy and sick to my stomach. Their food reminded me of McDonalds. Went here for lunch today after a tragic car wash incident and I can say that the management and staff at this Chick-fil-A are superb! I dined in today and a new hire by the name of Justin took my order. He greeted me with a smile and noticed my Boba Fett shirt and started a quick convo about Star Wars. I believe an Annabelle or a young woman with "belle" at the end of her name delivered my food, also complimented me on my shirt and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I've always loved Chick-til-A and their superb customer service and believe good word deserves to be recognized. I'm looking forward to dinning in again when I need my chicken fix! Honestly a little shocked at the service the last two times. No usual positivity from both the person taking our order and handing out our food. We ended up ordering 1 more item at the receipt stand before the window.. they almost let us drive off without our addition and then was almost annoyed that we wanted a packet of sauce for our additional sandwich.. as we watch multiple people working not even attempt to be curtious as we sat and waited with no communication for our food. This place is AWESOME! We had lunch there one day while on vacation about a month ago. We wanted to try it since my husband had heard great things about this food chain and we don't have one where we are from. We had just got through shopping at the Trader Joe's to get goodies to take home and googled for a for a Chick-Fil-A and there was one right across the street. The food was great and they have the best customer service. I had the original chicken sandwich with the waffle fries - DELICIOUS my son had the chicken strips and he really enjoyed them. It has been at least 15 years since I last ate here, and it was always at one in Del Amo mall (you guys know which one I'm talking about....over by the Hot Dog On A Stick!!!). Last night we were hungry and didn't really want to drink on an empty stomach. We ventured down Tustin Street where there are a ton of fast food joints. In N Out was right there...and I started drooling!! it's been a while since I had a lovely In N Out burger...but then to the right of that was Chick Fil A and it's been a LOOOOONG while since I ate one of their chicken sandwiches and their waffle fries. Needless to say it was just as delicious as I remember...so no wonder it's been voted the #1 drive thru for 3 years in a row. Too bad they are closed on Sundays. read more

I've been to a number of Chick-Fil-A locations and have generally had a pretty good experience. Not so much this time. While the dining room was barely 10% full, every table was left un-wiped and the entire dining room was generally dirty. The food was decent enough, but would have been been much better if it had been served hot. read more

This is based solely on customer service. I drew the short straw and had to pick up lunch last week, but I had brought in my lunch but desperately wanted to escape the office for a bit so I went to pick up Chick-Fil-A for everybody else. I walked in because the drive through line was insane like 10 cars deep. Nope I am not doing that. There were a few people in line in front of me an I was fine not in a hurry. a manager noticed the line and opened up an additional register and called me over to order. I had forgotten my list at the office so she was patient with me while I figured out what everybody wanted. I went name by name to figure it out. She asked me what I wanted and I told her nothing I'm vegan just lemonade (it was really good by the way) I completed my order and get to the car check my receipt and realize I forgot something. So I go back in, they see me and help me right away, I let them know it wasn't their fault, but they get me what I need and get me out of there real fast so the rest of the food doesn't get cold. Everybody was extremely friendly, the place was a zoo but the staff was calm and great. I can't give 5 stars because 1 it is fast food and 2 there are all of 2 non animal protein items on the menu. fruit and the super salad. The fries may be vegan, I did not ask if they were fiend in the same oil and the meat so IDK but I did not go theree with any intention of eating not would I but the service was excellent and my coworkers were happy with the food. read more

I stop here every time I go to Orange County. Food is always fast warm and delicious and the service is superb.

Again Not a big reviewer of fast food or chains. That said, the reason that I have chosen this place, is that it is the one I go to the most, and I have never had bad service. If the order has been wrong they fix it , and even have giiven me a coupon for the next visit for a free sandwich. Every server is always polite and smiling, and the managers and owner are always willing to get you what you need. This is the only fast food cahin where the manager has comew to the table to ask how our meal was and see if we needed anything. I live close to here and I love bringing my two and four-year-old here. The indoor play area is air conditioned and has large glass windows so I can watch my kids from inside the restaurant so I can eat my food in peace while they play. Last time we were there, the hospitality director, whom I called Mr. Chik-Fil-A, was giving out free soft serve to the little ones who were "good" and ate all their food. My daughter never ate her food so well. This place is always clean and the workers are super friendly and accommodating. It's always a good place to eat. I got a coupon in the mail for a free breakfast item so I figured it was finally time to try this place. I ordered the bacon, egg & cheese biscuit. The biscuit itself was pretty good but the bacon was incredibly fatty, the cheese was really unremarkable and the egg was DISGUSTING! I'm pretty sure that it was actually egg substitute that had been microwaved, then frozen for shipping to the restaurant, then microwaved again! It was rubbery, flavorless and altogether VILE. Granted, this place is supposed to be about the chicken, but how can you do a worse job with a breakfast egg than McDonald's? It's only getting a 3-star from me. This place is so easy to review so I'm getting to the point. They take a fillet of chicken, spice it up, and deep fry it in peanut oil. They also add some variety of sauces to it, slap lettuce tomato, and place it between two buns. It's fast food all dressed up in their own special way, but it's neither really delicious (it's a bit dry in my opinion) nor healthy either. It's not incredibly cheap either, as they serve real chicken not the nasty mechanically separated chicken like other fast food joints. If you are crazy about this place, you will probably visit it again. For me, I would skip it, as I never developed a craving for it. It's not a bad place at all, service is usually excellent.
