This location must not like to honor promotional items or coupons. I read another review about attitude change when a coupon was presented for something free. My experience was they keep tryin to charge me for the free breakfast item every Thursday for the month of September. This is a nation wide promotion for their new App. We are 4 weeks into the promotion and its my 3rd times at the drive thru schooling them about their promotion each time. Either employees are not well trained/informed about corporate promotion or employees were told to pretend to be unaware to avoid giving it out for free. Whenever I had stressful days at work, my go-to stress relief would be a Chick-fil-A shake and some Chick-fil-A fries. I have always loved Chick-fil-A, but last night I went to get some people food and they failed to give me a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich, 8 count nuggets, 1 order of fries, and a small cookies and cream milkshake. I was very disappointed to find this. Not only did they not give me the food but they charged me for it as well. Please take caution when going to Chick-fil-A and always check your food. Even if you ask if they got it all still check or else you'll end up with half of your food missing. I can easily spend $60-80 a week at Chick-fil-A and will unfortunately not be coming back to this Chick-fil-A, in n out may be the better option seeing at they do not get the order wrong. read more

I went in this morning for a free breakfast sandwich from an online promotion and was very impressed. This visit mostly with the manager this morning. I never got his name but the only asian? guy wearing a white shirt at the front counter. His positive energy was all over the place and you can tell he does really great at being what I'm assuming to be the manager. He was great at multitasking and helping all of his staff, even made sure one of the employees was ready for her break. The food is always consistently good. My kid loves it here especially because of the play zone. As a parent I notice they keep the play zone very clean! Most importantly their customer service is great. I always thought this, but today especially, they are taking it to the next level. Like most other Chick-fil-A locations, this one is clean, plenty of seating, SUPER friendly staff, and... *bonus points* a semi-soundproof play area that is totally safe for kids, who can be in there semi-unattended and plenty of Purell wipes available. They also offer kids activities on specific days. Parking (and the traffic around the area) can be congested a bit a tricky during rush hour, but this location is always dependable! read more

Came to this Chickfila location last night to satisfy my wife's sweet tooth and came away highly disappointed. We went through the drive through and ordered a small ice cream cone and received the smallest serving ever. The ice cream didn't even reach into the cone and had a height of maybe 2 inches. Other Chickfilas usually give a good amount, heck even other competitors give a fair amount more than what this location had to offer. Probably owned by a cheap franchise owner. NEED A NEW MANAGER!!!! We came in at 9:50pm on Friday August 2nd and had two orders in one car, one paying cash and one paying card. The lady taking the order told us to pay at the window because if we paid card it would pay for both orders. We get to the window and I hand her my card, we hear the manager yell "WHY ARE WE TAKING CARD PAYMENT AT WINDOW??" Using a horrible tone at the lady giving us food. Then as we pull away we hear the manager yell "WHAT DID THEY SAY? WHAT WAS THEIR EXCUSE?" We are the costumers we don't decide where or how we pay. We don't need an excuse.
