Chik-Fil-A is usually my go to fast food restaurant and I just had to write a review for this location. This is my first time at this specific location and their service was amazing! Everyone was so sweet and kind. The food came out quickly and the workers never hesitated to offer to refill my drink. I came here with a couple of my church friends and 3 others from Texas who were first-timers here and they absolutely loved it. So this Chik Fil A is closest to my house, however we drive a tad further to the one in Irvine because this one seems to be cheap with their fries. Everytime we order a large fries they never fill the container to the top. Basically it is a regular fry in a large cotainer, definitely doesnt feel like we are getting our money worth. This store is very inefficient and not focus in serving the customers' online orders! I ordered curbside pick up almost 45 minutes ago and got there waited for almost 25 minutes. I had to go inside and checked! The employees seemed to be very disorganized and told me they didn't have my orders! Then I showed him my online receipt. Then another came up and told me he would look for them! After about 6 minutes he came up and told me to they were working on them; in the meantime almost 45 minutes had elapsed!!! I was waiting again for another 15 more minutes, then I had to actually go inside to pick up my orders; that were originally for curbside pick up orders!!! I had wasted my valuable time waited for these people for almost an hour!!! I told myself I will never order online or come back to this location ever again!!!! People who work there seem to be very disorganized and confused!!!!!! I will not recommend anyone to visit this Chick-Fil-A!!! read more

I love Chick-Fil-A in general! This place was no exception. Awesome customer service, food, and help yourself to all the different types of dressings. The only thing I didn't like about the place was that, on the particular day I went, there were a ton of kids around. Inside the restaurant there is a little seesaw area where kids/grown ups play in and it could get a little loud and rowdy. There were a bunch of little kids running around the store the whole time my party was eating, which was highly annoying with their high pitched screams. One of them came up to our table and stared at us for a bit before running off, yelling and screaming with other kids. I know it's not the restaurants fault, but I think they could have left the play area to the designated area outside/attached to the restaurant for the kids to run around and play in, instead of having a little area inside the store where the kids could get worked up and rowdy. Tonight I went thru the drive thru and my order was taken correctly. I asked for certain sauces and was assured that they were in there. I got home and they were not correct. I went back and asked for a new meal as I did not want mine cold after driving home. I then ask for the correct sauces and was told they were out of the signature sauce. I go home to find they got back at me by giving me a small piece of chicken and asked for no pickles. Well, to add insult to injury, they didn't include tomatoes either. I stop into chic fil a every friday in Laguna Woods. You have caused me a great distaste as I chose you over In n Out which I convinced my friend to go there with me instead. Listen. I love me some Chick Fi Lay. I lived in the home of CFL (Atlanta, GA) for three years and fell head over heels in love with it. The quality of the chicken is amazing, their dipping sauces spectacular! The only reason why I gave them 4 and not 5 stars is because the service here is different. Back in Georgia the service is out of this world. At CFL you're ALWAYS greeted with a smile, positive vibes and a "how may I serve you ma'am." LARRY was super rude about an order that I requested very politely to be made over. He may have actually not met up to the spirit of CHIC FILA by being polite and not ridiculed me for the return. I am a REGULAR customer here as in I come here daily as my son is special needs and only prefers the grilled nuggets from this establishment. Unfortunately, he was apologizing but remained condescending in his tone towards me. Could it have been due to the color of my skin? DEFINITELY seemed like his behavior towards me was racial and I felt uncomfortable. He kept forcing his opinion on me that the nuggets were over cooked rather than under. I told him they tasted "chewie," but he kept telling me I did not know how my nuggets tasted. I was saddened by the fact that he was so adamant about getting his point across rather than demonstrating customer service and professionalism and not belittling me in such hard times. Extremely dissapoited with the service we received today. We as a team order lunches from Chik-Fil-A every week and have to drive quite a distance to pick up several orders. This time the Chik-Fil-A employee failed to include 2 orders from our group, one which was mine, two of us were left without a lunch. Chick-Fil-A has always provided me with excellent customer service and great quality food. They really have differentiated themselves from other fast food chains and feel a bit more upscale. Their quality of food is much fresher and healthier than other chains. It may be priced slightly more than other fast food chains, but this extra cost is minimal definitely worth it. Good food and usually quick service in the morning; however, don't order over 5 items or else they will mess up your order. I've ordered food here as a treat for my employees about half a dozen times now. Every time I've placed a large order, something is missing or completely wrong. I now check every time and end up pulling over to go in and get my order corrected. I was on my way to my son's football game on a early Saturday morning, I figured I'd place a mobile order and pick it up real quick. WRONG! Between pressing the button to prepare my order & actually getting my food, was 15 minutes! All I ordered with 2 breakfast sandwiches, a hash brown, & 2 coffees. I am a regular at the chick fil a by work, & I told my husband how quick and easy it is to place an order using the app. That's how I ALWAYS place my orders when I'm in a rush before work. I've never had any issues, until today! I don't understand why it takes this particular chick fil a 15 mins to make a small order. Now we are late for my son's game & my husband keeps saying how dumb the app is and that we should of gone through the drive thru instead. Maybe he is right, but only for this particular location. Yesterday I visited this location for a breakfast sandwich about 9 am. I visit this location most mornings and buy a breakfast sandwich for me and another for a friend! I ordered in and then went to my car to eat my sandwich. When I opened my sandwich I found the sandwich stack misregistered, the time excessively by 1.5 inches(I had a ruler in my car and measured the poor workmanship). I went inside and none of the leads(Nate and Jake) we're out front. I saw the owner Larry less than 5 minutes earlier so I asked for him. He was in the back and a server went to get him. He came out visibly annoyed and I explained my displeasure with the alignment of the sandwich stack. I showed him the sandwich and he said that was normal. I eat there almost every day for months and today is was not normal.i went back to my car to eat the sandwich and Larry came out upset that I made him come out from the back! Wow. They have an employee going around to fill up your drinks! Super cool! Plus they have tons of new sauces to try like polynesian- which is a bit like sweet and sour sauce, and they also have a chik fil a sauce which is like a creamy bbq sauce. I super love this place. It is fast, employees are friendly (and they are lucky- they get to wear super cute camo tops), and the food is always fantastic!! They out do most sit down places in the chicken sandwhich arena. And they wipe out the competition of other fast food joints. The waffle fries are my favorite- easily many many levels above Carl's waffle fries. I love chick fil a. I'm just trying to figure out why the grilled chicken cost so much more than the "classic" chicken. It's the same chicken cooked in a different way. Spices are in it, but the "classic" has batter so there should not be much of z price difference. That being said, I won't be buying the grilled chicken anymore. It doesn't taste good and it's like they chop a chicken strip into tiny pieces. They throw it in a bowl and it falls apart. I've never had to eat any type of chicken nuggets with a fork until now. A true winner. Talk about chicken quality! I always order the Number One with extra cheese and it's always better than the last one I had. Usually when Rita makes dinner, she uses Foster Farms chicken. *Whispers* Don't tell anyone, but the Chick Fil A chicken is better, and my wife is a great cook.
