Typical Chick-fil-a which is a good thing. Just super busy all the time. Please open another location further south on Alafaya or Curry Ford. Both will still be super busy. I know several people who go there half as much as they normally would because it's just nuts all the time. read more

If you want to go to any Chick-fil-A in Orlando I prefer you to go to this one. The manager is very nice and the co-workers are very respectful and friendly. The food is very good and not expensive. Also, they move at a very fast pace they don't have you waiting in line for a long time. The inside is very decent and clean. read more

This chick-fil-a is amazing! It's always busy but who cares? Every Chick-fil-A I've been to is busy, so that's something to expect. I don't mind. I work in the area that this Chick-fil-A is in, and one of the managers comes into my work and gets coffee in the mornings. He's so polite and nice. I also got coupons in the mail for free food, which is awesome. I'm very satisfied with this Chick-fil-A. Since I work in food service, I always remember to give people the benefit of the doubt if they don't say anything as I'm leaving the drive through or forget my sauces (which this place has never forgot my sauces), you never know what is going on in someone's life, or if they are just simply having a bad day. I just witnessed a customer be so rude to this poor girl I felt so bad because the way the customer handled things was so rude and Maddie was very polite and apologetic. I just want to applaud Maddie because of that were me I would have yelled at her. Also the manager on duty was very nice and comped the rude ladies fries. Which she didn't have to do and the lady didn't even have the nerve to say thank you. You guys excel at customer service. Keep up the good work! read more

This is a normal chick fila until today. I simply ordered a milkshake with no whipped cream, when my friend went to pick it up it had whipped cream. He nicely said to the lady my friend wants no whip cream and she had the audacity to say, "oops, too late " and smile at him. He asked if she can remake it and her manager was behind her so she of course says yes. When he comes back with the "new" drink, the cup had ice cream pouring all over the sides and a huge chunk of what would have been ice cream or whipped cream. It was very clear that the young girl simply wiped it off. My friend apologized to me and then I had to go up. I honestly should have called the manager over but I didn't want to embarrass her. I was very nice to the girl but I had to EXPLAIN that the whipped cream irritates my skin and throats and (not sure if it was the same lady my friend dealt with) a different girl gladly remade it. (Of course I watched her every move and I believe she mentioned it to the first girl but that doesn't concern me). I was handed my milkshake, headed to my car, and left. As soon as I got ready to take a sip there's a HUGE hair in my drink. I refuse to return here ever again.! read more

Service was extremely rude and rushed, hot and cold food was mixed together, no napkins, straw, or sauce in my bag even though I asked for it, and hurried out of the drive thru before I could even check. I've worked at Chick-Fil-A before and my franchise would NEVER have tolerated anything like that. read more

This chic fil a is fast! They were very busy and I still got my food in a timely manner. The food was just as good as always and for the first time ever at any chic fil a, I was asked if I needed a refill on my drink while dinning in! I didn't need one, but the gesture was appreciated! Definitely swing by if you need a quick meal or just want good service! read more

This location is very busy due to being at Waterford Lakes. I visited here today and got a meal for my nurse girlfriend who was finishing her shift from Winter Park Hospital and didn't bother to check the order --- it was wrong. Ordered 12 piece nuggets so we can share and only got 4 chicken strips. Dinner for one tonight I guess :( read more

Very friendly staff. Clean facility. They also have special events for the kids depending on the time/day. The only complaint is the parking. The parking lot is always full even when the restaurant is not. read more

This was a really weird experience for me considering Chick-fil-A is known for their exceptional customer service. I was in the drive through and got to the window to pay. I apologized and asked to upgrade my drink to a larger size because I forgot to tell them when ordering. The women in the window was noticeably annoyed that I had done this and gave me a less than pleasant response. I pulled out of the drive thru and realized I wasn't given a straw so I went inside. The restaurant was full of people so I was having a hard time finding the straws so I went to the register area to ask for one. I was ignored for about 5 minutes while everyone else who walked up was greeted, even small children. Someone that I assume was the manager was having a conversation and I interrupted him and asked for a straw, when he then said "they're over there" and went back to his conversation. I responded by mentioning that I hadn't been given it in the drive thru, which I assumed he would apologize for and all I got was "Sorry" and he went back to his conversation. Although this wasn't the worst experience at a fast food restaurant I've ever had, it's definitely the worst experience I've ever had at a chick-fil-a. I assume that the bad attitude of the manager makes the other employees believe that they can act that way too. Finally, I drive away and try my drink. My soda was not what I ordered, but due to the experience I didn't want to go back inside. I definitely will not be coming back to this location. read more

Amazing food, wonderful friendly service like every other chick-fa-lay I've been too.

i am truly disappointed because i typically visit this establishment. i went in today with my son to have lunch. i went back up to the counter for refill, the manager was standing behind the counter, couple of things in his hands as if he were ready to leave, i am standing there with the empty cup in my hands, he looks at me, straight into my eyes, he walks over and stands behind a cashier whispers something in her ear and she turns around, looks at him at him and smiles, says "okay have a nice day" he starts to walk away, looks over at me again, at that precise moment an elderly lady comes and stands next to me, cup in her hand as well, he walks over to her and asks her "refill?" i was livid, i held my cup up in front of hers and said, yes i would like a diet lemonade and a cup of ice. he looks at the lady, takes my cup, and asks the lady and you would like? she said her drink of choice, he told her take off the lid, she did and even though i was first and he knew it, she got her drink first. i asked him "can i ask you a question?" he said yes, i asked "what made you notice her before you noticed me, i was standing here, you made eye contact with me and yet were going to walk away, but when she walked up you went directly to her and asked if she wanted a refill, then on top of that after i let you know what i wanted you still got her drink first, knowing i was here before her?" he did not even apologize to me. believe me i will return and the manager will be confronted, because he treated me very as a matter of factly. read more
