Traveling with teens - time for late lunch - Chick fil a time. Drive Thru is packed due to COVID-19 situation. We moved through the line rather quick. One bottleneck where Chick fil a employee directing traffic (needs to be more interested / aggressive / take charge) - anyway, we ordered, paid, pulled up to the window and were asked to pull forward for our order. Food finally came - 6 people - as we drive off, we realized we were missing some things! So, we pulled in behind the neighboring restaurant under a tree - teens jumped out and had a picnic - Dad walks over to Chick fil a and was surprised how quick I was helped - I was able to ring a doorbell - spoke to someone quick - got my missing items very fast - even with an apology. Very good job Chick fil a Waterford Lakes! You have an army of gray staff - hustle through it - make it happen - all with a closed dining room. Keep up the great work! read more

I don't frequent Chick-fil-A too often but when I do, this is the location I always select. It almost makes me feel as if I'm in Suburbia when I'm here. The employees are absurdly and overwhelmingly polite and friendly. Waiters and waitresses serve, pick up food, and even offer to bring drinks to each table. It's as if Chick-fil-A is unaware that it's a fast food joint and not a 4-star restaurant serving fine dining and cuisine. No matter, it is a welcome experience: The flowers on the tables, the sparkling cleanliness, the aggressively kind employees. I wish all restaurants (especially fast food) were like this. For the second time in a row visiting this location I have not gotten what I ordered. Went through drive through and ordered an 8 count meal and a 12 count nugget. After pulling through the drive through I checked my order and received 10 nuggets and an order of chicken tenders. It would not be a problem but the chicken strips taste nothing like the nuggets! This location is awful! Definitely check your food before you drive off! I picked Up food, rushing to get my kids from school. Get there and when my kids pull out the food there was food missing! Called this location and Sheldon didn't seem apologetic at all. I've always had great customer service at chick fil a but this guy was not helpful at all. not Going back to this Location since it's apparently something they always do. A little disappointed with my visit this morning. It was around 630am. I was the only guest in the drive thru. When I pulled up to pay about 5 employees were standing there. The girl taking care of me was not friendly and had zero response when I said thank you. Not even a glance my direction. She also forgot to put my sauces in my bag. Disappointment...not good at all. I ordered 3 chicken biscuits. The biscuits are really thick and the chicken is really small, thin and dry. I also ordered the tots. They were considerably stale and crushed. I will likely not go back to the Waterford location for breakfast. read more

I have always had the best service here. This is one of the best fast food restaurants I have ever visited. The food is terrific, the people here are attentive and polite. Great fast food that is healthier than the corner Mickey D's. Side salad's are a nice alternative to the fries, but then those waffle fries are awful good aren't they? I am a Chick fil a nut, but this location I've never had a good experience with. I usually go to the one in Oviedo, close to my house, and everyone is friendly, greets with a smile and even knows my name (bad thing? good thing?) Anyway, at this one, the fries are always cold, I hate cold fries!!! I hate pickles and the last two times they put pickles on my sandwhich when I specifically ask them to refrain from doing so. I don't know if the Oviedo location spoils me, but they always ask what sauces I'd like, not here. I avoid this location, I got food from them today and I couldn't even eat the fries. read more

I know this location gets super busy, especially on Saturday afternoons, BUT finding a long blonde hair in the middle of my chicken club sandwich is pretty disgusting. I tend to favor Chick Fil A over other fast food places because their menu is on the relatively healthy side, but there's just no excuse for hair in food in any food service setting. Love chic fil a, but this one is ALWAYS crowded. The parking lot is terrible and the kids area smells REALLY bad, but it's a great place to meet my mom group and let the little ones play. Who doesn't like chicken nuggets and waffle fries? The food usually comes out correctly, which is saying A LOT for a fast food place, and it just tastes better than all the other places. Chick-fil-a is the gold standard for fast food restaurants and this location is no different. This location is almost always busy and the drive thru will be consistently full with cars. Don't let this fool you because the service is always quick. If you go inside you'll notice that there will be plenty of employees to handle the volume of customers. This is one area that chick-fil-a is head and shoulders above other fast food restaurants. They are always adequately staffed. Many other fast food restaurants will have one car in the drive thru and you still have to wait more than ten minutes for your food. The food is also always on point. Not only does it come out quick, but it's always hot and fresh. The last thing, customer service is always great. The employees are friendly and happy to serve you. Every other fast food restaurant could learn a lot from them and really improve their business. read more

This is by far the absolute worst managed chick fil a. I've never experienced this from this franchise that holds so much value to customer service and responsibility. I went to place my order and a) the order was wrong b) the amount charged was too much c) the cashier did not know how to use my treat from the app d)the manager did not help at all after I explained I wanted a spicy sandwich and I still received a regular one. I will be staying away from chick fil a for a while after this. This is not what I expect out of this type of franchise in which I have always had a good experience. Great food, always clean. When eating inside during lunch hour Bonita will re- fill your drinks for you, get you more sauces, or exchange your kids toys for ice cream. The only reason I knocked off a star is because 50% of the time I go through the drive thru they get my drink wrong or forget a straw (which is annoying while driving) I ask for light ice and they will forget. read more

I love the chicken sandwich, grilled nuggets and fries, ice cream and chocolate chip cookies!!! The chick fil a sauce is my favorite. It goes great on everything even the fries. I also love that they have fresh carnations at every table. Very classy restaurant. Plus they have a nice indoor play area for the kids.
