For the past few curbside orders some part of my order was always missing. It happened about 4 times now. Sometimes it's the ice cream sometimes the mac and cheese. We didn't pay much attention to it the first few times but when it happened again recently, we decided to call them to let them know. On the call we told them what was missing and such and they said that they were going to send rewards to compensate for our missing items from our order. Its been about 2 days since our order and the promised rewards still hasn't came in. I'm hoping they can do something about this. read more

Service service service! Brooklyn was so sweet and helpful. She made ordering super easy by being able to answer all of my questions about adding things and leaving things off. I was given the Cow Calendar at work this year and I have loved it. The cow calendar is like giving yourself permission to treat yourself to Chick Fil A once a month. I am a teacher so at least once a month I would take my papers in and grade while I ate my free treat. The food tastes so fresh and is really delicious. Plus it's served so fast! I went today to drive thru. There's 2 lanes have been there many many times. There was this young black girl as traffic coordinator. She held me and let 20 plus cars go in front of me. I asked for a manager and her name. She covered up her badge refused to give me her name. A nice young asian came out said she was one of the directors. I explained that her employee was being discriminating against me and rude. The traffic coordinator told mgr she was finally gonna let me in line but since i asked for mgr. she refused to let me in. I thought after explaining to dire tor she would accommodate me. They both just stood there let other cars keep getting in front of me. I never in my 56 yrs have i ever been treated this way. Discriminated and racist. This coordinator was evil she got in front of me and said hit me. Couldn't believe what she said. I'm a business person and I'm all about service and respect. I LOVE THIS PLACE! I usually dine I'm here at least once a week. Mostly on Friday! If you do decide to go into the drive thru the wait time is very reasonable. Dining in food is promptly brought to your table! Sandwich buns are not warm usually but I'm sure if you ask that can be arranged I just don't mind. The employees here are the nicest. Belle in especially is so sweet. Always has a smile on her face. So patient, & always gets my order correct. They are all super nice here. It's nice to see that Randall (Chick fil a operator) is always in. Shows sincere care for the place. I've never spoken to him but he too always has a smile on his face. I love Chick-fil-A's food and its service, and this location is no exception. Everyone is friendly and very polite, always saying "ma'am", "miss", "please", "thank you" and "my pleasure". I don't remember the last time I went through the drive-thru without an employee standing out there to help in person. At first I found it a little strange because I had never seen that practice done before, but now it's a much welcomed customer service feature that I appreciate because I never have to yell through a microphone hoping the person on the other end got my order because they're standing right in front of me :-) My faves are the chicken nuggets and the spicy chicken sandwich with bacon added. The fries are always good and the diet lemonade tastes just like the real thing. The only bummer is I can't eat here on Sundays but I totally respect and admire giving their people time off to go to church and be with their families. God bless Chick-fil-A! read more

My boyfriend and I travel through here often now and we decided to stop here today to score the delicious breakfast before it was over. We ordered online through the website and it failed to work. My husband and I ate here for the first time. I have to say they have getting your order done down to a science. The long line went very fast. We both ordered the chicken nuggets and Mac and cheese. The nuggets were a one bite nugget. The size of a nickel. But they were very good. Seasoned well with a light crust. And way to over priced. The Mac and cheese was also very good. Went to the counter twice, once for paper placemats the second time for a refill, before I could stand there too long the same person Chloe came up twice too help me out and did it with a smile both times, even though she was on the other end of the restaurant by the drive-through window.
