Me and my husband always go to this Chick-fil-a. They normally have great service. WE went last week and I ordered a chicken wrap. It was about 30 mins before closing. I was told that I couldnt have a wrap because they let all the salad chefs go home early. WHAT?????? I have never heard of anything like this. Then we went to the window to pick up food and was told that they are short staffed and if we wanted a salad or a wrap to come two hours before they close. WHAT??? EXCUSE ME??? I was finally able to try this place and to be honest with you I was not impressed at all. I got a a meal and a meal for my child and it came to around $18 and some change. My child had the 4 piece of grilled chicken which was a joke instead of a decent meal. Very expensive for an average chicken sandwich. It tasted very salty and did not like it at all. This Chick-fil-A is so unorganized. Every time I try to give them another chance they continue to make mistakes. The first time I didn't care everyone makes mistakes but every time I've gone they've messed up my order. I've gave them the chance to redeem themselves but nope not anymore. Today I placed a mobile order for curbside pick up and they completely forgot an entire meal! How is that even possible? When I called to let them know I was missing a meal they said to join the drive thru line to get my meal. Like WHAT? Place is so busy they constantly screw up orders. I go there once a week and my orders have been incomplete a few times and usually at the worst time. Single or double orders are usually ok, if you're ordering food for 4 or more people. Hold up the drive thru line and check your whole order before you drive away because they wont verify the order vs the receipt. Food: I always come here for a post-workout meal and order the usual grilled chicken sandwich combo. It comes with waffle fries and a drink (I opt for bottled water). I get the chick-fil-a sauce and Polynesian sauce to dip my fries into. Both sauces I highly recommend! The grilled chicken sandwich is tasty and not dry. They use chicken breast and its seasoned just right. The sandwich is served on a toasted multigrain bun with green leaf lettuce and tomato and served with honey roasted BBQ sauce. Environment: The restaurant is clean with nice decor and plenty of seating space. There is a playground at the rear of the restaurant for little ones. Restrooms are always clean as well. Service: The service here at this location is what sets this place apart from other fast food places. My first impression of the service here was awesome. Employees would come up to your table and ask if you needed anything such as a refill or if condiments were needed. There was one instance when I was done eating and I was going to discard my trash and an employee, out of nowhere, took my tray and discarded my trash for me. I definitely did not expect that. I give their service an A+ Cost: A little bit pricey but still worth it. I do feel full when leaving here so that shouldn't stop me from coming back here. Stopped by with the wife and daughter #2 for lunch, and we had a very nice experience. This was our first time here since they opened, but I've tried Chick Fil-A at other locations. The lady that took our order was helpful and friendly. Since they fry thier chicken in peanut oil, my wife had to try some other options because she is highly allergic to all nuts. She could have tried thier grilled chicken, but opted for a chicken salad sandwich which she said was good. I had thier spicy chicken sandwich which tasted great. The outer breading of the chicken was crispy, but yet the inside was juicy and tender. Overall a delicious chicken sandwich with a hint of spiciness. The waffles fries were nothing extravagant but they were good. The customer service was excellent. While we were eating, we were asked multiple times if we needed anything. They have a little play area for the kids which was nice. Our 6 year old kept busy while we were waiting for our food. There's a little climbing area which leads to a slide. Very cool little area for the little ones. Great food at a great price, and excellent customer service. We will definitely be back again. read more

So the one star is based only on my recent visit. The guy constantly kept messing up the order when we were trying to place it in the drive thru. Okay fine, we got it sorted out after several minutes. Then I get my food home....I had upgraded my fries to a large because that's my favorite part. They were about halfway filled (see below). And to boot, kind of soggy. I paid extra to be completely ripped off. I was furious but I live across town and had had a long work day so I didn't drive back.
