We were looking for a pit stop en route to Tehachapi and stopped at this Chick Fil A. It was very clean and a perfect quick stop. There is a kids play area with a slide. Very fun area for the kids! The food itself came out fast and service was great. Our fries were super crispy and fresh! This chick was also very modern with trash cans that were motion sensor. So cool! They always mess up on orders. I understand that mistakes can happen but for them to happen EVERY SINGLE TIME we order, that means there's something wrong with the way the employees inside are working. There's a reason why we order either through drive-thru or the app. The whole purpose of ordering through either one is defeated when there are mistakes done and you have to go inside to get them fixed. The sauces you order with your meal won't be in the bag like how they say when they hand your bag over, the correct amount of dressings for the number of salads you order are not in the bag, a WHOLE SANDWHICH is missing, for fries whether they are mediums or large they are half full, or no utensils are given when you clearly need some for the type of meal you ordered. When ever you go in to fix THEIR MISTAKES all you will get is an apology and yes they'll fix it but why should you even have to go through this LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE TIME you order here?! The manager & employees need to pay a lot more attention when they are packing the orders. Yes there's lots of ordering being made and they have to move quick but if they did things correctly the first time, I can assure you they'd be moving quicker and have less work to do. read more

I don't know what's happening to some Chik fil a employees I've been coming to this specifically Location for 5 years on Rancho Vista. Everything was really good for a while. Great Customer Service, very attentive and professional employees. But somehow by the end of 2023 year and now early 2024 it seemed to change. Some of the employees seem careless and I say some because not all of them but I see new faces at this location. These New Employees need more training especially on providing Great Customer Service just like before. I go here very often and on my last trips I've done here I have to get up from my table to ask for sauces or refills usually employees would right away ask if I needed something and now it's like if they can just move me aside,they would do it so that I can let them pass by. But they just stand there and be talking and laughing with there other coworkers. And I'm like hello my food will be getting cold. So I've waited to be asked what I need for over 5 minutes and I mean it because I timed it. Please Chik fil a do better! Feeling disappointed with your new employees. Every time I order delivery I'm always disappointed by something. Last time I ordered, I had a fairly large order and was missing a sandwich. Not to mention that they never include the sauces what's the point of offering sauces on the side if you're never gonna put them in the bag? Today I spent almost $60 on food and delivery just to be missing the 4 sauces I chose for my two meals and one missing from a salad I ordered. I recommend not ordering unless you physically go in or do drive thru because you always have to check your bag that you have all your items and any type of condiments on the side. My family and I stop at this Chick Fil A on my way to Mammoth a couple of times a year. In July of 2022 my son fell asleep and had an accident in his car seat. We found out he woke up and we were getting out of the car. I asked Yvette for paper towels and she gave me a whole role and a plastic bag to collect the dirty towels with. We were able to clean up my son and change his clothes thanks to her help. I received the wrong chicken sandwich and Yvette was quick to get it replaced for me. Just like every other chick-fil-a in America, this place is pretty constantly packed. They do a great job managing the drive through lines at rush hour lunch, and dinner times! My order has been wrong 1 time here, I let management know, and they took awesome care of me. Every other time, my food is consistently delicious, and my orders are perfect! They not only took forever with our order, but had the girl that brought it out originally looked right at us, and went back inside, so we had to call. The way when our food came out they had one girl with like 4 orders bring it, and gave my fiancé the wrong sandwich. The service of this Chik-fil-A has declined. There are so many mistakes made. For the past few times I have gone I have received incorrect or incomplete orders. At first I overlooked them but decided to call it in as it continued to happen. One of the most recent ones was a simple order of 4 egg & cheese biscuits and 4 orders of hash browns and it's stated on the receipt. I get home and not one has cheese. I call and speak to Yvette, she tells me that she would replace the mistake with 4 meals. My daughter decides to pick up 1 (one) order a couple of days later, everything was fine but mind you there was a credit of 4 orders. A couple of days after she goes by to claim 2 orders. She's told that because she already received credit for 1 order that she can't get any more. Fine, no problem they don't want to honor their correction. She orders 2 egg & cheese biscuits with cheese and 2 orders of hash browns pays for It (the order is clear on the receipt) gets home an there is only 1 (one) order of hash browns. I call and speak to Yvette again. I tell what we have been experiencing and I tell her that all I want is credit for the hash browns we paid for and did not receive. She apologizes asks for my phone # and email and says that someone will be contacting me the next day. It's been days and no one has contacted me. Very poor customer service. This location is always busy, but the employees keep the line moving quickly. Even though there are always people coming through the drive-thru, I have never had to wait more than about five minutes. Maybe my memory and longing for a good chicken sandwich blinded me, but I swear I remember Chick-Fil-A tasting better at another location I went to. This isn't to say my experience was bad, just that it was better in my memory than it was in reality. The lines were short, even during lunch hour and we were in and out in 10min. The service at Chick-Fil-A has always been excellent and this place is the same. Expect to be treated with courtesy and workers who actually look like they want to be there. I got the Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich and it came out looking nicely formed, cooked all the way through, and despite all that, I was left wanting. Just some kind of indescribable quality that it lacked. Maybe it was just an off say for the restaurant. Maybe my tastebuds were on not working right. I Interviewed at this location with a very nice lady and she was very kind and liked me very much and said that I would be great for the positions So she set me up with a second interview with someone from HR not going to disclose her name but she was kind as well but definitely looked at me with judgment because of the way my body is and I was dressed appropriately nothing showing but I definitely feel I didn't get the position because my body is curvy and my pants were fitted on me. They didn't even have the decency to call me and let me know I didn't get the position even though I had called 2 times and left a voicemail asking them to let me know so I can continue my job hunt .
