We were first in line to order. There were 4 teenage girls at the counter taking orders and then a group of teenage boys were behind us. All the girls congregated together and kept discussing to see who would be the lucky one to take the boys orders so nobody wanted to step up to take ours. Horrific service!!! I've been to many other CFAs and they're amazing, always kind and helpful. The man working in the front was constantly on his phone and the lady would only clean the same few tables. The floors were disgusting, and the lady knew it and kicked trash to the side! The food runner didn't speak to us only dropped our food and left, no "my pleasure" nor even a "you're welcome." We ordered more food since we were still hungry, and the food runner dropped it off at the wrong table and didn't acknowledge the mistake. The front staff is serving staff to very kind, courteous and informative about their new chicken sandwich the delicious pimento cheese spicy chicken sandwich with jalapeños. Who doesn't love pimento cheese on anything? We received a five dollar gift card from our church, The Lighthouse in Panama City, so we decided to check it out. Also, the gentleman Steve thoroughly cleaning by mopping, sweeping, and passing tables was very kind, asking how everything was, and made sure he quickly delivered my two lemons I requested for my unsweetened tea. He replied with my pleasure and a smile and kept on sweeping. Now I just came around and asked me if I need Ed to top off my drink. Wow this is Excellent service! The store is very clean. Staff is very nice enthusiastic and make things quick and to order. The manager also is very upbeat and positive and you can tell because the staff is a smiling. I love Chick-fil-A but the drive through at this one was terrible. We were visiting for Memorial Day weekend. There are two lines but one is for mobile orders. We went here for breakfast two days and of those two days the regular line was so backed up while the mobile line was completely empty. Thankfully the second day we did do a mobile order. This is not a good concept. They also messed up our orders both times. The first day 2 fruit cups and our Chick-fil-A sauce were left out and the second day one hash brown was left out. Worse service ever. Ordered 2 - #1 Deluxe Chicken sandwiches at the drive through. When we got to the window, they tried to give me 2 Spicy Chicken Deluxe sandwiches which is the #2. They corrected my order and asked me to pull over. When they brought the food out, they forgot our drinks. They also forgot to make our fries well done. When they brought our drinks back out we thought we were good and drove off. After requesting 2 Dr Peppers, we got one Dr Pepper and one Coke. When we got home. The restaurant was clean as were the bathrooms. This is what we come to expect when we go here when we are in Missouri. This one on Florida also is run really well. Extremely disappointed in this establishment today. Me and my best friend placed an order for three breakfast meals. We arrived right at 10:30 and got to the order board a few moments later. As we let her know about our mobile order she told us they have no more breakfast items( not even five minutes after breakfast had ended and 20 minutes since my order had been placed). If an order had been placed twenty minutes prior to breakfast ending they should have completed the order and set it aside as it was already, why else would you promote mobile orders... so they take less priority then walkins... sounds ridiculous to me. It just wouldn't make sense that you would promote a way of ordering your food for customer to arrive and you pull a gotcha nose YOU DONT HAVE MY NOSE OR MY BISCUITS After having this talk at the order board me and my friend were then trapped in there drive thru for 15 minutes and wasted 40 minutes of driving and gas just for my paid for order not to be fulfilled. This is the SLOWEST Chick-fil-A I have ever visited. They did not get my order right. How do you not put chicken on a salad from Chick-fil-A? I had the wrong dressing and they were out of fries. How does a fast food place not have fries? This is the worst one! I really wish they would take a note at Columbus, Ga or Atlanta's restaurants and make some changes. Chick-fil-A has historically been known (at least in my circle) for its friendly staff and above-and-beyond customer service. But not this chick-fil-a. I've never been treated with anything but kindness at every other chick-fil-a, but today I was treated so rudely at this location. The women handing out the food in the drive through didn't say one single word to me, didn't even check my name like they normally do before hanging over food, despite my "hello" and smile. She rolled her eyes at me after I kindly greeted her. She walked away from me when I tried to speak again. I couldn't get her name because I couldn't see a name tag. We don't eat fast food often, when we do it's almost always chick-fil-a, but I don't think we'll be back. This is my go to fast food joint. The workers always greet you with a smile. I've never been to this place and it was bad. The reason I left out a star was because sometimes the place can seem a little dirty. If your on the way to work or if your just hungry, I would recommend swinging by this place. Was just told that I "should be shot" for placing a very large mobile order at this chick-fil-a. I realize that it is bothersome to have to prepare an order that large, but we have a large group. We ordered ahead and paid through the mobile app and picked it up at the drive through window, which we thought would be easier for them than ordering it all inside. The worker handing us the food told us we should be shot, and was generally very rude. I understand it is not fun to have to serve a group that large, but that does not excuse being that rude. I visited this location from out of town and was extremely shocked about the service. While in Panama City I am staying in a hotel. My daughter likes to eat her meal in a bowl just like she does with the chickfila breakfast bowl. I asked for an empty bowl so that her meal could be eaten out of the bowl. I was told that they could not give me a bowl. I asked if they would allow me to purchase one because I was staying in a hotel and didn't have a access to a bowl. The staff at the window then asked the shift manager who quickly and rudely said NO! I wasn't expecting anything for free. I asked to please charge me for an empty bowl. The Chickfla in my home town would and always has done nothing but honor customers request. I don't understand this kind of thought process!! read more
