I have bought meals from this store many times ever since they opened in GSP food court. This is a small store but one of the most popular restaurants in the mall, sometimes the line wrapping around the stairs. It's take out only, but of course guests can use the mall's dining hall for dine-in. The store does a good job of putting associates outside who take customers orders while they are waiting in the line. It speeds up the process and keeps the line short. The store takes relatively short tike to prepare the orders. I always got my orders within 10 minutes. They always pack the items correctly. Never had any missing from the bag. They are also generous with the sauces. I got more whenever I asked. I love the chicken deluxe sandwich, chicken nuggets, waffle fries, milkshake of Chic Fil A. This store does an excellent job of maintaining the quality, taste and standard, at all times. The associates are very friendly here. They always greet and smile. They happily fulfill any reasonable requests like extra sauces, napkins or utensils. The rewards account is also valuable as I get points for purchases from this store. I have redeemed points at this also for free sandwiches and desserts. I hope they continue to do well and keep making the guests happy at GSP. read more

A few of my coworkers and I decided to order lunch for the office yesterday . We ordered a big salad ,nuggets, chicken wraps and cookies for dessert along with some tea. The chicken was superrrrrr weird. Not chicken breast. Idk if they changed to rib meat but it was nasty and this was a FIRST. Chick-fil-A has always been top tier chicken which is why I only eat their nuggets. Not sure if it's just this location or the entire franchise but I was very disappointed. Iam very particular and was disgusted the moment I took the first bite. I went to the front and asked the cashier Jonathan if they changed the recipe because it tasted like rib meat and he said he didn't know then stared at me lmao. So I didn't know, he didn't know, who knew ? Idk lmao, Very weird visit. Maybe he was new not sure. I returned my nuggets and instead of him throwing them away for me he pointed me to a garbage can with my stroller ( which annoyed me ) . Run of the mill Chick-fil-A location. Good location since it's in a popular mall food court. There are usually lines here but they move pretty quickly. Staff is ok here. Maybe slightly below the average Chick-fil-A, but still way better than other places. My gripe with the location here is that the food doesn't always appear to be fresh. Maybe the reason is they prepare the food in advance to combat the high foot traffic, but the waffle fries here are always super soggy and not warm. Tenders/nuggets are similar. Unless they improve food quality, I will definitely go to a different CFA location. read more

Food tasted great. The nuggets I got were cooked all the way and they were hot and crispy. Then the mac n cheese tasted really good as well. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review was because they forgot my sauces. But when I went up and asked to have my sauces they gave it to me with no problem. Just one thing with this place is, if you order online they tend to forget to put the sauces in the bag so just make sure to check your bag when you order online. While the line may look long, the staff moves quickly and efficiently. I ordered the number 1 combo, but later found a long thread of hair in my sandwich. I returned back on line to complain which again took no time at all. The assistant manager immediately offered a new sandwich as a courtesy which I appreciated. So i came to this Chick-fil-A at 1004am. I ordered. A bacon egg and cheese on a biscuit and it came with no cheese. I then went to-tell the manager and she proceeded to tell me, you bit it. Well, duh! How else was i supposed to know it didn't have cheese?! Nobody looks at their food they ordered to see if it actually contains what they ordered. So she took the sandwich to the kitchen area, and came back with the same sandwich just now topped with a cold piece of cheese, that was unmelted! I told her to please make another one, as the sandwich was now ruined thanks to your kitchen staff. The biscuit was broken into many pieces and it didn't look appetizing at all. The manager proceeds to tell me at 1015 now that they ran out of biscuits. How?! When i was the first person to order? The mall opened at 10am. We got to the food court at 1004! This was the worst customer experience I've had at any chick fil a which left a horrible taste in my mouth. You don't expect McDonald's level customer service from chick fil a. They're supposed to be the nicer ones. The best. I would never recommend or tell anyone about this location. Worst chick fil a ever!!! Stay away! I also didn't bother taking a pic. As I'm writing the review, it tells me that this location is closed today lol!!! My wife and I love this Chick-fil-A! Every time we go here, the line is easy 30+ people deep! This time it was only 6. I had a coworker once tell me that the one near my job where we get lunch from every few weeks always has a line! And it's the only food court place that doesn't give samples out front to draw in customers. This location is no different! In all the years I've been going to Chick-fil-A's, I've never had a bad experience! I may have had a piece or 2 of chicken that had a vein running through it, but never more than that! They brought back their bbq bacon grilled chicken sandwich and it was delicious! If you can ever get here for breakfast, the mini chicks are crazy!!!!!! All in all, good luck waiting in line to order, then waiting in line for your food! Have your companion get seats while you wait! Trust me! Finding seats is very difficult here. Btw, atleast half the people in the food court got food from Chick-fil-A! If you come here, try ordering online through the app if you can! Food is always amazing, service is always amazing. As busy as the food court is at Garden State Plaza, this place actually has some decent service time. They have plenty of cashiers to take your order here, so even if the line looks long, you'll be able to order within a minute or two. About the food, it's what you expect from Chick fil a. Some people talk about this stuff like it's chicken sandwiches from the gods. I don't know about that, but it's certainly better than what you get from McDonald's. read more

Hey it's a Chick-fil-a so you can't go wrong! The spicy chicken sandwich was totally kick ass. The chicken itself was juicy, tender and full of flavor. It was perfectly fried and had the right balance of spice. As always the waffle fries were delicious. This location is pretty new and the service was relatively good. The only minor issue was just how long the food took to make, despite the fact there weren't that many people waiting at that given time. But the managers and staff were all pretty alert .. so maybe it's just a matter of getting the kitchen up to the same level of efficiency. ORDER - Spicy deluxe chicken sandwhich meal: spicy version on the OG chicken sandwhich with lettuce and tomato added. Great overall! My favorite are always the waffle fries + polynesian sauce FTW!!! Nommies! - Market salad: Chopped grilled chicken on a bed of lettuce, strawberries, blueberries, apples, carrots, and blue cheese. I was craving waffle fries and something fresh tasting, and this hit the spot. A bit too $$ for a salad at a fast food mall location, but it's the NE. Came with packages of granola, dried fruit, and nut mix, but I didn't use them in my salad. Prolly use them as snacks later. I chose the apple vinagrette, which was BOMB!! The service is fast and friendly. I forgot to ask for water when ordering. I usually refrain from reviewing fast food, but this place redefines fast food. Unlike other fast rood restaurants, Chick-fil-a takes the time to use fresh ingredients and hand dip and fry chicken on a made to order basis. I spoke with the owner, and he says fried chicken never sits around longer than 10-15 minutes. This place can get super busy, but they do a great job at keeping the line moving and keeping the food fresh. Love the spice chicken sandwich. Much better than competitors. This place was great for awhile. We had a issues with how people handled food and associates giving attitude problems but after all that everything was good for awhile. i find what looks to be a pubic hair in my food. Its funny my wife and i started doing breakfast here every morning now and this is the last thing i need to deal with. My wife and i loved breakfast here but this just killed it completely. I will post a picture. I will definitely will be going to terebroro when it opens after this. Not sure what im going to do in the mean time. This location is probably the worst Chick-fil-A I've been to. The staff isn't pleasant at all. I placed a mobile order and opted for curbside pickup. When the person finally came out with my salad, it was missing salad dressing so I had to go back. When I told the person that my salad dressing was missing from the bag they gave me attitude and placed it's on the counter instead of my extended hand. I definitely won't be returning. read more
