The salads are generally fresh and taste good. I can only remember one time the chicken was dry and overcooked; which was not their "norm". It's not a five-star restaurant, but for fast-food I would say it's one of the better ones in Pensacola. I'd give four stars for the food. Their staff has always been friendly and courteous. Definitely five stars for service. I can't address the ambiance of this Wendy's because I've always used the drive through.

Best decision i've ever made in my life. Better decision than when I chose to stop at a red light instead of run it. The food was immaculate and the prices were so good. The environment was great aswell. Specifically the employee named Chow!! Chow made our experience memorable and unforgettable. He walked through the menu with my friends and I and even gave us two of each HOMEMADE SAUCES for free!! (since it was our first time trying the foo) Talk about southern hospitality. Thank you Foo and thank you Chow. I will be returning from New Orleans just for Foosackly's. And I will advocate for Chow getting a raise!! On your first visit you get a choice of free custard. My fave custard is Rita's so that's how i measure...the custard tastes more like ice cream. Definitely missing that mouthfeel i crave in custard. The chocolate is better than the vanilla in most custard places outside of Rita's and it's the same at Super Chix. Got a mintOreo fusion instead of a drink and it did remind me of McFlurry from way back. Cajun fries reminds me of the ones from Steak 'n Shake. I got it to go. It was slow coming out but the food was hot and fresh. There's also an impressive sauce station. Sauces were all pretty good. Crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and coated with plenty of lemon pepper seasoning without being too salty. The ranch on the side tied everything together perfectly. The collard greens were a nice surprise too. Full of flavor, tender, and tasted like they'd been cooked low and slow the right way.
