We LOVE Chick-fil-a hence why we stopped to eat here while traveling. The atmosphere among the staff was not the typical quality. The entire time I was in there, all they talked about were everyone's breaks. I dont know if the entire staff took a break at once because the majority of the tables were not clean, the trash cans were over flowing, and the bathrooms were dirty. Each time I approached the counter once because I never got my iced coffee and once to get a refill, I was never acknowledged. I had to get their attention each time. I have eaten at MANY chick-fil-a's at their busiest times. It was 3 pm when we came and not that busy. I don't write reviews just to complain. I write this because I don't want this restaurant to represent a brand I really care about because our experience was not the chick-fil-a quality we usually brag about. read more

We moved here from the south which has a chick fil a on every corner, so we were happy to see one here. I would rate 5 but I think some of the servers leave something to be desired. I find the service slow here and last time I went through the drive through they forgot one of my fries and when I noted it the manager standing at the window practically argued with me about it. I handed back my bags and said here you check then. Got my fries but not an apology. Good food as always and reasonable price. read more

Food is great, no one would say otherwise of this restaurant however breakfast service atrocious. Employee approached register and just stood there disgruntled, no hello or how are you. After order was placed took 20 minutes to get our food. My disdain for our visit lies with employees bad attitude and slow service. Three other families came in while we waited for our food and all left without placing orders due to speed of service. read more

Service is impeccable , when I go in I am treated like I was family. Free coffee in the month of February !. I am a vegetarian so choices are limited for me . I love the waffle fries- I think they make them fresh for each guest . Ketchup comes in nice little tubs that make it easy to dip fries into . Ice cream though was a disappointment -icy bits in the mix, not a creamy feel or taste . Hash browns were good , but I prefer Burger King's. I ordered a cookie and it arrived warm- a bit too warm and promptly crumpled into a greasy mess. Would have been better if it was served slightly cooler . Overall the limited selection of vegetarian choices is the reason for a low rating . The customer service is the best in the industry - they even blow Starbucks and Panera away with their seemingly genuine smiles and manners . Fries are cheaper than the new McD and BK prices ( at least for the regular ( not value ) sized menu ) . read more

Came through the drive through tonight a half hour before closing (I hate being "that" guy but I really did not want to cook lol), and there were about ten or so cars in line. I cant' believe I'm rating a fast food restaurant. For starters, this is one of the best quality and tastiest fast food franchises in the US, but this particular outlet is an abomination. They are way too busy, there are lines all over the place, the staff is highly disorganized and the managment clearly is lost in space. The policy to bring food to the table only works if your employees have memory retention, but thee folks can't even get that straight. Everyone is lost and wandering around for too long while your food gets cold. Eaten here 3 or 4 times thinking it would improve and it hasn't. I'm done, its too annoying. My biggest gripe is that they don't seem to cook the food all the way. I've been servded soggy fries and undercooked chicken. The take out window is also a mess, they made me different food after repeating back my order. If you have to eat this food so bady or are really craving it, ride down 22 to Palmer and eat at that branch instead. These folks can't seem to get it together and its been open for way to long for them to have any excuses. read more

An oasis of joy and friendliness in Phillipsburg! Stopped in today and was amazed by how friendly the counter person was, how quick the service was (drive through seemed to go by at a fast clip too), and how clean everything was. Even the ketchup and mayo packets were organized! They have a nice play area for kids and had a guy dressed as a cow walking around and dancing. They also had some people picking up litter in the parking lot... And everyone looked happy! I also overheard a woman using the back of the menu to engage her child in educational conversation. To top it off, the owner walked around handing out hand wipes and mints afterwards! My spicy crispy chicken wasn't as crispy as I typically like, but I didn't care because it renewed my faith in society's future. (By the way, the CEO seems to have gotten out of politics and focuses on food now so you can go guilt-free if you support marriage equality.) read more
