So chick-fil-a is chick-fil-a... It's a chain restaurant and most of the time it's the same product. However this place consistently out performs other locations. The sandwiches here are always served piping hot, the fries are crisp, and the nuggets are crunchy and delicious which is a huge plus when it comes to a chain. More importantly the customer service is through the roof! Let me give you a rundown of my stop in with my family tonight: 1. The cashier greeted us warmly with a smile politely took our order. 2. Once we sat down another server came by and asked us of we needed anything (which we didn't) and offered us purell wipes for our hands (which she was doing for every table). 3. They brought our food over to our table (A lot chick-fil-a's do this, but it's still great from a fast food joint) 4. Someone came by and offered to refill our drinks for us. Seriously?!? I've been to a lot of Chick-fil-A and this is the best one I've been to this far! They are mostly the better of any fast food chain, but this one was even more so. Friendly greeting, to attentive ordering, to food brought quickly to my table. Didn't have a straw, so asked where to get a straw and the reply was, "I'll get one for you". They even had a lady with hand wipes and mints walking around to each table. Top notch! read more

I love Chick-fil-A and so happy they opened one here. The location is clean and service is excellent. Sometimes the drive through wait is a bit long but the workers are so courteous that I can't get mad. There has been several times I felt the workers went above and beyond. The Chick-fil-A in Phillipsburg, PA is the only disappointing one I have ever been to. I've been going to this location for about a year, 2 - 3 times a week. Their chicken wrap is a very healthy alternative to other fast foods. But, unfortunately this will come to an end. I was told today, because I ask for my wrap, to not be cut, that it takes up to much of their time, (3 customers in the store, 2 cars in drive thru) and they will no longer be able to do this. I guess the economy is doing better than we thought. I'm sure, I can find a local deli that would be more than happy, to take my $38.00 a week. One star. The wraps good? In my humble opinion, this is by far the best fast food establishment ever. Here are my 3 reasons why I think so. First off, their food is of considerably better quality than any other fast food joint. Their chicken sandwiches taste like the real thing, not processed garbage that you get elsewhere. Second, all of their employees from the manager to the person who cleans the floors, do everything they can to make your visit pleasant and enjoyable. The entire staff is couteous and always super nice. Third, I love the idea that their corporate headquarters seems to treat their employees with respect and value their efforts. Every Chick-fil-A is closed on Sundays so the workers could spend time with their families. I work at a job where I'm required to work both weekends and holidays. After years of doing that, I can appreciate a company that allows their employees an opportunity to live a stable life, and even if it's only one day a week, spending time with loved ones is very important. For the above reasons, that is why I really like patronizing Chick-fil-A. I hope they keep up the great work, because I'll keep going back. Tip : if you are not asked by anyone if you would like a beverage refill, you can just mosey on up to the counter and they'll be happy to fill you up. read more

I love Chick-fil-A, but this particular one is definitely not up to standards. I was surprised when pulling in that there were 0 customers in or at the restaurant when we pulled in at 9 am. That was a clue. I have never been in an empty Chick-fil-A until now. We walked in, no one was at the counter or anywhere to be seen. Someone came out from the back after a couple of minutes. She was friendly and took my order right away. Food wise, The biscuit was terrible, flat and greasy, but the chicken was good. The Fruit cup was mushy. The coffee tasted heavy and reheated, like it was a few hours sitting on the burner. I love this restaurant, but this location is off my list! read more

As much as it pains me to do this. I have to give my experience a 1 Star. We stopped at the drive thru and sat for 10 minutes without moving. We actually called inside to see what was happening and were told they were going to get it moving. We sat another 2 minutes and left. If an order took that long the customer should have been told to pull up so the rest of the customers in line could have been served. Worst chicken sandwich ever! My husband and I love these sandwiches. The sandwiches had tendons, were overcooked and I swear there was paper or packaging in the breading. Pulled up in the drive through at 10:32 asked for a chicken biscuit and was told breakfast just ended. I then asked that since it's only been 2 mins that if they can make an exception and a Rude tone was told again that breakfast just ended so from there I drove off and went to Panera who gladly made the exception for breakfast a good 10 mins after. read more

Nice addition to the burg! Choices are limited because my significant other is gluten free so we usually stick to the salads and fries! The grilled chicken is delicious and they don't skimp on how much they give you, it's a nice sized portion. What will keep me coming back is that the staff pays attention and they are all friendly! This is not a negative review of Chick - Fil A as a whole but this location . I came in today first time with another Mom who was visibly pregnant and our two 6 year old daughters. We ordered chicken nuggets and chicken sandwiches separately upon receiving order no one verified our receipts when my friend took out her food contents she noticed that her daughter received grilled chicken my friend went to change to fried nuggets and they proceeded to check order screen to say that it what we asked for. After a few minutes they finally gave her the friend chicken nuggets. The polite thing to do was give her the darn new fried chicken nuggets but they continued to insist we were wrong . All food was sub par like old chicken that was refried a couple of times over. The nuggets my daughter received picture enclosed was 3 pc of bread crumbs with no chicken inside . Chick-fil-A - Grizzle !!! - Fast Food Near Me - Phillipsburg, New Jersey

We tried to use the online mobile app last weekend as we are in the middle of a house move and we wanted to save some time - We had to wait for 10 minutes after we got there even after we placed the online order in advance, and then when we got home my daughter's meal was missing - so we split the rest of our food with her so that she actually got to eat. I tried to contact Chick Fil A to get a refund for the missing food, and we were contacted initially with a person who told us he would refund the meal but needed our transaction number. Husband accidentally deleted the voicemail so I reached out again, and was contacted again regarding the meal. I was now told that rather than a refund, Chick Fil A would put my name in a folder and they would give me a complementary meal when we came back rather than a refund and a coupon for a new menu item that we would try. I have no plans on going back, so I guess we are out the cost of a sandwich. P.S.. if you buy the frozen lemonade please be aware that they mix it with their custard, which results in an undrinkable concoction. It was absolutely disgusting. This really isn't very good customer service. I understand the location is busy but we were missing food and paid for something we didn't get. read more

I been going to Chick-fil-A for years when traveling down south, we were excited about them up here. We frequent the ones in the Lehigh Valley about 2-3 times a month, and by far this one is horrible. The service, cleanliness, and the lack of caring for the customers are unreal. We went and waited over 10 minutes to order, only one person taking orders others standing around and stocking instead of helping customers. There was a birthday party there and that was their focus and one man at the party must work there and would go back in regular clothes and flip flops in the kitchen and get food for the party. So let alone they got served first it was gross that people were in the kitchen with flip flops. I know this is a clear health code violation in Pennsylvania but not sure about New Jersey.
