Had a bad experience at a different location yesterday, and swore not to go back to a Wendy's, but the reviews were better in FH..... and I was passing by anyways. So I sucked it up and ordered lol. I got the burrito and the honey butter biscuit. I don't eat a lot of FAST FOOD..... but seeing it on IG makes you want to try it. I think it was the best fast food breakfast I've had. The burrito has a perfectly cooked egg. And the potatoes in it are yummy. The honey butter biscuit was so juicy and crispy at the same time. It was not spicy. For years, I would come to this Wendy's because it was the best one, and I had many options. The bacon was crispy, on the thin side, flavorful. Since the new owners took over, I've noticed the bacon is thick and rubbery, not warm, nor is the burger more than room temperature. Drove 6hours from ABQ to my hometown to order a biggie bag and potato. They forgot the butter, fries, sour cream, utensils and ketchup. It's no wonder FH can't keep any chains running. After a long day of swimming with friends/family we stopped through the drive thru for the long drive to the west valley. Service was great and since we were the only ones in the line it was quick. Food was exactly how I asked; Dave's double wrapped in lettuce , Coke Zero and fries. Parking lot was a bit weird to navigate, but nothing too bad. read more

Dropped by late and used the drive thru. Ordered a baked potato with chives & sour cream. Told the young lady not to forget the sour cream as others had done at other Wendy's. Quick service and yes indeed the sour cream was there. But what I liked was attention to detail. They took a small Wendy's bag and put the napkin, fork, sour cream, and buttery spread inside.--almost like how a restaurant sets up a place setting. The small bag served as a holder. I like that they took the time to do that. The potato was large and delish. read more

Man this Wendy's location is useless. First of all the lady that took the order was very nice. But then I get to the window and the guy was a jerk! I ordered number one with a Coke. I literally pulled into the same parking lot to start eating it. The burger was ice cold. And look at the picture of this soda. There is not one bubble in it it was 100% flat. Why the hell would you even serve this? Management needs to check your employees and get rid of the useless ones. 3rd time in a row with bad service here I learned my lesson. Friday, March 15, 2019 at 7:11 pm My family and I just ate at this Wendy's. As I am washing and drying my hands a guy finishes using the urinal and proceeds to walk out. It was at this time I noticed he was an employee, later to be identified as the cook. I called out, "excuse me sir," but he kept walking. Unfortunately, it did not end there; another employee exits the stall, flushes the toilet and proceeds to leave. I stopped him and said, "you need to wash your hands," which the young man said, "oh we wash our hands in another sink." I said your sign says employee MUST wash hands before returning to work. He tried to insist, but I said, I'm going to report you. I shared this with the manager on duty who was apologetic and gave me corporate number. I trust no one gets deathly sick because of a lack of common sense and training (food handler/food managers classes)! Do right please!! read more

The grilled chicken sandwich I ordered was hot, the lettuce was ..sort of new and the Coca-Cola was cold and perfectly carbonated. The staff were nice and the order was done quickly. The restaurant was clean and the condiment area was clean and well maintained. The food was good, and I would stop here again. read more

I was so impressed with my experience at this location, I logged back in to yelp which I dread. The dining room is spotlessly clean and the owner was on site greeting customers and keeping up on cleaning and stocking. Friendly cashiers and quick service stood out and the food quality was better than other Wendy's I have been to. Wendy's is one of my FAVE fast-food places. Why is this? Well, this is my reasoning: 1. Fries are to DIE for. Their seasoning is on-point as well as they don't overcook them as well as are "mealy" without being overwhelming. 2. Burgers are of substance and generous w/fixings. 3. Frosties. Well, they're just awesome and have been on the menu for decades. 4. Salads don't just consist of some lame Iceberg lettuce and a couple of tomatoes thrown on for color. I picked up a spicy chicken combo today. NEVER AGAIN. The chicken was dry and old tasting, the bun was soggy and limp,the lettuce was non existent, the tomato was so thin you could see right through it. If I could give negative one million stars I most definitely would!!!! My friends and I went to this location last night and had BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! We were placing two separate orders in the drive thru. Mind you they were relatively easy orders nothing crazy. The employee who was taking our order was snippy and kept cutting us off while placing the order. I've worked at Wendy's in the past, so I'm well aware of the main goal from the CEO himself is making a Wendy's experience a more home like environment verses just your average fast food chain; as well as providing exceptional customer satisfaction! Unfortunately neither of these needs were met what so ever!!! We finally made it to the window, mind you we got there at 11:15pm and it is now 11:45pm. It took the employee 20 minutes to even open the window as she was chatting it up with her coworker laughing and clearly having the time of her life as we waited in the car freezing cold. We turned the car off to avoid wasting even that much more than we had already. So if you could only imagine how cold it was. You could said we were at this point very upset but in the same sense very much looking forward to some nice fresh hot food! NOT EVEN THE SLIGHTEST! I'm actually pretty positive that the frosty we ordered was warmer than our fries and sandwiches. She finally opened the window to quickly say it's taking longer because we are making your food nice and fresh. In my head I'm now doubting Wendy's due to the fact I felt that we were supposed to always get fresh food regardless also why is it now taking an hour to complete this task when plenty of other places can do this much quicker???? So we are again still waiting for our food to make an appearance after almost now an hour. The employee FINALLY HANDS us our food practically throwing the bags at us and saying a quick "okay have a nice night and closed the window on us". After seeing the vehicle that was in front of us return their food and got their money back, we sat there and of course checked our food for accuracy. Our sandwiches were legitimately as cold as the snow blowing around outside!!!! Mind you she told us the purpose of us waiting forever was due to our food being made FRESH. We of course were polite at first and said hey this food is very cold. You want to know what her response was?!?!? "I just watched it get of the grill sooo"! In a very snotty tone and with a smirk on her face!! Now at this point I'm extremely upset. We asked for a refund due to this rediculous experience and she rolls her eyes. We ask for her name, and she said in a very snobby like tone, "it's Natalie"! It again took an additional 10 minutes for her to simply complete the refund transactions. She didn't even provide us with a receipt so we asked for one. That was another 10 minutes at least. So we got our receipts and then again with her disrespectful tone she insists we give her back all the cold food she gave us. We then questioned her about that she said in order to receive a refund she needed the food back. Which is very odd too me considering that this isn't a compliant procedure with the food cross contamination act. So we still handed her the food anyway just thinking that the poor people behind us are probably going to get those freezing cold leftovers. I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location and the way Natalie handled the situation. I hope that the General managers do take a better look at whom they are hiring and realize that one day that this employee that they hired is a reflection of the company and I'm sure if this conversation made it's way to the CEO, he would be very disappointed in my experience in which I plan on getting in contact with him. Whoever you are DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE IN GOING TO THIS LOCATION AND STAY CLEAR OF NATALIE!!!! read more
