The diet lemonade (and regular) were (and still are) addicting, and if you're game for a guilty pleasure, you cannot go wrong with any of the fried food on the menu or their Icedream cones! I had my fair share of Chick-fil-A during both of my pregnancies, and now, years later, this Chick-fil-A is a frequent stop in our family rotation... the drive-thru is super convenient and my kids, who are a bit picky, always do well with their kids meals. Service is friendly, food is consistent, and the price is right! The catering menu comes to the rescue if you're looking to feed a lot of kids... I've ordered more than a handful of nugget trays over the years and they are always a hit. Balance the nuggets out with a fruit tray and call it a day. The biscuit sandwich is usually my go-to item at most places and this was the typical egg, bacon and cheese variety. Everything gets compared to McDonald's, so in that respect, nothing was as good as the big breakfast dog. The Biscuit - more chewy, like a biscuit English muffin. The potatoes - resembled and tasted like microwaved potato pellets. Eggs, bacon - slightly less tasty than McD's Coffee - good enough. Combo Price - about $5.50, in the breakfast ballpark. I stopped by this location for breakfast yesterday, 05Oct. I was so excited when I saw the short line, but looking back this may have been a bad sign. I get to the menu and the girl taking my order, who obviously is annoyed she is at work, says, "sjkad faiousgf aside fa chick-fil-a." I looked at my partner and was like, "uhhh what did say?" We just assumed it was the usual greeting and proceeded to order. This girl was talking so fast and repeating everything back at lightning speed it was kind of frustrating. Even after I ordered, and she read my order back, I had no idea what she was saying, so I just said "uhh yeah sure. sounds great." After we get our food we check the bag for accountability and sure enough she forgot to add a sandwich, which we weren't charged for. Even though we weren't charged of the sandwich, it was just very annoying that this girl is doing everything as fast as possible and it is affecting and reflecting on the entire restaurant. I love chick-fil-a for their service and friendliness, but my experience at this location was sub-par. Aside from my experience with the service, the breakfast sandwich was terrible quality-wise and I only at the edges of my biscuit. Yes. You read that right. I hit two different Chick-fil-a locations in the same day. ....and I'm not even a little ashamed to admit it! I love their product! We stopped by this location around noon time. It was pretty busy, but we still got quick speedy, and friendly service from the young lady who took our orders. Everything arrived quickly and all orders were accurate....and it goes without saying that the food, as always, was luscious! Yes, I said it....lusious! Mmmm, MMmmmm.MMMM! Love me some Chick-fil-a! This Chick Fil A is ALWAYS getting orders wrong. This time I ordered a classic chicken sandwhich. Accidentally ordered it spicy. At the drive through I told them I messed up and if they could make it not spicy. Understandably I waited 10 minutes in a spot while they "fixed it" even after I said please check first so I don't get home and it's spicy. I've used this location of N. 44th St and E. Indian School Rd. at least 3X per week, so far they've always gotten my order correctly! The quality of the food is very good and I have never been disappointed! My online account allows me to not only order ahead for less waiting but It allows me to earn points and free rewards too. It feels like I'm offered a free chicken sandwich or a free milkshake weekly by its Operator Matthew Richardson. The staff though they may have a high turnover in employees, I've not yet met one person there that wasn't courteous and kind to me. I also find it handy to be able to buy my daughter and her family of 8 breakfast, lunch or dinner easily and quickly too from Arizona ordering online to the Georgia locations. Once again, the service at another Chick-fil-A has captured my attention... I don't typically review chain restaurants, and I've said this many times on Yelp! Chick-fil-A is establishing itself in my mind, as one of the very few chains that still have and uphold any standards. Menu items are constantly being changed and updated. It's not just a chicken sandwich joint. Their breakfast items are amazingly diverse! And that is also part of the reason I'm writing this. The Arizona Coyotes have featured a Chick-fil-A promotion for at least a few seasons. When they score a goal in a designated period, the fans win a free breakfast item. While the Coyotes haven't scored enough goals to be a good team, they have sent me home with several of these promo cards. So on my way to work, early in the morning, I've dropped in to the Arcadia Chick-fil-A a lot recently. You will be hard pressed to find a nicer, friendlier group of people at 6 AM. We found ourselves out late in Phoenix and my kids really wanted Chick fil a so I found the nearest one. It was already after 9 and we were all starving. I paid and our drinks were given to us. About three mi the later we had our food. From the sounds of it maybe someone who had worked there previously. I don't know but it took quite a while to grab attention. Great food, long wait for this tiny location. The traffic in/out of this location is not only extremely difficult to navigate, but it can be dangerous. I love Chick-Fil-A. I love their mission. I love their food. But in the rush to serve the Arcadia area of Phoenix, they chose a poor location. There's only one dual-way in/out driveway to this location off a busy intersection, and there is an exit-only lane placed dangerously close to the drive-thru lane. It creates a real log-jam when trying to get out that way. True, the wonderful folks at Chick-Fil-A tried to put down barriers and lane markers in the parking lot, but the truth is that the location's parking lot/thoroughfares are too small to serve the population that wants to enjoy this great food/drinks/etc. Unless the location finds a way to manifest-destiny and expand - I'd leave this location to the locals only. I have friends that will walk to this location from their neighborhood homes. That's the smarter move! read more
