My uncle and I were at Chick-Fil-A last night around 7 p.m. and a kid named Jerry was working that went so above and beyond for a customer - that wasn't even us - that I had to write about it. A customer went through the drive thru and must have taken off before the employee working that night could give him all of his food. Noticing the problem, Jerry quickly volunteered to chase after them. The bag was small and couldn't have contained more than a container of fries, but Jerry sprinted after the car nearly a block. The driver didn't see him and he ran alongside the vehicle - that was moving fairly quickly for a parking lot mind you - until the driver finally saw him and came to a stop. I just wanted to share this amazing customer service story about a young man who did all he could to make sure a customer didn't feel ripped off at Chick-Fil-A. If I was a manager, I would find a way to recognize him big time! read more

If you're looking for a fast food chicken sandwich, I'd have to say this has probably the best one. Of the times I've eaten at Chick-fil-A, I've never bitten into fat or gristle in their sandwiches, which I hate at other establishments. I finally tried their spicy chicken sandwich recently and think it might be the best one around, at least at a fast food restaurant. Their sauces are great and I recommend trying a variety of them along with their solid waffle fries. read more

I'm not sure what kind of personal vendetta this location has against me in particular but the last three times I've visited they've asked me to pull forward for an order I've gotten here before and had no issues with and each time I've said no and they try to spend the entirety of my time at the window arguing and pressuring me and trying to get my phone number and making me feel like I'm making the experience difficult for all their other customers while forgetting I'm part of "all their other customers" and they certainly aren't treating me like a priority and like I matter as well. I've gone out of my way once to another location and got the same food order with speed, a thank you and everything politely and individually packed. Considering I always see about 10 high school and college age kids standing in the kitchen and I've only got two cars behind me, it seems indecently rude to ask me to wait while they serve everyone else before getting to my order. I ask for no cheese which if you have a customer with an allergy I also hope they are paying attention to how that could be a major dietary issue otherwise. I will refuse to go to another restaurant and another location because this is the food I want and the location is nearest to me but I hope the attitude changes and the general manager--which I hope I haven't met yet in the disgraceful ways I've been addressed continually at each of my visits--sees this. I will continue to pull up normally in the drive thru instead of being asked to be the only person using the app (I was told to do this tonight because apparently if it's inconvenient for the restaurant you aren't allowed to use the drive thru...) and I will continue to say no to pulling forward because I won't put others ahead of me and I refuse to be forgotten and passéd over while everyone who came after me is served first. That is definitely not good customer service and if it's a matter of attention to raises for timing given to shift managers then I will definitely throw it off now and hope the general manager understands how his or her customers are getting treated by shift managers. Haven't had too many issues in the earlier day time so maybe it's just the night shift that needs some extra reprimand at this time. Until next time. I almost expect to be argued with each time now at the window and it's ridiculous I have to keep going through that. Just give me my food. Maybe I'll roll up my window so they can't tell me how unimportant I am compared to the people behind me until my food is ready. I'd like to update my review for better stars. Just waiting for the service to reflect it now. Update to Mary: Either way, I should not be argued with or told to move forward every time I come to order a salad. You need to change this policy or address it with your staff. It's not appropriate that I and I alone am getting asked to move forward. Because that is personal whether you want it to be or not. When I come again I hope I get treated differently. I'm not using the app because I want to order something special just like everyone else. That's a ridiculous expectation-I should be allowed to use the line whenever I want, that's what it's for. And if you could see the way your employees "communicate" to me you would feel some shame I'm sure. Or at least I would hope! Because then you would just be a bad general manager.....and then no wonder your policies have gotten so many bad reviews lately. There's also less people available during the day because you are busier during the day and there's as I said before tons of people just standing around every time I pull up and I have come when you aren't busy as I stated I only came with two cars behind me--and I was still asked to pull forward. That's when the policy doesn't make sense at all and it does become personal. Not to mention that in the less than two minutes I usually am having to argue with an employee my salads get made. Instead of arguing your employees should just make the salads and pass them to me since that is what they will have to do anyway. And then there's the fact that I can go to the chick fil a at another location (stapley ahem) and I am not expected to pull forward for a special order-even when they are actually and legitimately crazy busy- compared to two cars only behind me so I know that's a dumbass policy that only your restaurant maintains in the flying face of customer dissatisfaction and rudeness. I should not have to change my eating patterns because of the rudeness of your staff though. It's not unreasonable for me to expect to come get a salad at your location through the drive thru and wait at the window for my meal like everyone else and be treated with nice and decent courtesy. This is not the experience I wish to keep having. My boyfriend and I had a couple coupons for free drinks and sandwich. The service here was impeccable, from the friendly cashier to the assistant managers who went around ensuring that we got our food and were satisfied. To top it off, the bus boy who was cleaning off the tables was offering to get customers some sauce that he overheard them wanting. I left very impressed by the attentive care of the entire staff. We have adopted this as our Chick Fil A because its the closest one. My son loves chicken nuggets. We are here at least once a week. Service is always great, friendly, and quick. But this review is specifically about my visit earlier today. I went inside because I needed to order some party trays for this afternoon. I believe she's a manager, and I already forgot how to spell her name but it starts with a T, was FABULOUS. She greeted me right away, asked how she could help, and then offered me a seat so we could sit down and discuss my order. Another guy asked me if he could get me a drink, so I ordered a cherry coke with full intentions to pay for it. He said it was on the house. Sweet! While discussing my order, the manager asked if I wanted to do some cookies to, I hesitated because I had not tried them and before I could answer, she ran back into the kitchen to grab me one. A warm, chocolate chip cookie. It was delicious! Then another employee brought me a milk, just as a nice gesture. He told me it was the best way to enjoy their cookies. Its been a long time since I have had such good service. I know they've gotten a bad rap in recent years for the owners religious views, but great customer service will keep us coming back. This is how customers want to be treated, and we definitely take note and remember! Not only was I in and out in less than 10 minutes for a large order, they offered to cut the cookies a certain way so it would be easier to serve the kiddos at the school party this afternoon. Being able to walk into a place where you are greeted and made feel welcomed is such a great feeling. To have the woman working the register tell you that it might take a while for you to get your food, makes it nice. I usually wait for 10 mins becuase i have no idea whats going on and by then im upset. She was pleasant and very kind. Other than "what kind of sauce" there were no other questions asked about my confusion, she handed me one of each with a smile. Carried my food out, suggested the sauce to try one last time, and again, with a kind smile. Throughout the whole order process she talked to me and made me feel like i wanted to come back. I have been coming to this Chick fil a for over a year now. I have always received great service and the food is always hot and fresh! Me and my friend just rolled through the drive through 2 minutes before closing and they made fresh fries and the gentleman who was helping us at the window had the courtesy to lean out the window and have a nice conversation with us while we waited. Carleen was amazing. She greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in. She immediately went to a register and asked me if she could help me. She was GENUINELY very engaging and interested in how my day was going. Upon paying and receiving my order she thanked me and asked me to return soon. While I was sitting my meal, a toddler was crying and the parents were trying to pacify him, but were unable to. Carleen observed from behind the counter. She brought over a small toy for the child which made him stop crying. The parents were delighted and thanked her. She didn't have to do anything, but she did. We went to chick fil a tonight for a school fundraiser. We've never been to this location and rarely go ro a chick fil a. We were very impressed. Our three boys were able to find great options on the kids menu. The mac n cheese was very good. Two of our boys ordered it and ate it all. The older boys loved their chicken nuggets and all three boys were happy to find chocolate milk as an option. We were very impressed with Miss Mary Ellen. I ate at this location for my first Chick-Fil-A experience and I'm now a die-hard converted lover! Staff was helpful and more than willing to make accommodations for my nutritional concerns and desires for my meal. I was so happy to know that I could order a breakfast burrito by my preference with no issue (egg whites only, no cheese, with hash browns!), and the staff was more than happy to outfit me with all the sauces and accoutrements I desired. Well I have been here a few times now and really like it. It is very clean inside, the restrooms are clean as well. The staff is always pleasant ,even when they are very busy. Now the chick-fil-A"s all serve Breakfast as well. I have not got to try the Breakfast yet. But, I will one day soon. I have been checking out several different stores through out the Valley. The food is always fresh here. I love their lemonade and they have an Ice tea that is not sweetened, which I love as well. I am not a fan of sweet drinks and I do not drink Soda. So I like that they have other Options. You can also buy Bottled water. You might find it a little hard to find at first, even though it is on Ray Rd. It is in the same parking lot as the AMC. That is the largest thing you can see from the road,so you can use that as a marker. Also there is a Petco in the same Parking Lot as well. From the street, the best marker perhaps is" On The Boarder" restaurant. They do have a drive thru as well, but so far I have always just parked and gone in. Give this place a try. Rudest staff!!! Ordered a small vanilla iced coffee and the cup was about 1/4 straight syrup!! I told her it was all syrup, she said try shaking it, so I did while waiting for my order, tried it and it was still TOO sweet!! This was not even drinkable!! I told her and this 'genius' asked if I wanted MORE syrup, after expressing several times there was already too much! Went to chick-fil-a around 8:10pm asked for a Cobb salad with no tomato. I was told they can't do that since the salads are premade in the morning. So they can't make a new one now since they make them in the morning. I have gone before at night and was told they are all out of salads. Guess they don't have the stuff to make salads after the morning. I went a few days later in the morning asked how long is the wait for a regular chicken sandwich I was told 15-20 minutes. I went to the window (i was in the drive thru) asked the cashier to speak to the manager the cashier Jade rolled her eyes and huffed as she turned around and told the person taking orders I wanted the manager. He comes to the window and says he is the manager. I said no your not. I just heard what she said to you and you said I will just deal with it. But my question is why is the wait 15-20 minutes? You are coming chicken just like you are now? He said they all orders are made to go and everyday they drain all the oil clean the equipment and refill the oil for lunch time.I also said I have called and spoke with the store manager in the past asking why I was told it's 15-20 minutes for a sandwich and I waited and it came out in 6 minutes. The store wasn't busy no cars in line no one inside. I was told that long of a time because they didn't want to make it. The manager said that it does not take that long and I should have never been told that. So when I told this to the drive through manager he said "I can start that sandwich for you now if you like" I said why? You just told me it will take 15-20 minutes. Are you telling me now that you lied? He didn't say anything. I told him I held up the line for the nice people behind me long enough and I'm not waiting. I drove off. Not sure what's going on with this store but the quality has gone down. The breakfast bowl don't waste your money. Half the time the forget the eggs in it. The salads have to check your toppings. They forget half of them or there are so little you take it back and they are embarrassed by it. You spend over $10 on food you expect to get the toppings. Lettuce doesn't cost $10. Anyway, not sure if this review will make any difference. We won't return to this chick-fil-a location. They don't have to care they are busy and my one little family makes no impact so nothing with change. read more
