I was trying to go in and it was 8:30 i looked on there app saying it closes at 10:00 then I tried walking in then the workers were inside smoking. I would not recommend it because now there is probably smoke in the fryers to cook food. Ordered through the app and when we showed up we found out it was closed and there were not opening until 10:30 and not serving breakfast today because of the holiday. I'm a huge chick-fil-a fan, so my review is slightly biased. I dripped by here last week during a lunch hour peak. I saw the cars backed up and was slightly worried about the wait time. Once I rounded the corner, I saw the lines split into two lanes and people outside to help take orders. My order was taken in no time at all and I was through the line in under 10 minutes flat. Surprisingly efficient for such a busy location! The workers were also friendly despite the 100 degree plus weather. The food was hot and tasty, a checked sandwich and waffle fries. First of all, I have been driving to this location since they open and been a loyal customer. A week ago I droved to the drive-through of this Chick-fil-A and I noticed two of the employees who are responsible for handling one's purchase items not wearing their mask protection correctly. I advised both the correct way to wear the mask since I work in the medical field. Their response was very vague and with an attitude, on my way out the male employee YELL out to me "HAVE A NICE DAY" in a very NASTY manner. Needless to say, I am sure that Chick-fil-A management wouldn't appreciate this conduct towards their patrons, and for this reason, I won't ever return to this location. read more

Pulled in about 1020 to place a breakfast order, line was very long and when I got to the front to pay it was about 1031 and I had found out they gave me an extra order of hashbrowns instead of an extra order of chicken minis as I ordered. I stopped here a couple of days ago and got the chicken nugget 12 count meal and I asked to get the value size which consist of a large fry and a large drink, well I asked to get a large shake instead in which I payed a $1.90 extra for , well when I get to the window to get my order she hands me the shake and I asked is that large, I knew it wasn't because I get them all the time, Well she told me they only have the one size because corp. changed it and I look at her like that is a kiddie up, I felt so cheated, well I learned my lesson from now on I will just go to dairy queen for an adult shake. I'm not sure what kind of personal vendetta this location has against me in particular but the last three times I've visited they've asked me to pull forward for an order I've gotten here before and had no issues with and each time I've said no and they try to spend the entirety of my time at the window arguing and pressuring me and trying to get my phone number and making me feel like I'm making the experience difficult for all their other customers while forgetting I'm part of "all their other customers" and they certainly aren't treating me like a priority and like I matter as well. I've gone out of my way once to another location and got the same food order with speed, a thank you and everything politely and individually packed. Considering I always see about 10 high school and college age kids standing in the kitchen and I've only got two cars behind me, it seems indecently rude to ask me to wait while they serve everyone else before getting to my order. I ask for no cheese which if you have a customer with an allergy I also hope they are paying attention to how that could be a major dietary issue otherwise. I will refuse to go to another restaurant and another location because this is the food I want and the location is nearest to me but I hope the attitude changes and the general manager--which I hope I haven't met yet in the disgraceful ways I've been addressed continually at each of my visits--sees this. I will continue to pull up normally in the drive thru instead of being asked to be the only person using the app (I was told to do this tonight because apparently if it's inconvenient for the restaurant you aren't allowed to use the drive thru...) and I will continue to say no to pulling forward because I won't put others ahead of me and I refuse to be forgotten and passéd over while everyone who came after me is served first. That is definitely not good customer service and if it's a matter of attention to raises for timing given to shift managers then I will definitely throw it off now and hope the general manager understands how his or her customers are getting treated by shift managers. Haven't had too many issues in the earlier day time so maybe it's just the night shift that needs some extra reprimand at this time. Until next time. I almost expect to be argued with each time now at the window and it's ridiculous I have to keep going through that. Just give me my food. Maybe I'll roll up my window so they can't tell me how unimportant I am compared to the people behind me until my food is ready. I'd like to update my review for better stars. Just waiting for the service to reflect it now. Update to Mary: Either way, I should not be argued with or told to move forward every time I come to order a salad. You need to change this policy or address it with your staff. It's not appropriate that I and I alone am getting asked to move forward. Because that is personal whether you want it to be or not. That's a ridiculous expectation-I should be allowed to use the line whenever I want, that's what it's for. And if you could see the way your employees "communicate" to me you would feel some shame I'm sure. Or at least I would hope! That's when the policy doesn't make sense at all and it does become personal. Not to mention that in the less than two minutes I usually am having to argue with an employee my salads get made. Instead of arguing your employees should just make the salads and pass them to me since that is what they will have to do anyway. And then there's the fact that I can go to the chick fil a at another location (stapley ahem) and I am not expected to pull forward for a special order-even when they are actually and legitimately crazy busy- compared to two cars only behind me so I know that's a dumbass policy that only your restaurant maintains in the flying face of customer dissatisfaction and rudeness. I should not have to change my eating patterns because of the rudeness of your staff though. It's not unreasonable for me to expect to come get a salad at your location through the drive thru and wait at the window for my meal like everyone else and be treated with nice and decent courtesy. This is not the experience I wish to keep having. Went last night and all the employees were so friendly! My dog and I went drive they and of course they fell in love with her (duh), but what I thought was so cool was they offered to give her a dog treat!!! I had no idea they would even have that?!?! It wasn't a chicken thing or anything, but an actual box of some kind of hard crunchy dog treats. I thought that was so cool and so sweet for them to offer it to her. If you're looking for a fast food chicken sandwich, I'd have to say this has probably the best one. Of the times I've eaten at Chick-fil-A, I've never bitten into fat or gristle in their sandwiches, which I hate at other establishments. I finally tried their spicy chicken sandwich recently and think it might be the best one around, at least at a fast food restaurant. Their sauces are great and I recommend trying a variety of them along with their solid waffle fries. read more
