I had a gentlemen by the name of jacob in the drive thru and I have to say AWESOME PERSON! I will always go to this Chick-fil-A!

First off, we got charged for an extra drink we didn't order and they of our meals on the order. Second, the window guy gave us attitude for not driving away when we figured out THEIR mistake/what was wrong. The lady who took our order might have been new so I don't really care for her mistake but the dude at the window needs to watch his attitude because it wasn't even needed. Well managed (but I've never been in a Chick Fil A that wasn't) and excellent food. I love Chick Fil A in general, but this store just exudes a happy welcoming vibe. And it's close to my house which is good or bad, depending on how you look at it. Tip: The drive thru line can get outrageously long. Save yourself frustration, park and go in to order. The service and levels of attention to detail are absolutely horrible at the 30 min to closing time. If you want to be waited on by teenagers who literally can't even hear your order on the intercom because they too busy talking, laughing and gossiping then order here. Order was all wrong and I was overcharged for cold food and tasteless and watered down fruit punch. Avoid this place. I won't be back at this location despite its close proximity to where I live. I actually drove right back and and requested a refund. I didn't even want the food and instructed them to pass it on to a homeless person. read more

I Went to Chick-fil-A ordered 4 chicken strips, 1 chicken sandwich, 8 chicken nuggets and 2 large fries. When they asked me what sauce I wanted - I said I wanted to trade in my premium sauces (example honey mustard) for extra Chick-fil-A sauce. Cashier said sure one moment and comes back and hands me my order. And breaks the number one principal rule of Chick-fil-A .... by not saying my pleasure!!! That's half the reason I order food from here! Really SMH Upon coming home I was filled with excitement getting ready to devour the ultimate chicken dinner. However to my surprise when I opened the bag there was only two chick fil a sauces!!!! WHAT A rip off. How do I order 3 entrées , Traded my premium sauces in, don't hear my pleasure, and only end up with two Chick-fil-A sauces. Ain't nobody got time for that. Their drive- through is a nightmare. I would not recommend this place at all. I'll never go back. They don't put up any signs to know where the line begins or ends. I plan to notify the city of Plano about this as it seems very hazardous. Unreliable. Service is quick but low quality. Had to go back three times earlier this week to get what I actually ordered. Got me pretty pissed off. And when I finally came back for the third time because they forgot a solid 1/3rd of my order, they gave me a regular sandwich instead of a spicy one because they must not be able to read back there. Unbelievable. Yeah it's petty complaining about stuff like that but cmon. They consistently give me incomplete orders and then I have to go back into the line that stretches across the world to sort it out. And I don't even realize most times till I get home. And sure I could go in or look in the bag before I leave or whatever, but since when is it my sole responsibility to make sure I have the food that I ordered? Isnt that their job? This is without a doubt the best Chick-fil-a in Plano. The food is always hot and fresh, and the customer service is top-notch. One of the managers, Chris, even remembered my name. Absolute WORST Chick-fil-a. Do NOT go here. Drive thru took 45 minutes because they have the line wrapped around the building 2 times. 5 stars for best location of the worlds greatest fast food chain. I have been to Chick Fil A in literally 5 different states. Once my brother and I road tripped to North Carolina, ONLY eating at Chick Fil A on the way there. It was quite epic. Of all the restaurants I have been to of this chain, this location BY FAR is the best one I have ever dined at. The kids working here (I know im not old, but these are all highschoolers) are very pleasant and helpful. Always smiling, always quick to get you what you need. The restaurant like other CFA's is ALWAYS very clean and well maintained. During the weekends it tends to get packed but its a very family friendly environment and the service is always very quick. I have never had a complaint about cold food no matter how packed or busy it gets, or even if I am just there to pick up a free spicy chicken sandwich. You know whats the absolute best feeling in the world ? Ordering nuggets and having the employee ask you what dipping sauce you need, then going so far as to recommending one, which ends up being a new delicious sauce that you have never heard of. And you discover this new Chick Fil A sauce that is so good and weird looking, its like finding, taming, and riding a unicorn. Seriously, that sauce is so delicious they only had one name fitting for it... the best fast food restaurant ever. I have been to so many different locations in Plano, but I will stand by this one. This is Chic fil A is the closest one to my home but I never go here. I love chick fil a nuggets but every time I get them here I get a bunch of those "bad nuggets" where they taste terrible. I've gone to this Chick-fil-A and picked up orders on several occasions last week. Each time, I've ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and when I got back to the office, I found that I had a regular chicken sandwich. 3 Times! So I sent an inter office email asking people who order a spicy chicken sandwich and bring it back to the ofc for lunch to let me know if they get a regular chicken sandwich. In all, on 53 occasions, employees who had ordered spicy chicken sandwiches received regular chicken sandwiches. In each of those 53 occasions, they were charged for spicy chicken sandwiches -- 30 cents more than a regular chicken sandwich. What a cheap shot by the owner of this franchise! Charging an extra 30 cents per sandwich thinking people won't mind or bring up the bait and switch tactic. I don't know what kind of financial problems the owner of this franchise is having, but it's not going to get better by squeezing small change out of people and cheating their orders. read more

If you get thr food at reasonable time , it will be cold or burnt ( grilled chicken dish ) I have been told too many times that my order will take about 6 minutes and I should pull over and wait, to keep the drive through moving . Kid you not ,35 min later I walk into the store frustrated only to find that my food is no where close to being ready!! I've given them too many chances. At 8:45 in the morning, I expect the Chick-fil-a drive thru to be packed, Nope! Only 2 cars ahead of me and I was in and out the line in less than 5 min! I love everything on the breakfast menu, but my favorite is the chicken, egg, and cheese on the multigrain bagel. It was fresh and my hash browns were hot and crispy. This is by far our favorite location. The staff are so friendly and the manager is the most attentive, thoughtful, kind person. He really does make all the difference. He remembers his repeat customers, asking about their lives, other family members, what's changed since they last spoke. It really is impressive. The location is super clean and even though it is slammed like all CFA locations, the inside is a little less crazy than others, which is a blessing for moms who like to bring their littles for the play area (drive through is crazy though). I don't often eat fast food, but when the craving hits, I almost always head for Chick-Fil-A. I love their chicken sandwich! The chicken is a juicy hunk of all white meat, with just the right amount of seasoned breading, and though it may be fried, it doesn't taste greasy at all. The bun is always super soft yet it holds up remarkably well, and the thinly sliced dill pickles complement the crispy chicken perfectly. At lunch time, this location is crazy packed, but the drive-thru line moves with a quickness. Also, every time I have been through here, the employees have been super polite (how often do you hear ma'am at a fast food place, seriously?). So if you're ever in a hurry and you're craving chicken, definitely hit up Chick-Fil-A. They have chicken on lockdown! read more
