I've been noticing a recent decline in this location for the past few months. I've always gone to this location since I was young since it's been closest to my house, but these last few trips the staff haven't been as friendly as they have in the past. The most recent example is an experience I had today while my grandmother was ordering for the two of us. Being older and more weary of technology she elected to pay in cash. The cashier helping us was kind and polite and helped to repeat things when my grandmother struggled to hear, but eventually messed up when trying to pay with cash. It took a few moments to get that sorted, and in the process of that happening the total got cut down by about two dollars. While somehow getting a meal for cheaper is not something I would complain about, and I'm not one to complain in general, this interaction was not pleasant. The higher worker that came over to help with the incident is named Erica. Whether Erica was just having a bad day or just thought we were stupid, I don't know. My grandma having heard our order was gonna be cheaper and getting back change tried to express confusion, only for Erica's final response to be "did you not want the coins" while drawing her hand back as if speaking to a child. This was the attitude she had during the entire interaction, but the final statement is what really stuck with me. By no means was this the most negative interaction I've ever had with a person before, but it simply wasn't kind. The initial cashier- I think her name was Khyren- was polite the entire time if not confused but the entire interaction with the workers was belittling and off. This is only heightened when compared to my more recent interactions with the location on Plano Parkway who have been nothing but kind every time I got there. Sad to say that the Coit location is not somewhere I want to return to anytime soon. read more

This is one of the most well maintained stores I've been too. The staff is very very friendly almost as if they are daily graded and scored on their friendliness. The staff walks around periodically to ensure to place is clean. And the food is great and comes out quickly. Love Chick.Fil.A but I can't tell you how many times I've came back to have them correct my to go order (way too many). They're friendly, but they always seem unorganized. I hear them communicating with the kitchen "so which one is this one? Is this the correct one?". Where is the manager? They always just tell me they're sorry and replace it - "oh, I'm sorry let me take your name down for the next time". I want my correct chcikfila order the day I order it not the next time! Stop here for teacher appreciation only to find out that they won't honor the free chicken sandwich because it ended at 8. Hmmmm at 8 I was still teaching adult ESL class and I don't recall reading that or hearing that. In fact, when I called earlier to confirm I asked if they were doing that all day and they said yes. So on top of waiting in a long line because the ordering window was closed, I find out that specials here only run until 8. I guess I will order nugget platters and gallons of lemonade for my school at another establishment. read more

This location has messed up orders, has not given us food we paid for, and now has messed up traffic in the parking lot. I had a bad experience today and will no longer visit this location. I will drive further to a location where the management does a better job. read more

Though it is temporarily closed for remodeling, I wanted to add my voice to those who say this is the best Chick Fil A restaurant around. They can be amazingly busy, but still get you your food promptly. It's cooked well and the staff is friendly and helpful. The manager who runs this place is very good. When I think Chick-fil-A, I think of a good business who has RESPECTFUL employees and for the most part takes orders correctly.... not today at least! I went through the drive thru and got about $20 of food for me and my wife. By the time I got home, I realize not only did they give me the wrong order but they also only gave me under $10 of food. First off, chick-fil-a is way too pricey to not receive everything that is ordered. So of course I was inconvenienced and had to drive back up to this location. I figured they would let me keep the food they incorrectly gave me and would fix my order since they couldn't manage to get it Right the first time some how. While already being inconvenienced, the staff at this location gave me both an artiste and were extremely disrespectful. So between them not giving me my order, and having to deal with a lot of attitude... I won't be giving chick-fil-a anymore of my business, especially this location. The person who took my order when I walked in said "Oh that kid is back". First off, I am not a kid...I am an adult! And the person who replaced my order was completely disrespectful and seemed like I was majorly inconvenicing his life. This guy who replaced my order apologized extremely sarcastically, and gave me dirty looks. It's not my fault they messed up my order. As a consumer and customer, I have every right to get exactly what I paid for, and inform them when I didn't get what I paid for. I have never had a bad experience with any chick-fil-A until today. Honestly out of any restaurant or fast food business, I have high expectations for chick-fil-A. They are usually so friendly, fix things immediately, and get you in and out with no problems. If I was the manager here, I would be getting my staff whipped into shape but y'all are going to start losing a lot of business. I don't usually write reviews on fast food places, but I was so impressed with the service we received today that I had to give them props! I brought in drink coupons and asked the cashier, Mike, if we could use them for lemonade instead of soda. He said no, but he was going to do it for us anyways. Mike was very friendly and told us he would bring our food to the table for is. Throughout our meal, employees came to our table to check on us, clear dishes, bring refills, etc. AWESOME service!! read more

Management never seems to be on the same page and it's no wonder, I've seen my favorite ones drop like flies in the past months. I don't feel the need to write a review. Generally Chic-fil-A has good food, got their waffle fries (large size was $2 tax included), wonderful as usual. Came for coffee, my friends (who are hardcore coffee drinkers) recommended only getting their iced coffee because the hot coffee without the milk is very acidic. wow. my family has been going to this location since I was in elementary school and it's been 20+ year we've always loved it and still do. my mom has always been the one to pick up food for us but today I went to get a sandwich meal for my little sister. the reason why I'm writing this review now is because of how impressed I was with my drive thru experience today. never in my life have I seen such perfect coordination between everyone. I placed my order through the app and went to the restaurant (2 minutes from my house) right away. when I got there, I had to loop around the building to get to the drive thru line (but that's understandable because of how chaotic it would be without guidance). there was a man who was guiding traffic from cars leaving the drive thru line to cars entering to cars exiting the lot. it was amazing. when I got in line 3 men were standing out front taking orders. the sweetest gentleman took my name from my online order and gave me the biggest smile and told me that they got it and are working on it as we speak. I am so upset that I didn't get his name because I really want to let management know. (if management's reading this, he was a young black man working around 12 PM out front with 2 other guys). the drive thru line was the quickest thing I've ever seen. like this place really puts the FAST in fast food. I'm talking, you receive your food as soon as you get to the window. the guy had my drink ready before I even reached it. I put it in my cup holder and I turn around and boom white to-go bag just there and ready for me to take lol the entire process from me placing the order on the app to driving there and getting back home took less than 10 minutes. I won't return to this place again. A month or 2 ago I was eating there with a friend and a customer started choking. No one did a darn thing so I did the Heimlich 15-20 times until I could clear her esophagus. Clearly she had not just a piece stuck but a strictured esophagus. My arms were vomited on several times as was my food and they NEVER offered to replace it as I was cleaning up myself and my table after the incident. Then when I finally asked to have my food replaced they had the nerve to ask me how much I had eaten!! Really?! I just kept your store out of the paper from having a customer die and not only do you not offer to replace my food, you make me tell you how much my kids ate! Super classy!
