I asked the employee when the next order of malt would be expected; the employee said that he had been working there for THREE months and had never seen malt powder available. I ordered a chocolate custard cone, which was very good, but I doubt I'll be going back anytime soon. Provo Freddy's, please take the "malt" option off your menu board if you don't have it available. I came to visit Utah all the way from Ohio recently, and I was offended by the lazy service and example set forth by these so-called "angels." My friend and I ordered some of the Lord's chicken one fine evening, hoping for a blessed meal as we have done so before. He ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles and waffle fries, and I ordered a chicken wrap with waffle fries. I say this and I swear by it. These minions of Satan messed up our order! They put pickles on his sandwich, forgot his fries, and forgot mine! We felt such woe and sorrow as we opened our bag and found NOT our fries, but pickles! We stormed back and cursed these heathens, demanding our food. Thankfully, through the power of God, we got our food from such apostates, but they had the nerve to take away our first, pickled sandwich, which I wanted to keep! After this battle between good and evil, we had the revelation that this place sold not the Lord's chicken, but the devils chicken! Satans chicken! I can only hope and pray that they find the right path again and correct their errors, and continue down the righteous path! read more

You walk in and are greeted by friendly service. They are fantastic at their customer service skills!!! Our cashier Nicole was very friendly and gave us compliments. We ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches,a normal chicken sandwich and a lemonade. TIP: THEIR LEMONADE IS THE BEST! The food was brought to us within a few minutes of sitting down! Food review: Chicken sandwich - sandwiched in between two fluffy buns is fresh lettuce and tomato and a crispy, but tender chicken patty! So flavorful! They have dressing that you can get at the counter and they have ketchup packets and mayo usually out with the napkins! The lemonade is sour and sweet and delicious!!! Most lemonades leave a nasty after taste (to me) but this one doesn't!!!! I would recommend this location. It's very clean and well kept with friendly and fast service!! read more

Chick-fil-a is one of the only fast-food places I could go with a soy allergy. They don't cook their chicken in vegetable (soybean) oil, but rather use alternative, healthier oils. When I found that out I was hooked! Service has always been excellent and I've never had to wait long for my food. read more
