I started going to Chik Fil A in the late 1960"s when my sister lived in Georgia. and I was a little girl. I was more than thrilled when it showed up in Utah. I love the regular Chik Fil A sandwich. Their lemonade is fresh and the diet lemonade doesn't even taste like a diet drink. I like it so much I buy a gallon at a time to have at home. The customer service is like no other. They get drive thru orders done so quickly by sending employees outside to take your order directly, even when the weather is freezing cold. And they do it all with a smile. Asked for a large fry & they gave me a large fry half full. Also gave us hardly any sauce. Other chic fil a's are much better.

Fresh food, blazing fast service. I've been there twice since they opened. The first time they had a double drive through line that wrapped around to the front of the store. I was hesitant but pulled into the line. I was amazed that I had my food ordered and was driving away in under 10 minutes. The 2nd time I went the double line was just barely sticking out of the drive through area and I was out in less than 5 minutes. The food is Chick Fil A. It's not fair for me to leave a review about the food because its fast food and you shouldn't expect anything more. With that said this location is a great example of what fast food should be. Fast, hot, fresh, and everyone that has served me has done it with a huge smile and attitude that showed that they wanted to be there and they apprecated me being there. I even caught a guy taking out the garbage while I was waiting in the drive through and he waved and asked how my day was while he walked by. I'm not a huge fan of fast food, but I do like chick-fil-a. I am also excited that they are going to (eventually) start using chicken without antibiotics. This location is new. I have usually gone during lunch hours and it gets crowded fast. There are a good amount of tables inside and I have usually been able to find something. The employees are super friendly and helpful. Also, the owner has always been very friendly and helpful as well. He checks in on the customers and asks if he can help with anything. Great customer service. read more

This is just a classy restaurant chain... minus the anti gay marriage view. But look I am for gay marriage and I still think it deserves a 4 star! I go for food not for politics! They have very happy workers as they do at every location. Very flirty if its a member of the opposite sex, and very helpful if its the same sex. All of their food is good quality... a little on the expensive side. (I recently purchased their sauces so I don't have to pay 6 dollars for a chicken sandwich, I can make my own for much less.) I also dont like being around kids... so I avoid this place, because it seems that everyone in provo have at least 4-200 offspring. I've never been disappointed by Chick-Fil-A. This location is like most but less busy in my opinion. A few thoughts: They apparently have iced coffee now which is nice. Chick-Fil-A sauce is good on anything. So is their Polynesian sauce. Their Kid's Meals serving size seems smaller than others but at least you can switch out the toy for a vanilla ice cream cone. read more

And the staff is always friendly and nice. If you go inside there are flowers on the tables and they offer you mints. I see the owner/operator there pretty often as well, which is a nice touch. This location has given me the wrong order in the drive through two times this month. They read me the correct order and I pay for my order, but they give me someone else's food. I understand that one time is a mistake and mistakes happen but two times in one month is ridiculous. read more

This location should not be allowed to call themselves a Chick-fil-A. Terrible customer service. Waited 15 minutes for chicken sandwiches. With no explanation volunteered after ten minutes we asked about the delay and we were given a very curt reply if we are waiting on fillets. Spoke to the manager and we were told we could get our money back if we didn't want to wait. No apology no sorry for the delay or sorry for the lack of communication. The one shining moment was the young lady who processed our refund she was very apologetic and kind. We will never come back to this sorry excuse for a Chick-fil-A. read more

This place has quality chicken for being a fast food joint. And I may get tarred and feathered for this, but I'd rather go here over Popeyes any day of the week. The staff is friendly and the food is fresh and fast. I recommend the chicken strips with Polynesian sauce. And be sure to wash it down with one of their delicious strawberry shakes. They also seem to be somewhat health conscious, as instead of a side of fries you can order a fruit cup among other things. The fruit was good and tasted fresh. Not one bit of it tasted bitter. One of the best options at Chick-fil-A is the breakfast bowl. It is very very good. I highly recommend it. The only problem is the size I could literally eat three of them and I am not a big eater I recommend that Chick-fil-A increase the size and scale back the price of the breakfast bowl. I normally tolerate it because I use so much chick-fil-a sauce (which is amazing) to make it okay but they've messed up my order the last two times as well. I have been very impressed with this Chick-fil-A. The food is always consistent. I really enjoy the Greek yogurt parfait for a healthier breakfast option. The restaurant is ALWAYS spotless and the staff is extremely friendly. I have always felt appreciated and well take care of at this location.
