The sandwich itself was not spicy, and was mediocre at best. The fries were soggy and inedible. I haven't thrown fries away in a while, but I definitely did here. Overall, mediocre and definitely not worth the high price of eating out these days. Will not return and don't recommend it either.

However, the toppings are sparsely drizzled over the top level of fries, so once you eat through that layer, you're left with regular fries. The collard greens were very tasty but I found them to be too salty to eat on its own or with the chicken; that being said, I think it goes really well with rice! Their pickles are flavored well and pair up so nicely with their fried items. The marinated veggies were okay. They are served cold and were my least favorite out of everything that I've tried. Overall, this is one of my new favorite places and can't wait to be back!

Me and my family went down to Chick-fil-A to have a late dinner my wife and sister-in-law place the order while me and my brother was waiting in the car for our food to arrive the second I walked through the door the manager was marching towards me and my brother and saying that we was trespassing while my family was still in the restaurant eating using very harsh words towards me and my family and making fun of my culture which I thought was very disrespectful he was saying that we was ganging around him and he felt protecting himself for no parent reason he called the cops and said that we was trying to beat him up he reported my truck my plate number and description of me and my family give this restaurant zero stars due to the service that I experienced tonight I'm going to hire a attorney and I'm moving forward for my rights this shouldn't happen for no reason he made me feel very violated due to what happened as soon as the cops arrive so the Chick-fil-A he approach the police saying that he felt harmed from my family now the cops are going through the footage to see what really happened I'm going to take this to an extent to my lawyer overall the manager should get fired read more

I received chicken that was not cooked all the way. It was slimy inside and did not feel like it had been properly cooked. I ordered not one, but two spicy chicken sandwiches as well as chicken nugglets (tiny nugget babies). I called to inform them of my issue, but they said they did not believe me and would have to see the chicken for themselves if they were going to give a replacement or money back. I only was asking to have another one made at another time. I was on my way to Seattle, so I did not have time to turn around and go prove to them that my sandwich was not up to par. Employees are consistent with customer service at this location. They never miss a customer with acknowledging or greeting them. Employees are energetic, very approachable and attentive to their customers. Excellent fast and efficient order taking and quick diminishing waiting lines. Great tasting food and always excellent customer service. Employees are very polite and respectful. Food is always served fresh and hot. Maybe a bit pricey for some and I can see why some people may complain that they may be less generous than some other locations.
