I have been waiting for the Queen Creek location to open up for dine in like all of the other restaurants in Queen Creek have done. This location is using Covid as an excuse not no hire anyone for their dinning room. They are being cheap because it will make them hire more people to work. I haven't been to the drive up in over a year. every time was pass by there are 3! Long lines! Stop milking this and open up! The Governor has said that restaurants can open now. We ordered our food through the mobile app. Normally we have no issues at the other locations and it's quick and easy! This location however we had to explain to 5 different people what we ordered. Maybe the app was having problems or something. But it was extremely frustrating having to explain to 5 different people. We were patient and polite and so were they. I ordered through the app and set it to pick up through drive thru. All my kids were hungry and I thought the line would move fast. I was wrong. We timed it and it took one whole hour just waiting in line to get our food. It wasn't even worth it. The fries were salty and soggy, the food was cold, and overall it wasn't a great experience. Wow I was so surprised by my experience today we went here for breakfast figured we'd try something different ... from the start the girl behind the register was super confused my husband was asking if they had a plain bagel like not a wheat bagel she didn't understand and thought we were ordering just a bagel be it's self ... once we got that figured out I ordered a number 6 a bacon or sausage egg and cheese biscuit I said bacon please ... so when I got my food all I got was a biscuit with bacon on it .... now I'm confused then I took my food up to the counter and the boy said you got a bacon biscuit I said that's not what I ordered I wanted a number 6 with bacon they remade once they figured it out then the girl brought out my food and she walked right passed us lost I had to flag her down ... not sure what's going on today in this location but wow not sure I'll be back too early in the morning for this much confusion. read more

It's unfortunate that my local CFA had to be the worst CFA location I've visited. Ordered quite a few items for curbside pick-up via my Mobile App, one item was a CFA sandwich with no pickles. Employee reconfirmed the order while handing me the food. Once I got home, I noticed none of the sandwiches had the "special order" stickers that are normally there. So, I opened up each sandwich and confirmed that all the sandwiches had pickles. The unsalted large fries had a lot less fries than I normally receive at other locations. So, I decided to call this location and mention my disappointment with the order. I felt as though the employee didn't believe anything I said at the conclusion of the phone call, so she told me to bring the entire order back and they will either remake the entire order or process a full refund. Not sure about you but no fast food chain has ever asked me to bring back the entire order in more than a decade, which is why I believe she didn't believe anything I said. Why should I inconvenience myself and drive back to the location to deal with this customer service? Was told by the supervisor that they were working on smaller orders before the bigger ones? What? Let me start by saying that I think Chik-Fil-A has the best chicken sandwiches ever. I have had a couple of experiences where the drive-through took a very long time at this location, but what happened yesterday, made me take to Yelp! I ordered three chicken sandwiches, 1 Lemon Frost drink and 1 waffle fry to take home after a long work day and dentist appointment. It took a very long time. The car in front of me must have had problems because they kept passing food in and out of the window. When I got home and looked in the bag, there were zero chicken sandwiches. Just one waffle fry and a container of chicken nuggets. No sauce. I immediately called and the best the manager could muster "oh, so you did get your lemon frost" and I was then informed that they had a "same day" policy. "If you want to come on back, we'll give you the missing items". I told her that there was no way that I was driving 25 minutes there and 25 minutes back. I asked her to simply refund for the missing items. She said she couldn't do that, so she would mail me coupons for "the missing items". She said she was sorry. Nothing for the trouble, just coupons for the items that I paid for and didn't get. Poor customer service. As a manager you should always offer a token for someone's inconvenience. We visited chick fil a this evening for dinner. While ordering at drive thru, the person on the mic taking the orders was very rude! We had an order that included about 4 meals. As we were ordering, we kept getting cut off by the employee, named Aliza, with "anything else" several times. At first, I thought she was being helpful, and then i realized she was being rude by cutting us off. Then when we gave our last item, the employee I guess forgot their mic was not on mute and said "Oh my God!!" It was overtly obnoxious. When we got to the window we asked to speak to the manager and she was even ruder than the other employee. We explained what happened with her and she proceeded to tell us we were wrong and that it must have been someone else and that she would talk to her. She rolled her eyes at us and walked away. I have never in my life had an experience so poor from chick fil a. My family and I have always been fans, not only for the food but the service. During a time like this in our economy, We are very selective about the places that we give our hard-earned money. To be treated so rudely is unacceptable. When you use a companies online ordering, you usually do it so you don't have to wait when you get to the restaurant. You happen to know it takes a while to prepare an order so you order it ahead of time. This is what I did this morning. 20 minutes later I arrive and they said it would take 20 minutes to prepare my order. It was already paid for so what choice did I have but to wait 40 minutes for my food. What the crap Chick-fil-A. Absolute garbage. I've been to this Chick-fil-A many a times, and each time they haven't disappointed in either staff or food. I love their chicken nuggets with buffalo sauce or Polynesian, and they have the best cookies and cream milkshake I've yet to taste. If you have kids, they've got a play place which is always nice for parents. I come here regularly and love everything about this place. It's what I call, "Quality Fast Food." I love this Chick-Fil-A! There is a great selection of food (assuming you like chicken) and it is mostly healthy food, at least compared to other fast food. This is also a great place for kids, with a good selection of healthy food for kids and a play area. This is a go-to place for us when we visit family in the Queen Creek area. I only wish there was a Chick-Fil-A in the Seattle area. read more

Come on, it's Chick Fila, how can you not love it? I eat here at least 3 times per week (sometimes 5 if you count the stopping just for ice cream). This place rocks!! I like the fact you can get Coke Zero and Diet Dr. Pepper. The spicy chicken sandwich is my new fav menu item. If you get waffle fries, I suggest eating them at the restaurant or while driving. Love their salads. Always clean, fast and friendly. Only disappointment is that they are not open on Sundays.
