Its crack chicken, its really really good and you want another sandwich as soon as your done with yours. There is a play area where the kids can go and you can actually talk to your wife or husband. Just make sure the kids wear socks as it gets kinda dirty in there. I know they clean it, but its a high traffic area and it gets dirty. read more

This place is awesome! The staff works hard, they are friendly and I am amazed how often I have watched them out cleaning tables and windows while I have been here. The children's menu is very good. Chicken, fruit, box of Minute Maid apple juice. I couldn't do better myself. And the kid's love the play area which is enclosed so the adults can listen to the awesome classical music while we enjoy our meal. My 6 year old enjoyed listening to the music while we discussed what instruments (cello, flute, violin) he was hearing while I brought up pictures on my iPad. Quite an educational lunch for him! Here is a new twist for ordering a chicken "sandwich" from Chick-fil-a. When you order a chicken sandwich online you expect it's going to be on a bun or some type of bread. Well folks not at Chick-fil-A if you add the bun it's an up charge of .70 cents. So the $6.64 dollars gets you a slimy piece of lettuce and tomato and oh my god a chicken breast no bun. The sandwich as the manager says is bun less. So the chicken sandwich is now $7.34 with a bun. My contention is to have a place on the online ordering to mark no bun and reduce the price by .70 cents Most people want a sandwich and go ahead and charge the $7.34 a call it a day and stop playing games to piss off customers when you order a chicken sandwich. FYI Sonics has a great chicken sandwich with a "bun" for $5.49. I would skip Chick-Gil -a until they get their online ordering system changed. Even their commercials describe the bun you get on the sandwich. Just a way to make more money due to pandemic. Good luck Chick-fil-a with deceptive practices!! read more

I've been coming to this restaurant since it opened. It really struggled for years but they've fixed their customer service dramatically because they've hired people like Makenna. Time and again she's gone above and beyond to make my experience with them a great one where before you'd put up with the service for the food. The meals are always been great, but this 5 Stars is because of her. Keep it up, kid! They're blessed to have you on their team. So me and my bf come to this location a lot we usually do dine in, tonight we did dine in as well wasn't too pack for dining in. We get our food normally within 5-10 minutes. Tonight we sat there for an hour. On our receipt we ordered at 6:59pm and we waited for 20 mins and still nothing, I went up to figure out what was going on and if our order went through because people behind us were getting similar orders to ours. We had 3 workers stop at our table to ask if it was ours none of them stopped and asked " have your guys been helped or anything?" The lady says to me after I went up "yes we are just waiting on chicken nuggets, but we have your order up next". A few minutes go by another table gets their order and people who ordered after us were getting their food faster and faster. A little odd to me. So it is now 7:57pm and I have waited an hour, I go up and explain I am upset and not happy, they go to see where my food is and they say they don't even have it in the system or sticking around. Yet I had a receipt and was told they had my order. Overall never had a problem until now, horrible service and wasn't even told there was a wait time when they weren't packed for dining in. Nothing compares to Chick-Fil-A. McDonalds is trying to copy quality (and is failing) with their new premium chicken sandwiches, but they left me craving Chick-Fil-A with every bite. The food is great, the menu simple and straightforward (I hate confusing and misleading menus). As others have mentioned, customer service goes above and beyond. 4th time getting the wrong order from here. 3 times in person and drive through, today was through door dash. My receipt has the correct order but missing half my order and then the wrong sandwiches? How does that happen? Talked to manager offered to get free food.. but that doesn't help the situation right now. They said wait 24 hours for a refund for free food on the app.. well your closed on Sunday's so can't Order tomorrow. I worked in the food industry for 5 years. We didn't ourselves make deliveries but if someone called and said something wasn't right we were told to drive that food to that customers house. To make it right for them. I don't understand how orders aren't checked over before giving it out to someone. Yes they tried to make it right but really didn't and couldn't have cared less. This Chick Fil A is one of the worst we've been to as far as getting your order correct. They also never give us enough sauces. We've started ordering those bottles because we like a lot of sauce and last time they did not give us the bottle Even though they charged us for them. This negative report is for the outlet at 20455 E Rittenhouse Rd, Queen Creek, AZ. Not ALL of them. Seriously, the reason for going to a chain restaurant is that you expect the food to be the same in this one as the food in the last one. I love Chick-fil-A's market salad. I order it all the time. Other outlets serve a generous salad full of chopped strawberries, apples, blueberries, and blue cheese with a diced chicken breast. At this location, the chicken has always been put through a shredder, or a sandwich meat slicer, so you get a little sprinkle of slivered meat. It has the texture of being deli-sliced meat purchased that way. There are one or two little chunks of strawberry - as in - not enough to equal a whole berry. Three blueberries. No apple. No blue cheese other than a couple of crumbs. It was basically a bowl of expensive lettuce and even that was really full of the hard white ends of romaine, not the leafy parts. I go out of my way to get my Market Salad elsewhere. read more

I'm really sad to see the quality of service here go super downhill. They started doing what In-and-Out does by having a person take the orders outside. All of the service workers here are all look to be under 25. I haven't been to Chik-Fil-A in a couple years and when I pulled up to order the girl was standing right in front of the menu. I asked politely if she could move back so I could see the menu and she took one step back and looked at me like I was stupid, and still was standing in front of the menu. So I pulled up a little so I could see and she rolled her eyes like I was such an inconvenience. I payed with cash so they had me move up to another person who is before the menu to take my payment. He wasn't rude but you could tell he's overwhelmed and just "over it" (for a lack of a better term). When I pulled up to get my food, a girl who looked to be about 17 wouldn't even look me in my face, handed me my order. I went to check my order and she made me feel uncomfortable so I pulled into a parking spot to realize my order was not correct. I walked inside and stood there for 10 minutes with only one person ahead of me, there were more workers than I could count who just looked at me and never helped me so I just left. I ordered drive-thru a week ago. When I got home I bit into my sand which, and got a mouthful of grey hair wrapped in my chicken sandwich. My spouse then called to speak to management, there was no answer so he left a voicemail and brief description of why he called. We've yet heard back. I've been here many times, and honestly find everything about it enjoyable. The people are usually pretty nice, and very patient with people taking their time with orders. The food is very much on par with that of other Chick-Fil-A's, and is a good representative as such. On two issues really come to mind when talking of it, both being pretty nit-picky. The spicy chicken sandwiches tend to be cooked a little too long, adding an unneeded crisp to them that make them not as enjoyable at times as the original sandwiches. This is nit-picky only because its almost uncontrollable, due to the way they are cooked. Also, the atmosphere of the joint is very average, and alone isn't enough to pull me in as much as other fast food restaurants. Good food at a higher price, also at an average place equals out to a barely above average experience. Foods great, everything else is good. read more

I've been here 3 times this month and each time has taken roughly 20-30 min to get through. I'm guessing somethings wrong with their drive through. Of I did get stuck in the fatal funnel I would of backed out and just gone inside.
