I ordered $21 worth of food, and one of the items I ordered was a large chicken noodle soup. When I placed my order, I asked the lady for 6 packs of crackers, as I like a lot of crackers with my soup. When the guy brought out my food, there was only 3 packs of crackers. After going to this location several times, I've gotta write this. Restaurant inside is always dirty. Drive thru orders are missing an item more often than not. Workers are mediocre in their customer service. They just don't have that chick fil a flare. Despite being constantly busy, the food is always cold and the fries have never had that crispy freshness. There are always at least two managers and 6-7 other employees when I'm there, so it just doesn't seem like it's a short staff issue. This location is really awful now. They won't let you order on the app it says delivery only. This forces you to either go inside or deal with their awful new drive thru set up. You wait like 30 min in the drive thru line for your food and you can tell your food has been sitting there for 25 min of that time, cold fries, melted ice cream cups. It closes at 8 pm. The cheese doesn't taste cheesy and the texture is completely off. Not sure if it was the Mac and Cheese but something from this location gave me food poisoning as I have been throwing up all morning. Would recommend Gilbert Gateway location. They never had chick-fil-a where I grew up, so after seeing the absolutely crazy lines I figured I had to see what they were about. What I got was rubber chicken with too much salt and no real flavor. The sandwiches don't come with condiments (the server looked at me strangely when I questioned that - not sure why anybody wants a dry sandwich) and the waffle fries were greasy and mushy. The large number of available dips were an interesting idea but the flavors were not good. Really bad ranch and overly sugared bbq sauce were the flavors I tried. I've been back a couple times but I don't get it. I've now filed this place in the same category as Taco Bell and White Castle - foods you like because you grew up with them, not because they're actually good. read more

Chick-fil-a used to have a higher standard of food and service than other fast food competitors in the past. However, this location and others like it are a reflection of how its food and service quality have gotten lazier over time. Much of the food has been prepared so far ahead of time that it is stale, dry, and or cold. The service from cashiers and those taking your order are hit and miss, mostly miss because many of them don't listen well or are in a rush to talk to their coworkers. The design of the drive-thru causes a lot of dangerous driving hazards since it blocks one of the two lanes to exit the area that Chick-fil-a and Barro's pizza share. I don't imagine Chick-fil-a cares enough to try and resolve these problems, but I figured I'd share a fair warning to those that care about these things. There are plenty of other food options in the area to try out. read more

I wanted to express that small things can truthfully goes a long ways. My mother, grandmother and I stopped by today for lunch. My grandmother is a very outgoing person so she'll talk to any of the employees if she has a question. Maria was out on the floor wiping down tables and my grandmother sparked a conversation with her. During the conversation my grandmother expressed about our grandfather passing away a few years ago and how they would always come to this location. Maria really took the time to listen to her, emphasize and truthfully sympathize. Just her taking the time to have a simple conversation with my grandma really made her feel heard and reassured that it's okay to miss her significant other. The employees here can't get an order right. I have come through this drive thru dozens of times and they have never gotten the order right. How is that even possible? Just the law of averages would indicate they would get it correct once in a while. Today my wife and I went thru and she had rewards to redeem in the app and the girl scanned it but then told us we would have had to order the reward item separately from our order to receive it for free. We said okay and then looked at the balance of the rewards and they were of course gone. We asked about it and they did nothing to restore the rewards or credit us back. Then they got our order wrong (of course). We were missing an item. Had to go inside after waiting for our food to be brought out to us because they can't wait just a moment to make sure the order is correct. We then later discovered there were no utensils included with the scramble bowls we ordered. I can believe the parent corporation is allowing this location to be so ridiculously bad. Chick fil a use to be the standard for customer service. Time to move on. read more

This is one of the least efficient Chick-Fil-A's I've ever been too. If it wasn't the closest to my house my a long shot I would never come here. They almost never offer delivery (probably cause the people who run it suck so bad at their job they can't handle it). If you are going through the drive thru, plan to wait 10-20 minutes even if the line barely goes past the menu board. Pro tip: go somewhere else read more

The food is fine here. But we primarily visit because it is a reprieve from the heat with the kiddos and they can play in the playground after our meal. My complaint is that they have never cleaned the playground. I have regularly seen an employee get in there and clean the playground at other chic filet locations. But this location does not do that. Every child comes out of it with black hands, knees, and feet. If they would clean this thing even once a week, it would make a significant difference in how dirty the kids are when they sit down to eat or go to leave. read more
