I've heard this rumor before and I was so disappointed that I actually experienced it but your chicken is weird. I paid $12.71 for the menu #1- super basic. Every single bite of the chicken sandwich I pulled off a big chunk of what seemed like rubberized meat attached to something stringy. Is this 3-D meat? It was disgusting. So I ordered a meal before the breakfast time has finished. They canceled my order saying that I was supposed to be here before the 1030 mark to check in. They did nothing to. They did nothing to correct or make up for the situation, and had me order another meal. They showed no interest in apologizing. Shame on them. read more

Last Saturday I placed an order for curbside pick up. I parked in the designated spot for curbside pick up and waited about 5-7 minutes and no Chic Fila associate approached my vehicle. I went inside with 3 people in front of me in line and I waited about 15 minutes in line. While waiting I asked an associate and one who appeared to be a manager and advised that I've been waiting for my curbside order and no one has assisted. She said that they were busy and behind and walked away. No sorry about your experience and we will have your order up momentarily nothing. As I got my curbside and the extra food that o ordered since I've been waiting, the associate did not say sorry for the inconvenience about your order nor did they thank me for being a customer and they didn't not say my pleasure etc! I will never and I mean never go back to this one. They need to have a health code inspection because the food poisoning I got from this establishment was absolutely awful. if i could give this cfa location a 0 i would. i have never ever experienced cfa be so slow and just so bad. i ordered a lettuce wrap club and they literally just threw pieces of lettuce all together and called it a day. i asked for no tomatoes and they added tomatoes! i may sound like a karen but the cfas in elk grove have spoiled me. this isn't my first time experiencing this specific cfa having terrible service either. slow, disengaged, rude. i went on my lunch and spent my lunch in the line waiting for one sandwich. it took the drive thru worker at least 10 mins to take my order already. the drive thru window person was rude and not attentive. again, elk grove cfa has spoiled me. i will not be returning to this location. this location needs major managment reform. read more

Now that we're in Rancho, naturally we'll be coming to this sunrise location for the fix. Well Milad at the drive through made our day. He was so genuinely nice and pleasant, which both my wife and I know isnt easy to keep up an entire shift. But he was awesome and deserves to be recognized! 0 STARSSSS I'm really disappointed with this Chick-fil-A. I ordered twice in a row and was very clear about what I could not eat due to being sick. Both times, my order was made incorrectly and included the exact items I asked to be left off. This wasn't a preference it was a health issue. This location stays busy. Today I was passing by during my lunch and noticed the line was short. Score! I got into the drive through line, where I didn't move for several minutes...It was too late to reverse out as several cars lined up behind me. I sat anxiously waiting as the minutes went by. Even though chik-fil-a is often busy, they usually do a great job of moving the line along and usually have multiple workers with tablets taking orders and payments. Today, there was only one person outside and the lines were moving slower than I had ever experienced before. The line slowly crept forward and I prayed that I would not be late coming from lunch...only to come to a standstill once again. As I went to grab my food, the cashier told me she gave me a voucher for a free chicken sandwich because of the long wait. I was pleasantly surprised. I felt seen! Yes, the line was long but chik-fil-a was trying to make it right. I've waited in long lines for food before without being acknowledged. It was a gesture that I appreciated and the food came out fresh and piping hot. I ended up coming back a few minutes late from my lunch, but regardless, I left a satisfied customer. A little disappointed in this particular location as we are in town for a soccer tournament. We placed a catering order in the morning for 25 people so over a $200 bill. Came to pick up on time and almost 10 min later we have inquired to multiple employees about the order and was asked by several what we were waiting for. NOT one time did anyone including management provide us an update as we just stood there impatient. There weren't patrons in the lobby and so many staff members standing around not doing much of anything. To add fuel to fire, we get food back to a soccer team of teen boys and they provided NO plates, utensils, mints, and our little cow mascot. The drive thru line to this place was LONG on a Friday afternoon. We decided to order inside (takeout only). There were only two people in front of us and we reached the front of the line quickly. The customer service was courteous and prompt, as always, AND our food was ready and warm in about 5 minutes. In all, we spent less than ten minutes from the time we left our car to the time we got back into it. If you're in the area and haven't had CFA, this is a good way to get introduced. Worst customer service, messed up order, half-filled fries and young incompetent management who are poorly trained. This happened on multiple occasions. I recently had the worst, most disappointing experience with their store management. Perfect example of a franchise being cheap, hiring inexperienced young people who lack the skills and training to lead. Their shift lead could care less about customer service. He looked the same age as my teenager... but my teenager would've provided better service. This location is nowhere near the standard the Chick-fil-A organization is known for. Drive the few extra miles to another. If they're cutting corners in one area, there's no telling what else they're cutting. So scary when they're handling your food. As of February 2021 while the county is still in the purple tier, there is no outdoor seating available and definitely no indoor dining. The bathrooms aren't even available. Most people seem to do the drive through -- be prepared for long lines -- or you can just walk right in and order, virtually no wait. I've heard the hype about Chick-fil-A for so many years and I'm finally getting a chance to try it. We made a pit stop on our weekend getaway. I read about some questionable customer service from other reviewers but experienced absolutely great service so 2 thumbs up for that. Spicy deluxe sandwich with pepper Jack $5.35 -- just the right amount of seasoning and spiciness but not enough sandwich for me to feel full. A regular chicken sandwich is a dollar less $4.29 but looks awfully naked without all the fixings. Their waffle fries are good -- perfect amount of salt and crisp. A meal costs $7.79 and comes with standard soft drink and fries. So the verdict -- didn't quite live up to the hype but I'm glad I got a chance to try it. Got a drive thru order. Went home and looked, no sauce and I specifically asked for extra sauce. Fries were stone cold and rest of the meal was still warm so the fries were not cooked or were older. Service was substandard as the person handing my food didn't even acknowledge and say anything. Just shoved the bag to my face and didn't even respond when I said that you, I thought chick fil a was a big advocate for costumer service. Just feels like the last 6-8 months the standards have gone significantly lower and lower. I've been coming to this location for the past 4 years once a month atleast. Wow if the regional manager knew about some of the employees at this location...... Unfortunately, we had a pretty bad experience with one of the cashiers. Not the usual Chick-Fil-A experience at all. Was rushed through my order by the cashier. You could tell she was upset about something. When we went back to get a refill, before even speaking to her, she said you can't get a refill we've shut down our drink system. What? In the middle of a shift? I can see after they close, but clearly they were in a big hurry to get out of there. Even my daughter mentioned she was rude. This has not been the first time they were rude in this location. You can obviously see the rating of this location. Does management care? Not sure...... And how about those prices. I can feed 3 people at In-N-Out for what we paid for 2. Oh wow where do I start...the customer service is non existent, almost as bad as the homeless folk they hire at canes, except here it's just ghetto trash that think they're too good for the ~$18/hr they're making, the handheld order takers are just kicking it in the drive lane then act like you're an inconvenience when you pull up, I get it, taking orders is so hard that you have to be rude to the customer, it's ok. Train up these hood rats on some real customer service. This is a lack of accountability from management, letting your people be garbage isn't acceptable. Does chick fil a ever use produce that's not worthy of anything but a trash can? I swear EVERY time I get chick fil a the pickles are just rings of pickle skin, the tomatoes 3/4 of the time are just donut tomatoes, for a place that relies on the sauce to make the food edible you'd think they'd care about the quality of the produce they use as most customers put their own sauce on and see the produce 2 stars because they have nice ice.
