I love Chik-Fil-A! Just not this one. After a long hard day at work we went through the drive thru. My friend specifically asked the young man at the window if that was everything and he said yes. We get back to the hotel only to find that they didn't give us fries. Turn around and go back to get fries. Then back to the hotel only to bite into my Chicken Club, and find no chicken!!! I've had three experiences with Chickfila in the last 5 days. On friday, 4-16- I waited 12 mins in curbside for my order- just for my food to be cold and my ice in my drink to be melted. Went to lunch the next day with friends and our whole order was wrong and one of our drinks (sprite) tasted like seltzer water. Went this morning. 4-20 in the drive thru and waited over 15 mins. My co-workers and I actually go here a lot because tho there might be a long line-chick fila is pretty fast. But recently we have had terrible experiences. I heard they are under new ownership so I am trying to give grace here but 3 times with the same experience in the past 5 days just isn't right. I visited this restaurant on Saturday 1/26/2019 & I would like to say that not only was the food cooked to perfection. It was about an hour until closing & the food had the best cooked color which means to me that the cooking oil was not dirty. I would also like to mention the cleanliness of this restaurant was superb. I travel all over & I must say this restaurant has the cleanest bathroom I have ever used in all my travels. Had never been into CfA before. They do NOT disappoint. The staff at the counter was all very friendly and got through the large line very fast. Aaron (?) (the hospitality guy out talking to customers to make sure everything was going well) was very friendly, turned us on to the Polynesian sauce and CfA sauce... both incredible. WE NEED THESE IN UPSTATE NY. It was our first time ever eating at one... and my wife and I are both hooked. read more

Been to this CFA, in Rehoboth, many times. Each time the strips get smaller as well as the sandwich meat. Used to be four strips would pack the little box but not lately. Popeye's is just up the street. Need to pay attention to quality like in the "old" days. read more

His chicken wrap came and it seems like they forgot to put the majority of the chicken in it! Didn't even fill up the container, which usually has a snug fit. Always look forward to doing at this Chic fil a every summer in Rehoboth. First, the place is spotless. The dining area is perfect and the restrooms are also completely clean. The service has always been friendly and quick. The chicken sandwiches are the best fast food chicken sandwiches by far. They have a nice variety of sauces and give you enough sauce. Recommend! I have been going through the drive-through here almost daily since it opened 5-6 years ago. I went last night on my way to the movies and the straw had been pushed through the styrofoam cup of my soda and the contents were all over me and my car. I went back through and the young man handed me a bunch of napkins. I said that was not going to work and he and the manager (it turned out) came out to help. My son had been in town recently and we had gone through the drive-through there and the young man remembered his name. The manager uses my cell phone to find that name and calls my son and leaves a message. My son and I are furious. I told her I had a neurological disease which I should not have because it does not affect my driving or temperament. In this small town, there are few fast food choices and I am sure I will have to go there again. read more

I always enjoy Chick-Fil-A meals, but last Saturday we were fortunate enough to receive the absolute best customer service ever, in a fast food restaurant! We encountered a young man named Aaron, he was walking through the restaurant area checking on patrons. He stopped by our table and asked about our visit. A conversation ensued and the next thing he was drawing us a map on how to get to our destination. We were traveling on a motorcycle, so navigation in unknown areas is tough, but Aaron took great care of us. Aaron was pleasant, considerate and I consider Chick-Fil-A very lucky to have such a great employee. Well done! read more

One of the greatest chick-fil-a restaurants that I have ever been to. I went to this location back in May and it still stands out in my mind. My friends and I were ready to hit the road on our way back from the beach and wanted to stop for lunch. We had such a wonderful experience ordering that we decided to dine in. The employees that walked around to ensure that everyone was enjoying their meals were so delightful and made our experience so much better. We will definitely be back next time we are at the beach. I visited Chick-fil-A after work. It was around 9:30 so they weren't really busy there was like maybe one person in front of me in line. So I ordered my food and I waited a good 20 minutes for it to come. three different workers asked me if I was waiting on something and I told them that I had ordered food and I was waiting on it. so they said they would go and get it. the first two said that they would go and get the food that I had ordered but instead they went into the back and hid from me. finally the third lady asked me what I was waiting for and what was wrong and I explained the situation and she went and got me my food and apologized. Also the workers mop the floor before locking the door. Not only is it a safety hazard but I'm pretty sure that I am not the only one who wants to be looking at dirty mop water before eating a meal. read more

I often get my lunch or dinner at this location. The past few weeks the service has been terrible. Not only rude employees at the window but my food has been not up to standards by any means. I have gotten stale rock hard barely warm French fries some of them with black spots like they are rotten fries... It's just disgusting. And after asking every time for no pickles I always get pickles. I also don't understand how they can be so non courteous and hand me my drink with it spilling down the side of the cup. Does it look like I want to put a sticky cup in my brand new vehicle. Even Co workers of mine have felt sick after eating here lately. I do not recommend this location unless they make some changes to their standards and start providing fresh hot quality food to their customers read more
