DO NOT ORDER FROM THE REHOBOTH CHIPOTLE LOCATION! The other night we ordered two Beef Barbacoa Burrito Bowls, an order that we've made many many times. This time we got a big surprise. One bowl had absolutely NO MEAT in it -- just rice & veggies (and we paid $11.70 for that). The other had 1/3 of the meat that normally comes on that menu item, and 1/2 of that was congealed fat (you know the white gooey stuff no one in their right mind would eat). Disgusting & certainly not worth another $11.70. And now Chipotle refuses to refund our money. Instead they offered a BOGO -- take it or leave it! Like we'll ever order from this Chipotle again? And of course we heard ZIP from the store manager -- just the corporate dweebs with their scripted patter. Don't fall for their hype about serving good, clean, healthy food. I've been here twice both experiences where out of sorts. Im from California and I've eaten at 20 or more Chipotles 100s of times and I've never seen anything like this. Ordered online, everything was ready and on the shelf even before the app said. It was perfect. I haven't had chipotle in years and it's just as good as I remember. I ordered a large catering order for a work meeting. The rice was undercooked and completely inedible. I specifically asked for a receipt so I could turn it in as a business expense. I did not get a receipt. When I called the phone number you can't speak to anyone at the store you get an answering service. So I got my regular bowl of rice, chicken, corn, guacamole and cheese, and while I was going through the line, they were not even putting in full scoops, I had to ask for a NORMAL SIZE PORTION of chicken but charged me for two. And I can see the bottom of the bowl. They used to tower the food to where the lid could barely close and now it's so easy for them. Why can't it go back to NORMAL??? I would have given 0 stars if available. The rice was sour with something pink in it, and the quesadilla cheese was barely melted. The service was absolutely horrendous. The person working the line got everything wrong the first time and we had to repeat ourselves multiple times for a very simple order. But...... absolutely nothing was as bad as the condition of the restaurant itself. every table was filthy with trash and leftover food, with no staff attempting to clean up. No one was sitting down due to the filth everywhere (we ate in our car), the floor was covered in empty to-go drink cups and food. The staff seemed not to care at all. Wow. I didn't know that a Chipotle could be awful. Every one that I have ever been in has been the same. I should have been tipped off by the handwritten note on the door reading "online orders only". My second clue should have been the customer getting irate with the staff because there was no way to order two extra tortillas. we went to the chipotle on nov. 11, 2024 @ 5:15 pm. for dinner.. we both got the brisket bowl & drinks... most of the pans with selections in them were almost empty.As there seemed to be 4 or 5 behind the counter & who knows how many in the back this was unacceptable. the brisket was at the very bottom of the pan, like they had to empty it on ours. I came in around 12:15 today during lunch. There were three women working the front line and they seemed pretty worn out. I had an order with four items so fairly big. I asked the first woman how she was doing today. (I'm pretty outgoing so I like to engage people). She said she was ok, and thanked me for asking. I engaged the next woman too and she just lit up. She'd closed the night before and was back today at 7 am. And was working till 7 today. She smiled real big when we started talking. I hope it helped their days pass a little better. This Chipotle was faster with less people than our one back home. We are here on vacation with our family of six. Was nice that it moved quickly. Still seems to be a nationwide Chipotle shortage on fajita veggies? I miss them in my bowl. Just doesn't taste the same. Place seemed clean and well run also. Chips were good but needed more salt. Believe it or not this was my first ever experience with Chipotle. I got there before noon so they couldn't have been open long.yet the carnitas burrito I ordered wasn't at all hot. They have a lot of options you can get to customize your order. My burrito was fairly good. Could have been better if was warm. I suppose their clientele aren't as particular as I am. Came in at 7:45 pm. People inside, doors unlocked. All the chairs were up and someone was cleaning. Asked if they were open and the girl behind the register didn't even make eye contact and just goes "uh ya". Behind the register it was like a hurricane went off. Absolutely a mess. We left because there is no way that is sanitary. Chipotle did reach out immediately (see below) so that's a good start to service recovery for sure since some businesses don't even do that. read more

Place was in a bit of disarray. Six employees, half were working fast and hard and others were clearly in disconnect. It was busy but most Chipotles are. That is a good sign but it took well over 30 minutes to get our order; chicken had a lot gristle; bowls were very light on side orders ( mostly lettuce). Good food but probably the filthiest Chipotle I've been in. A gas station washroom has more ambiance. We asked for our table to be cleaned and were chided for not recognizing they were short staffed. It was online orders only on a holiday and the place was filled with people staring at their phones. One customer stormed out unhappy. The service while sitting and eating in the dining room was insane. Talk about being rude, shouting and no awareness for good customer engagement is an understatement. The Carne Asada bowl was very good, but there are upcharges for guacamole and melted cheese. Ruining the eating experience was how filthy the tables were. I mobile ordered after a long day and when I went to eat my bowl, it looked like something my 9-month-old puppy had made. To top it off, multiple items were missing including rice, chips, and who knows what else. I was pretty much given a bowl of black bean soup and they didn't inform me about any missing items when I picked it up. It sucks because I love chipotle, but don't know if I'll be back anytime soon to try the pollo asada. Luckily, after one bite, I picked out the chicken and fed it to my dog who absolutely loved it. After we pay and waiting for our receipt, we saw an employee putting several guacamole containers in bags. We asked if that was guacamole and they said yes, it's only for on line orders. We thought it was a joke and the manager came out and said, the guacamole was for on line orders only because they paid. That made absolutely no sense.
