This is for a drive through employee Didn't get her name... but she was bothered because I asked for sauces. Then asked if I didn't get it from the employee (at the sauce check point) I said there wasn't anybody there. She then proceeds to talk crap about the missing employee and it's just not ok. What impressed me was that they had certain places blocked off so the line can only come from this one way and not here and there causing chaos. I'm disappointed in my visit today. I can excuse the fact the line was long because at this location it's always long and they do their best to accommodate. What I can't tolerate is paying over $26 for an incorrect order. I asked the outside attendant if it would be possible to get the grilled club with no bun, tomato, or lettuce. I ordered a Chick-fil-A chicken biscuit. When I got home and took a bite out of the breakfast sandwich, I noticed there was no chicken in my sandwich. I called Chick-fil-A and spoke with Jennifer in regards to making me a new sandwich. Jennifer takes my information and says she will look into my order and Call me back in a couple of minutes. 25 minutes pass by so I call Chick-fil-A to follow up, Mary answers and is unaware of my situation. She said Jennifer left the building to take care of a delivery. I told Mary i just want my sandwich made the correct way that I payed for it. Mary told me breakfast is over and they cannot remake my sandwich. I then said I want a refund and she said we will see. I then drove back to Chick-fil-A and spoke with Mary in person, I showed her my sandwich. She apologized and gave me a refund. I was very surprised with the way that management treated me and handled the complaint. I felt mistreated and that management did not want to take fault for their mistake. If they would have just made my breaKfast sandwich I would have never made a compliant. I'm so shocked that of all places to get this type of customer service from Chick-fil-a. In result I got a 4.00 refund!!!!! Not even a coupon for the trouble of driving back, the manager forgetting to call me back, or the fact that my family was able to eat breakfast with out me. This location has really been slacking lately. The drive thru lines are always ridiculously long and pretty slow moving. They have so many people working in the drive thru and some of their jobs seem somewhat pointless. At any point in the day, be prepared to wait 20+ mins in the drive thru. Thinking about going inside or mobile ordering to try and skip the line? There's no use. The line is equally as long if not longer inside the restaurant. I had a amazing experience when Gloria took care of me in the drive thru. I was a little worried about the long lines but when Gloria greeted me with the bright smile and warmth she has that gave me the zero worried everything is going to be fine. It's was my first time at Chick-fil-A and had zero idea what I wanted. So she recommended me her favorite meal, and wow! That the best amazing and tasty chicken sandwich ever ( recommend the Chick fil a deluxe extra pickles, and bacon with ranch, sriracha and Polynesian sauce dip in every sauce) with a lemonade and said to try a shake next time. Fast forward to today, I went in the 2 line drive way and she was running orders. She has multiple orders in her tray and delivered to the car with a smile. I was watching her the entire time. And she recognizes me and said to give her a second to remember my name and she got it. It feels so good to know that someone who sees 1,000 people a day can remember a small detail like your name and make your day 100x better. She asked me how the meal was last time! I went in and only ordered fries. I waited for 20 minutes before I spoke to a cashier and asked how much longer for my fries, only for the cashier to go to the back and talk to other employees. On top of that the staff was not attentive on the day of reopening. Majority of staff was just talking amongst each other and did not start to pick up the pace until customers started to complain. read more

I stopped here on Thursday at 11:30 am. The drive thru line was horrendous, but I had already told my daughter I would pick her up some food here. The staff was working as fast as they could. The food tasted great and they don't scrimp on the sauce!
