I ordered through Uber Eats and one entire sandwich meal was missing. My daughters had to share their food and we paid $60 for our dinner. The issue isn't always the money, yet the experience and what we've expected. I did call and notify the manager and all I got was an apology. He stated that they're not affiliated with uber and that the driver must have grabbed the wrong order. He did absolutely nothing to make me feel heard or that my issue was a priority. Last time my order at Panda Express had an issue the manager offered me not only the one missing item, but the entire order another day on the house. I didn't even redeem that as it's not about getting anything for free. People make mistakes and I understand that..this is about listening to the customers and making them feel heard. I am a huge cane's fan that recently moved to the area so I was excited to try this location. As usual, the fries, chicken and Texas toast tasted awesome. Make sure to get plenty of cane's sauce because that's the star of the show. A Caniac combo was enough for me and my wife. Only complaints I had are that the chicken seems to be getting smaller (shrinkflation?) and service was just so so here. Very excited to have a canes in town! The location is a shopping area and is a bit small with parking, but I do see that they added more parking spaces nearby. I went grand opening evening and it was packed. The drive thru line was really long, but they had a security handling it all. Inside the line was long, but the wait was not too bad. I waited around 10 minutes to order and around 15 minutes to get my food. Just be patient with the workers as it is new. I got the caniac combo with 6 pieces of chicken tenders and subbed the cole slaw for an extra piece of toast because I personally do not like cole slaw. The fries were a bit salty. Some of the pieces of the chicken were really small compared to the other times I had canes, but considering they are new and it was packed, they probably wanted to make everything quick and get their customers their order. RIP to Acapulco, but it was replaced with something new and equally delicious! The parking lot situation is horrendous; mainly due to the drive thru situation. They have the line snaking through one of the main paths for traffic in that parking lot. Creating it so you can only enter and exit towards TJ Maxx side. I don't see this changing due to the layout of their drive thru and having been to other locations - you know there will ALWAYS be a line. That being said- the long drive thru line moved quick due to the amount of workers on the clock. They have security directing people into the drive thru and at least 2 people taking orders on both lanes. We ordered The Box Combo with an extra toast and iced tea. The chicken pieces are smaller than I've seen - but it was crunchy and juicy. Fries were basic. Coleslaw was refreshing and flavorful. Ice tea tasted watered down. Service was excellent! They were definitely prepared for the influx of traffic. Overall we will definitely be back. read more

There's two reasons why I did not give a 5 star review. #1 the way the line is set up is very disorganized. You honestly don't know where the line begins or ends which is very confusing. When it's packed I always ask to see if that patron is in line because I feel if I jyst walk in during the rush I feel like I'm line cutting.
