Not my go to location but never had a bad experience. It is always busy here regardless of the time of day, but the drive-thru moves quickly. I'm torn on this Chick-fil-A location. The space itself is beautiful, clean, and comes with a small indoor play area for kids that my daughter loved. On the other hand, staff were very slow and confused. For the first time ever at a Chick-fil-A, they were thrown off when I ordered a multigrain bun with no butter. Friendly employees, mostly young kids braving the weather to take our orders instead of a drive thru speaker. Though I recommend pre ordering for curbside. I was in and out in less than 7 minutes! This Chick-fil-A has wonderful service but the location is god awful. The parking lot is always a clustered situation, the drive through is always backed into the street and it just overall sucks visiting this location at lunch time. The staff is nice, attentive, and fast though so this review is in no shape or form for them. My food is always fresh and hot. I was a little hesitant to visit this location given the bad reviews, but I took a chance and gave it a shot. My first impression was that the parking lot with the wrong way signs was a bit confusing, but maybe it's just me. I drove past it, turned around, and waited to see how a car entered the lot and followed them. Lol. The parking lot is small, however, there additional parking in the same complex for other businesses. I got there at 11:15 for an early lunch (dine-in) and there was a spot or two available. The interior is smaller than at other locations and is one big, open area. Other locations usually have two sections. Since I arrived early, there was a short line and I was able to place my order rather quickly. I'm not sure how slow the service is during peak time. My order came out about five minutes later. I ordered my usual #1 meal - chicken sandwich, fries, and half/half ice tea. The sandwich and fries were warm and crispy and the ice tea was not overly sweet. I would definitely come again. My colleague suggested if I come during peak time to place the order on the app to avoid the wait. read more

Entrance to the parking lot was a bit steep. Probably not ideal to visit after a snow or ice storm. The interior was clean though. Staff was friendly. But giving this place two stars cause the bun on my spicy chicken deluxe was so greasy that I ended up taking the bun off and ate the chicken wrapped in the lettuce. Not as good as I had hoped. My need to go to CFA is limited. I'm not addicted to the Chick-fil-A sauce like many others, so a fried chicken sandwich at other casual/fast food places is just as good for me. So I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich (American cheese) with everything meal online through my app during my lunch break (which is only 30min). I got to the pick up line and it's beyond crowded. I probably arrived around 12:18 didn't receive my food until 12:48 (mind you my break is from 12-12:30 and I still had to drive back to my job and clock in). To make matters WORST they gave me the WRONG sandwich. It's one thing to wait over 30 minutes for "fast food" but then to have the order wrong is just disrespectful. They gave me a spicy chicken sandwich with just pepper jack cheese. SOOO far from my likings. Worst Chick-fil-a experience ever! I ordered breakfast online and got there a few minutes after 10:30 am. I didn't realize breakfast ended at 10:30 but when I got there they cancelled my order and said that I can't order breakfast because I have to click "I'm here" on the app before they'll start making the food. They didn't even ask what my order was or see if they could partially fill it which was disappointing because I don't understand how they could have no breakfast food minutes after breakfast ended. Instead I got a chicken sandwich and it was terrible. It was dry and so thin it looked like the breakfast sandwich. They also didn't ask me if I wanted any sauces and didn't include any with the order. This is the worst Chick-fil-a in the area. They have the most unfriendly and incompetent staff and they always get some part of my order wrong so if you come here be sure to CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. The kids they have working here could be trained better on customer service and attentiveness. The drive-thru workers are hit-or-miss and some of them are good but most seem very disinterested and annoyed that you would dare bother them to spend your money at their establishment. That's where the problem starts most of the time because they don't take your order correctly in the first place and then there is confusion at the pick-up window when I didn't get everything I asked for. No matter the day or whether there's torrential rain outside, this Chick-fil-A's drive thru is always incredibly long, sometimes snaking out all the way down the hill towards the main road. However, the line goes relatively quickly and averages at about 10 minutes from queuing until receiving your food. The food has always been consistently good, my go-to's including the chicken nuggets, chicken tenders, waffle fries, sandwiches, or the cup of fresh fruit. However, dropping a star because of the 4 times I've been in their drive-thru, they forgot ALL my requested sauces twice-- chicken nuggets unfortunately isn't the same without the polynesian sauce. They also nearly forgot my drink 1 or 2 times too until I reminded them. They're incredibly busy and pressured to move quickly, so it's understandable that these things may happen. If you're going in drive-thru, I recommend having someone else with you so you can quickly review your items to make sure you have everything. read more

Every one of these locations are super busy and for the right reason. Their chicken is good. Their options are decent, and they feel healthier than other options. However, this place either needs to be even bigger or have more space for their drive through. The reason is that this place is in Rockville with tons of office buildings nearby. This place is always ridiculously packed during lunch. It subsides later in the day and then in dinner time, it spikes. It spikes so much that the drive through goes around, down the hill and sometimes in the main street. The walk in option is hard to go through as there is not a lot of walkway options because of the drive through. Inside there are a lot of tables, but it's all full. They have dedicated additional parking on the other side, but that is also full most of the time so you have to park on the other side of the lot. The experience here is to avoid this place during high times and just come here when necessary or when you know there will be less people at 3 pm. Don't get me wrong. The food is good, and they are probably one of the more efficient fast food options around, but it is just too popular where the stress of being with that many people around you takes away your appetite or motivation to go through with buying here. read more
