Food comes out to the car and drinks come out separately. They are trying to get customers their orders, but everyone is still stuck on the drive thru. Listen, don't waste your time going to this location. The service here is TERRIBLE. I mean you literally have to wait 45 mins for your order which is ridiculous & dining room isn't even open. I went through the drive thru and Ordered a cobb salad with no bacon crumbles. The cobb salad had bacon crumbles on it. A kids chicken nugget kids meal with apple sauce instead of fries. Let me start by saying this, I'm sure the folks who work here are some fine ppl, that being said this place won't be open long if they keep this up. Twice I've been here and both times I've had to wait on the drive thru line for more than 30 mins. First time for dinner and second for breakfast. So doesn't matter what shift is working, they can't seem to get it right. To top it off, I get home and my order is wrong. Biscuit and English muffin aren't remotely close to being the same. Been waiting for this location to open, living just 10 minutes from this location our family was excited for this store to open. We'll our excitement ended yesterday... The wait time for the drive-through is atrocious. I waited in line for 50 minutes after my initial arrival at the drive-through to finally receive my food. It took a long time for the first staff person to come and mark you checked in. You later had to speak with another staff person who instructed you how to merge to get your order from the window. Upon getting to the window, waiting for my food some more, and finally receiving it, I opened the bag to see that my large fries came up to less than half of the container. I told them that the container being barely full is not acceptable and they gave me a new large fries that was completely full. The lettuce in my spicy deluxe sandwich was soggy and had no texture. The top bun of my sandwich was burned. The chicken had an inedible part in it. The mac and cheese was okay. The Sunjoy was good. I highly doubt that I will be returning. Stopped by this Chic-fil-a, its a brand new store. When I walked in but it was extremely clean and bright. I ordered the #1, which tasted great. The biscuit tasted the way a biscuit should taste. It was not hard nor stale. I am not a big coffee drinker, but was offered options by the cashier. Which is another thing I should mention. I don't to put a name up here but I will use his first initial, K. This guy, provided amazing customer service. I think I needed to mention that. This was a positive experience. Service is just terrible. Location is over crowded and unorganized. Staff is standing in the drive thru section talking to each other vs taking orders and avoiding eye contact with customers. There is an obvious lack of leadership and empowerment of employees to do the right thing by customers. I placed my order thru drive thru and about 5-7 cars behind me received their orders first. Upon driving up to the order pick up section, I was told there was an additional 2-3 min wait for my order and was instructed to park in the lot and wait for a server to bring me my order. 15 min later, a server brings the order and assured me everything was there, however items were missing. I walked up to the drive thru with my purchase and receipt explaining items I paid for were missing. The worker was initially only willing to give me one of the two missing items - which I already paid for. I had to stand there and justify that I had already paid for both items and explain that while she gave me an item from the original order that was missing - one item which was already paid for was still missing. Food tastes good, but not worth the time and effort involved at this point. They really need to get it together and train staff and management better. Obvious lack of leadership. read more

SHOULD BE NEGATIVE STARS!!! My cousin and I were planning on a quick lunch break from work at this location. This is easily the worst Chick-fil-a I've ever stepped in. Chick-fil-a usually has a good reputation about their service however, it took me 55 minutes since I stepped in the door to order my food (There was only a couple people ahead of me). My cousin ordered before I did, and he received and ate his food at least 20 minutes before I ordered my food. Furthermore, there was at least 10-15 doordashers and pick up orders that crowded the entrance, and even walked up to the registers causing chaos and disorganization. They had one guybworking the register during a lunch rush hour. To add to the disappointment, the food wasn't even good. The chicken was mainly burnt breading and not actual chicken and the soda was watered down and not even filled near the top. If you're looking for a reason to go anywhere else for lunch, this is it. Went there on the first day they had indoor service and it was comical. I coughed it up to a learning curve for them. Been back twice. Both times the staff were slow in handing out food and how they operate. Nobody really cares about the service there. Today it took forever for me to get my food even though they weren't busy. There was a lot of food premade on the racks. It shouldn't take 10 minutes to bag and hand out food. When I finally received my order there were no sauces in the bag. SMH.
