I was in this location today for my first Chick-fil-A meal ever, and I found the team to be efficient and quite helpful. So, I was sad to see the overall rating here and a few of the other reviews, so wanted to share my positive experience today. The team member taking orders was pleasant as she kept the line moving and orderly. My meal was prepared properly and quickly, although there were quite a few customers in the store on a day with heavy rain and wind. When I received my meal, I unknowingly sat it down in rain water that must have mistakenly left by another customer. One of the team members saw it, immediately alerted me, took the bag and replaced the entire meal with a new one, because "she didn't want me to have a soggy meal." I would have easily walked out of the store without knowing how this really happened otherwise. The meal tasted great, and I even mentioned to my husband on the way home how pleasant my first experience was...so good job y'all ! Thanks ! read more

The way they treat their employees is disgusting! They have zero consideration for those that are working to find housing; they believe that employees are inferior because they're not "paying customers." Firing an employee that is working to FIND housing and telling them they need to prioritize the job more than their own livelihood is ridiculous, how dare you? Then LYING and claiming they were fired for attendance but they were not put on the schedule their SECOND WEEK of starting this horrible job. Expecting them to spend a check from ORIENTATION on a luxury item rather than food because "your responsibility is to work and do a good job here" they don't care about their employees. Calling them a liability for struggling financially and trying to publicly embarrass them because you view your employees as less than human is disgusting. If I could leave ZERO stars I definitely would, you all deserve to be investigated. read more

Worst chick fil a I've ever had the one star was for the drink order which was the only thing that was right. Fries cold and hard, chicken tenders yuck how can you mess up tenders I think they were under cooked or left out too long the wait was average for a chic fil a smh sooo disappointed. read more

Total disaster. Placed a drive thru order thru the app. When I got on the line the person told me to park and go to window when I showed him my order on the app. He gave me the wrong information and nobody at the pick up line knew what to do. Long story short I waited 20 min only to go home and realize I was charged twice for my order. Since each one is privately owned I have to go back and deal with them tomorrow. I will never visit this chick-fil-a again. I've been here maybe 3 times trying to give it a chance and everytime I have waited on the line entirely too long and the food is always like warm. As I am typing this I have been in the drive thru line 45 mins and still have yet to order, if there was a way for me to get out of this line I would have. Living close by I was so excited to see a new chick fila coming to the neighborhood. Unfortunately this is the WORST chick fila I have ever been too! I continue trying to give them a chance, trying to be reasonable that they are still adjusting. But here I am maybe 8th visit waiting in line going on 30 minutes and counting. TERRIBLE! Do you hear me? I'm glad we are able to a Chick-fil-A in the neighborhood. But, it doesn't have the same standard as the other establishments I have visited in Westbury and Garden City. Customer service is subpar. The young man called me down by waving his hand for me to move forward, putting blistex on his lips while making drinks. Just nasty. The manager or supervisor is busy playing and talking by the drive-thru instead of getting these people their food and out of the store. It was so bad to the point that a customer had to ask if anyone was taking orders because no one was at the registers. I ordered 3 drinks and had to ask for my own tray. Please do better. read more

Store is open at 6:30am. I just went there it was 6:40am when I arrived. I used the drive thru I was there for 2mins no one said anything,I drove around and they weren't ready to serve anyone. This is poor service that means we as customers must guest what time you are opened on any given day. FYI to many businesses around we are going to need you to be on time. I ordered last week so it can be ready before I arrived and it still took 10-15mins and my order was wrong when I received it. read more

Tried to avoid a long wait by ordering mobile & was still inside for about 20 minutes waiting for my order to be filled. Patrons receiving their food never once was told "my pleasure" - Chick-Fil-A's infamous service customer line. Employees did not seem trained on how to handle a rush of orders and overall a very unpleasant experience. Please train your employees and improve customer service. read more

Ok, so I'm not typically someone who likes to complain about food. But regarding this establishment, I have to say something. I've been excited to have this restaurant in the area. But I've been here multiple times and it's always something. I understand this is a new place so the lines are going to be long. My issue is, if I'm going to be waiting on line for 30 minutes to get my food, the most I can hope for is that my order is correct. Today in particular, I visited the location and the chicken nuggets was missing from my order. I shouldn't have to be double checking my order at the window....especially after my order was repeated back to me at the drive up. So if that's what I'm going to end up doing, then that just means the wait time on the line is going to be even longer which benefits no one. As if that's not bad enough, I try calling the store to let them know, and nobody answers the phone. I consider myself to be a patient person but if you can't spend the time to make sure the order is correct then what purpose do you serve?? The "powers that be" at Chik Fil A needs to look into this location and either give them additional training or resources so that they can better fulfill the needs of their customers. Otherwise, I'm afraid this location won't last very long. read more

This review is not for the drive thru but for dining in. I don't normally write reviews for fast food places but the service and restaurant was so good that I felt compelled to. The drive thru was packed so we went inside and their was hardly any lines. The person who took our order was friendly and cordial. But by far the most impressive was a lady (wish I would of caught her name) inside the dining area who walked around asking if everyone was ok and if we needed anything. I got up to go to the bathroom and she immediately came up to me with a nice smile and friendly manner to give me the code to enter the bathroom. Then when we were done eating she kindly came over to our table to pick up our garbage to throw it out. She was just lovely! Not to mention that the restaurant and bathroom was immaculately clean. I couldn't believe I was at a fast food restaurant! I left feeling very good knowing such a fine establishment with great people is near my area. So kudos to them! Thank you. read more

Just came from the chick-fil-a on Rockaway Blvd and I must say I'm impressed with the food. The chicken sandwich and nuggets were very good. Everything was fresh and the chicken was moist and not dried out like other establishments. There was a long line on the drive-thru but that's to be expected. After all it's a chick-fil-a and I've never seen a short line. One thing sure, I won't be driving out to Westbury anymore for a chicken sandwich. read more

This is by far the worst chick-fil-a I have ever been to. I have not had a single complaint about any other chick-fil-a location that Ive ever visited. Im going to have to make the 40 min trip to Westbury rather than 12 minutes to this terrible 5-towns location. Confused, poorly trained, & rude staff which is highly irregular for this chain. Unless they fire the entire staff & bring new people in this location is never going to make it. Crowds standing outside waiting for 30 minutes for their orders met with overwhelmed & agitated staff is going to lead to an aggressive & dangerous situation in an area someone was recently shot at the nearby McDonalds. Dining room inside has yet to open. 2 outdoor tables with chairs chained together, really inviting for guests. Drive-thru is unnecessarily complicated and takes so long you will get off it and switch your order to pick up then have to wait another 20 minutes. Go to literally any other chick-fil-a in America. just a totally unenjoyable experience .. i chose to dine in with a friend and bag came to me almost empty - i thought i got the name called out wrong .. nope .. they did not put 3 whole strips and a box of 2 .. they did not charge me for the missing 2 - and they wanted me to go back into the front of the line and order and pay for the 2 i wanted - i could tell by holding the boxes that the strips couldn't be very hot and asked them to please just give me a box of 2 and let me and my friend go sit down and eat - nope - told them to return my receipt and keep the bag .. went to cashier to credit my order and started over .. another wait and when we sat down all chicken strips were warm getting cold and dry .. no way was i going to start over again - plus before i picked up the bag i asked the nasty red shirt for an extra ranch so i would not have to go back - she said what we will give you is in the bag ! to their credit it is a beautiful and large eating area with many views but in NO way makes up for the TERRIBLE people working here or the CHICKEN .. i will never come back here again - i will wait till i am at or near the roosevelt mall food court or the large chick-fil-a on old country road - there was nothing here that was up to the high standards of all of the other chick-fil-a's that i go to as often as possible. read more
