Have made a couple of stops recently for dinner. The first time for dine-in was a good experience - it was crowded but our order was taken quickly and the food came to our table within a few minutes. Overall it was decent - love the waffle fries especially. My grilled chicken sandwich was a nice hunk of meat but overall I thought it was a little lacking in flavor, luckily the tomato and lettuce helped. Nice space inside and clean. Came for a mobile order pickup the second time; it was ready quickly and the food was hot when we grabbed it. The breaded chicken sandwich that I tried this time was much more flavorful and the Mac n cheese was deliciously rich. My spouse's grilled chicken sandwich was better with the honey bbq sauce, but the bun didn't hold together very well and was coming apart. So overall pretty good but not quite 5 star food. read more

Ordered takeout form Chick-fil-A today, for lunch ... I took it home. It had been a while since I had enjoyed one of their meals. My lunch included 4 Chick-n-Strips, Medium Sized Waffle Potato Fries, and a Small Mac & Cheese. The food was still warm when I got home and very tasty. The Chicken was particularly good. We love going to chick-fil-a, especially this one as the fries are always the perfect amount of crispy and so are their fried chicken. We normally do pick-up and this time their system had a glitch and didnt pop up our order for them. I was just waiting by the side and Katy took the initiative to check-in and say "Hey can I check what you are waiting for? I see you have been waiting here a while." She proceeded to escalate the matter up to the manager and got me sorted really quickly, all the while being polite and professional. She even did this all while managing her responsibilities. My wife and I are very thankful for her helping us out and taking the time to go out of her way instead of us having to wait and find out it was a system glitch. Overall, we recommend this location for their wonderfully done food but most of all, especially for the friendly and professional staff here! Pros: The location just finished renovations so it looks fancy. The food is very consistent and very good. Always the right amount of crispy and salty goodness! Cons: The location can get very busy, with the intersection coming off the main road becoming packed, especially at meal hours. Highly recommend non-peak hours or using the next turn down the road to bypass some traffic. Doing pick-up vs drive through may help as well! The chicken sandwiches and milkshakes were good but the fries were a disappointment because it was not hot and it was mostly broken pieces. Will I try this again? Drive thru: This location has their drive thru efficiency DOWN. The drive thru line always is super quick, no matter how long the line is. The ease of mobile ordering through the app makes me experience 10 times better. I just pull in the drive thru, tell them I have a mobile order, and I'm out of there within 5 minutes. (10 during a super busy rush) Order accuracy: My order is correct 95% of the time, with the occasional missing sauce. Usually they're pretty good about making sure your order is right. I'm not one to check the bag before getting home because I know it's probably correct, and even if it's not, their menu is so small I'm bound to like whatever I do get haha. Ambiance: Inside the restaurant seems busy every time I decide to go in there. There's lots of seating, and once you place your order at the counter, they bring you your food to your table like a sit down restaurant. I've noticed a lot of other restaurants started doing this. I also wanted to add that this location is always super clean, even in the restroom. Food quality: The chicken sandwich and fries are always a hit, and I've also been liking the grilled nuggets too. I have no complaints about the chicken, even after all the TikTok rage about the "new chicken". It tastes the same to me. They are aware about the drive thru lane issue. Employees admit that they are aware that the left lane is impossible to make the turn without hitting the curb and that the construction company messed up, but are still using the lane even tho multiple people are damaging their cars. Shut down the lane or have an employee directing bigger cars to the right lane. We couldn't see their sign until we were already in the left lane. I did not even know (since I just moved back to mainland from Hawaii where they have no location as of now) they now have much wider selection for breakfast and the chicken egg cheese bagel is amazing! The visit last night was particularly worth mentioning. I ordered a mobile order thru my app redeeming a free spicy chicken sandwich with some other items for a drive-thru pick up. Now my husband also had a free sandwich QR code on his phone, but not his app so we decided to just redeem that on the seperate order when we get to the drive-thru. The staff at the drive-thru order point told us she added another sandwich to my existing order, and he could just show the QR code to be scanned at the pay point. Once we got to the pick-up window, the order we received was all correct, including all the side sauce. Now if this was Sonic, Burger King or McDonald, I gurantee something would have gotten messed up. I mean they mess up with the most simple order. We eat here regularly. In the past they have honored Veterans Day with the empty place setting and a card that explains the significance of the setting. It is a wonderful teaching moment for young people, the majority of whom these days have virtually no connection with or knowledgable of the military or the value of service. It's a great disappointment that they no longer can be bothered. "Thank you for your service" doesn't really do the trick coming from people who likely have no conception of what service involves. The chicken strip container was missing a strip, and the fries were half way full. So I get it is the holidays, I get that this is the super popular Chick-fil-A in Roseville, yet there is a problem here. A lot of Chick-fil-A's customers work in this area. What this means is, we have a limited amount of time to take a break and grab something to eat. So I decide, what the heck, I will brave the lines because customer service is such a big deal and they have great food, risk it. I go to the drive through, order a Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich Entrée (Sandwich, Large Waffle Fries, Large Sweet Tea). I get back to my office, very hungry, and open my meal. What do I find? A deluxe! What is the problem you may ask? Cheese. Never once did I say the word deluxe, nor the word cheese. Somehow the nice kid who took my order decided to order me something other than what I wanted. Unfortunately I am one of the few people in the world who are pretty cheese adverse. My mistake in assuming I should trust the people who work here to take an order correctly. Additionally, it must be my fault for not checking the receipt and going through the bag to make sure there is no cheese on what should be the assumption for a chicken sandwich, you know? No cheese. It was very busy and I didn't want to be that "Karen" that holds up the line doing forensic analysis of my order, others are in a hurry and hungry too. Now based on this principle, get what you pay for, or at least get what you ordered, I return to the Chick-fil-A in Roseville, apologize for passing to the front of the line as I am looking to get a refund. Again I realize they are super busy. Manager finally comes over, I explain the above, she offers me a replacement. I am not sure what this Chi-fil-A policy is, but I just wasted my entire lunch hour driving, waiting, then returning. It is going to take more than simply fixing my order. She refunded my money and offered me my sweet tea at no charge. Mind I had not drank a drop of it I was so upset. Again, they are super busy. Perhaps next time given how busy you are and considering a person is willing to go to such lengths to get a refund, throwing them a free meal card and a replacement meal would have gone a long way to assuage my lost lunch hour. Instead, you definitely lost a customer at this location, perhaps a permanent lost customer, everyone I know will get the story, and you get this review. I had to see what all the HYPE was about!!!!! I ordered the chicken nuggets for my daughter to try! She loved them. I had to taste them too! They were good. They were nicely seasoned and crispy! Also she tried two sauces which were the house sauce kind sweet reminded me of a honey mustard and ranch. I liked the ranch lol. I see why the line is always around the corner.
