I absolutely do not understand the lines... the car lines. My 2nd time at In n Out in 20 years, & my last. $12.88 spent. I ordered a double double animal style. Fries - light well. Root beer float. The burger : patties are tiny, cold & dry. The lettuce, tomato & sauce is fresh. I ate 1/2. The fries - cold. Chewy. Ugh Howwww when you are turning over as many fries as you are my fries are COLD. This In N Out restaurant is conveniently located on Taylor Rd by the Interstate 80 Eureka Rd exit. The staff takes time and care to make burgers look big and beautiful. Look at my pictures! My favorite order is the Double Double Animal Style with Extra Pickles. Animal Style means grilled onions, cheese, and Thousand Island dressing. If I want to lower my carb intake, I'll request Protein Style, which replaces the bun with a lettuce wrap. I learned recently that you can ask for blend of the milkshake flavors. For example, you can request Neapolitan with vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate ice cream. I enjoyed strawberry mixed with chocolate. FYI: If you order a Root Beer Float, that's the same price as a milkshake. You can order your fries to be extra crispy. Don't forget about Animal Style Fries! Search online for In N Out's Secret Menu for fun and interesting items and special ways to order. I came in as I was as heading back to Kaiser to be with my minor daughter who had just been in a car accident. I was stressed and felt defeated. A very nice gentleman by the name of Ray. Walked over to me and asked me how my day was. I explained to Ray that my daughter had just been in a car accident. He told me he was sorry to hear that. I spent the next few minutes talking with Ray. He is a true gem. Ray not only turned my day around just by talking with him but he also made me smile. If i could give this location a 0 star review I would. Horrible service, the 2 men at the windows were rude. My order was wrong (the first man at the window said the animal fry I ordered had no grilled onions and I asked for extra) so I asked to add grilled onions to it and the man looked at me like I was stupid and said "well it says no grilled onions" and he finally added the onions to it. The second man didn't know what order was ours, basically threw everything at us, had horrible customer service. We also added a milk to our order at the first window and when we came to the second window I told him we had a milk and he walked away without saying anything to go double check that we paid for it. As we left he just closed the window without saying anything at all. Do not go to this location, they mess up your food and don't know what customer service is at all. read more

Tried the Flying Dutchman last night because it's all over social media. It was delicious! I don't think it tasted much different from a burger with grilled onions though... This team works hard but I wanted to send a special shout out to the two cashier ladies on 1/16/2026 working the evening shift around 7:30pm. They were the most friendly order takers I've ever seen. The entire time they were smiling and greeting everyone that came in and said thank you to everyone that picked up their food. I don't typically review in n out because we all already know how amazing it is! However, my husband and I were recently on this side of town and visited this in n out location. It was quite chaotic inside and outside as there were many families with kids who seemed to be coming from SunSplash. The staff were calm and collected as they continued to take peoples orders and efficiently call out numbers for people to pick up their food. The reason I'm writing this review though, is this was THE best in n out burger I have ever had. The bun was warm, the meat was cooked to perfection. Ordered it with the same wording I've used for 35 years, never had a problem before. Then the kid didn't ask if I wanted "to go" or "in the car," so of course it's in a box when I get to the window. Politely tell them the kid didn't ask me and id like my order bagged, but they tell me no and offer me a lid for the box. One minor annoyance after another adds up to an overall subpar experience. Typical great burger and fries are available at this In-n-Out, but the crazy part is the location - right next to a big water park so it's PACKED with all the youth of the area. The old man that works here needs to go. I overheard him laughing with another customer talking about @nal prison r@pe! And there were kids in there! He is gross anyway. He always waits until a good looking mom comes in and then he quickly shuffles over to flirt with them. It's gross and disturbing. I've come here every weekend for over a year and never once has he talked to me but more than once he has moved past me to intercept a cute young mom. He is very obvious about it too. Also the burgers have gone downhill here. Super thin and over salted. And greasy. And the fries are often soggy. This is one of the lower tier locations. Old man needs to go! He's gross!
