The Arden Chick-fli-A is consistently messing up orders for walk in and mobile orders. They forgot our chicken nuggets and after we drove away we realized they also forgot our original chicken sandwich. They were kind of rude and also suspicious of me when I requested the replacement. I am not so sure about the manager, I also saw him act the same thing to another customer with a mobile order where they forgot the Mac and cheese. Must be our fault, if you know what I am saying. The play area and lobby is still closed down for COVID. Even though I have seen other chick fil a locations open. It makes it harder and easier to go somewhere else. I like the chicken and fries and sweet tea. But we want a place where the kids can play inside since the weather is warm. What's the point of Lifting the rules and guide lines ? if it's a new policy that's one thing. I'm vaccinated so why am I being punished. How about start asking people for vaccination cards. That will stop unvaccinated people from coming inside if that's a fear. And children not being vaccinated there will be a time when that happens too. I come to this location regularly.. i literally work 5 minutes away.. so i ordered my food through the app. I ordered a salad and I tried to order a ordered a sweet tea. In the special instructions comment i said a Sunjoy. They brought me out a sweet tea. I said I didn't want sweet tea I wanted to Sunjoy seeing how I wrote it in the special instructions . The customer service was good not to great but not bad so decent. Lobby was dirty when we walked in but as we dined a few workers came out and cleaned up. This location is well staffed especially at busy times like lunch and dinner time. Their kids play area is an alright size, personally I believe the capacity for the play area is 12 Max but it is not posted but it's clean and the sound from the kids playing is not affecting the dining area. This Chick-fil-A is my go-to restaurant in Sacramento when I want something quick to eat because it's affordable and delicious. The Polynesian and Chick-fil-A sauces are my favorite. For breakfast, I would order the chicken biscuit with tator tots and vanilla iced coffee. For lunch and dinner, I would order the chicken sandwich with waffle fries. I'm always intrigued by the new menu items that come out so I tried the frosted lemonade and peach milkshake once. I wasn't a huge fan of either. I also tried the chicken noodle soup once and it was pretty good but I wouldn't order it again. I think it's best to stick to what you know is good when you come here. A true GA peach loves Chik-Fil-A! I love everything about the Chik-Fil-A chain. I love that they are based out of Atlanta, GA (where I was born). I love the little cows (I have a calendar). I love that the owners stick by their values and do things like close on Sundays (Amen!!!). I love love love their food. DECOR: Typical fast food restaurant. However, I am a big fan of the cows everywhere. This place always seems clean. FOOD: Literally one of the only fast food places I will eat at. I get the nuggets and fries. I dip them in Chik-Fil-A sauce or Polynesian sauce. OMG literally to die for. Oh and please do not leave with out getting some lemonade. Literally lemonade at its finest. So tangy yet sweet. SERVICE: Well this is a fast food restaurant so much is not to be expected. However, so far I have not had any complaints with this particular location. They are always very pleasant. OVERALL, this is by far my favorite fast food restaurant. Even though I have given up fast food for the most part. I don't know that I will ever be able to give up this place. Chick-Fil-A is priced a little higher than most fast food chains, but it is worth it as the food is just that much better than the rest. If you're going to Chick-Fil-A, you might as well order the waffle fries! They are gigantic fries that are very light and semi-crisp/soft. Dipping them in some of their signature sauces is a must! I always get the largest size whenever I go because they are just that good. There aren't too many places where you can get this type of fry, and thankfully, Chick-Fil-A does them correctly. In terms of drinks, you can get soda, sweetened or unsweetened iced tea, or a shake. Ice-cream cones are also available in cone or cup form. You're choice! One time a friend of mine and I were having a conversation for a while at the restaurant (the Elk Grove location), and a server just brought a couple cones for us on the house! This is a family favorite! The kids love it here and always eat everything they order without complaint. The food is always fast and hot regardless of how many people are in line. Now don't get me wrong, this is fast food but it's in the top 5 as far as quality and service! Just wish they were open on Sunday. read more

This is my 3rd time trying out Chick-Fil-A (first time at this location) and I am never disappointed. The cost is a little more expensive than say McDonald's (my Chick-Fil-A Chicken sandwich (comes with chicken breast + pickles) was $3.99 for just the sandwich and with a large side of waffle fries it cost a little more than $6 -- still completely affordable!) but there's comfort in knowing that Chick-Fil-A only uses real chicken in their meals. For dessert I got a pretty good cookies and cream milk shake (a litlte over $3.50). It was definitely on the creamier/sweet end though. One regular drink was plenty filling even more so after the burger and (split) fries. For a fast food place, Chick-Fil-A is pretty classy. If you order to eat in, they deliver the food to your table. You can also get limitless sauces and they have plenty of selection (but of course everyone's favorite is the Chick-Fil-A sauce) Overall, I always have a good experience at Chick-Fil-A. I really like how they have an "extra sauces" container that you could drop your extra sauces in -- I always feel wasteful just throwing them away at other places because they gave me too much or I didn't use enough. Food is always on point, got super crowded during a work day lunch. Drive through line wrapped all the way around so decided to go in to get food. The wait to order and for food was probably a total of 15 min... not the business' fault that they are just so damn yummy. Service is always fast, kind, and accurate. Always a pleasant experience. My most recent trip on Thursday was great, no line in the drive thru and the attendant was out there eager and ready to take my order. The food was extremely disappointing, I use to work at the Chick Fil A in Elk Grove and the quality of the food was 10 times better. My chicken minis were stale, the sweet tea tasted bitter, and supposedly I was not able to get spicy chicken in my breakfast burrito which is odd because i do it all the time. Quality control needs to happen at this location, would rather drive 20+ to Elk Grove for chick fil a than come here and waste money on stale food. read more

Meh, chicken's chicken. We first went to Mimi's Cafe and realized there was a 30 minute wait; which then resorted us next door to this place. It was the day after Christmas, so the roads and restaurants were packed including Chick Fil' A. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich meal which came out to be around $8 for a meal! (A bit pricey for a fast food joint, yeah?) Umm, I felt like I could make this at home. It was just a slice of chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and mayonnaise. I'm not quite sure what the hype is -- it's not like they had any special house sauce ingredient added. The chicken was a bit dry. Almost half way eating into my burger, the bread was literally soggy. I ended up taking off the bread and ate the chicken alone with ketchup. The sandwich was bland! I'm sorry, but I think McDonald's crispy chicken sandwich is juicier with MORE flavor! Their criss cut fries were okay; tasted bland also. I think Carl's Jr serves better fries. Though, they do have pretty nifty ketchup packets that I can give props to! (Reference to my uploaded pic!) There's an ample amount in each packet and you actually have the option to squeeze out the ketchup or straight dunk your fries into it! You have to see it for yourself! This location is sanitary. Unlike most fast food joints, the tables are already clean and wiped down before you sit down with your meal. My two stars goes out to the cleanliness of this place! read more

Apparently, you can no longer go inside to order food. The drive thru line was absolute insanity and totally unsafe to get to. I parked my car far away and when I walked up, I was rudely told that I could only go through the drive through or download an app to order. No thank you.
