So I'm continuing my quest to visit all of the Jersey Mikes in the area and tasting and ranking all the cold subs on the menu. This time I stopped by the location in Natomas on Del Paso Rd. It shares a parking lot in a pretty big shopping center with other businesses and so parking in plentiful. As I did at the previous location I ordered on the app using my rewards points to get a free mini sandwich. This time I went with the mini #6-Roast Beef and Provolone. This sandwich features roast beef, provolone, olive oil, vinegar, jalapenos, banana peppers, pickles, onions and lettuce on a rosemary parmesan bread. The store itself was very clean when I arrived and also not overly busy. The workers greeted me when I arrived at my designated time for sandwich pickup and my sandwich was ready. Not sure what happened exactly but the sandwich was kind of soggy when I finally unwrapped it and started eating it. This kind of ruined the texture a bit and the eating experience. The flavors were still banging and I truly liked that part of it but the texture thing kinda brought down the entire meal a notch or two. Overall the location is nice and the employees were efficient and the ease of parking was wonderful-just got a little unlucky with the sandwich. The quest continues. Jersey Mike's is my husband's favorite sandwich spot, so while we were running errands we stopped by to pick up sandwiches. When we stopped in they were advertising a buy one giant sub get one for 50% off after 5pm. We decided to roll with it and we each ordered a giant. While we were there I noticed they were selling jars of their hot chopped pepper relish, so I picked up one. The team working was friendly and efficient and we were on our way with our sandwiches in no time. The giant sandwiches were giant! It's definitely enough for 2-3 meals depending on how hungry you are. The bread was fresh and soft, they had a good amount of toppings and I loved the hot chopped pepper relish on the sub. We come to jersey mikes because my 12 year old likes to eat the bread. We have ordered bread dozens of times, at many different locations. Traveling from the Bay Area to Sacramento we stopped at this location, and they would not sell us bread by itself . We left without ordering, looking for another location. I haven't been one for a sub sandwich for a while, but recently I saw that Jersey Mike's has a lunch special. Where you can either get a sandwich, a salad, or a wrap plus chips and a drink for less than $11 with tax. Additionally, on Mondays, they now offer double points, so this has became one of my favorite to go to for lunch. I often order on the app so this way I can just pick it up. Most times by the time I arrive my meal is already ready to go. I haven't had a problem with them making any order incorrectly yet. The staff is always friendly. The restaurant inside is always clean and everything seems well stocked. Plenty of seating inside if you wish to stay and eat. Would like to see them add a few more protein options instead of ham to their deal. read more

Heading home from a long road trip and Jersey Mike's is always clutch. The Original Italian is my go to, but this visit I decided to try the Club Supreme. Once again, Jersey Mike's did not miss! Roast beef, turkey, smoke bacon and provolone, the Club Supreme became another JM's favorite at first bite. We ordered the Giant which could easily feed 3-4 and made excellent leftovers. I asked for light mayo but the amount I got did not seem light. The sandwich is also pretty small, especially considering how much it cost. Exactly what I would expect from a Jersey Mike's location. Consistency, quality, and friendly service. Sebastian waited on me and was very friendly. He said hello to every customer that walked in. He was very professional. I got my usual regular #6 and regular #13. Although, being from the Jersey Shore, I still want to call it a half (for half sub). My review would be a 5 but they messed up kind of big. My son has celiac. I told them he has a gluten allergy and needed gluten free. I also said no jalepenos. The bag marked gluten free actually had one of the other regular sandwiches in it and he took a bite not realizing it wasn't gluten free. So that was a big upset. I ordered two other sandwiches that were in the wrong bags. I ordered no jalepenos and it had jalepenos and no peppers, I ordered no peppers on the other one and it had peppers. The persons sandwich with the jalepenos can't eat spicy so the other person switched with them so neither got the sandwich they ordered. I ordered tuna and it was fresh and delicious. 10/10 on that one. I did call and they offered to comp us one sandwich. Everyone was really friendly and nice when I went in. I was craving a sandwich, and decided to go to Jersey mikes. We come here often, but haven't been here for a while. I love that they slice the meat right in front of you vs having the meat already cut. It just gives a more fresh experience. We came here yesterday and ordered the Italian mikes way and two kids meals with turkey and cheese. My son loved it. The sandwiches were great and tasted great. I do wish they had more hot sub options like meatballs or pastrami. I also wish they had a way to toast the cold subs. They said they can only grill the meat. I wish I got the name of the guy that was helping me at the beginning...Caucasian, average built, a little fluffy...not one of the tall, skinny Caucasian guys there. Anyway, came here for the first time and ordered a BLT. I'm pregnant so mayo and cheeses have to be pasteurized to safely eat it. It's unsafe for pregnant women to eat unpasteurized dairy. So I asked if he knew if the mayo was pasteurized. He chuckled, rolled his eyes like it was the most annoying question in the world and said I don't know and went about his business... so I apologized and kindly asked if he could find out because I'm pregnant and can't have unpasteurized mayo. He walked over to a coworker and jokingly asked if she knew if it was pasteurized. She didn't know. So he continued to laugh and ask his other coworker if he knew. They didn't. Came back to the station to continue making a sandwich and eventually looked up at me and rudely said, "we don't know". I was very kind and there was no reason for this guy to be a complete asshole. Terrible service from him. Could've checked the label on the tub it comes in or something? He was the slicer so another guy finished making my sandwich with the produce and he was very nice. Absolutely love Jersey Mikes and this location. Was surprised to see how low the reviews were for this place. Service is great and the sandwiches are even better. My sandwiches come out perfect every time. They never forget ingredients and are mindful and aware of things you don't want on it. I've ordered in person and online and have not had a mishap. I usually order #13 mikes way with Mayo, CPR, dill pickles and honey mustard. I will also order #9 mikes way, with chipotle Mayo, CPR, dill pickles and honey mustard with a side of buffalo sauce. 11 month update! I work close by this location and been hitting up this store couple times a week. This place has been fall down lowkey everybody in the store needs to get fired and new stuff or location needs to move . There is always some drama fight or chaos and online order are never ready even 20 minutes after order and you have to wait another 20 in the storewhich makes walk in a better option. There are scoop goop on the back counters means they are not even cleaning to the point, I sometimes place an order and after walking in and up canceling or not even eating the food. The Jersey Mike's Philly Sub (#17) is the bomb! Pricey because you really have to order with extra meat and extra cheese (and I have them add a schmear of mayo like in Philadelphia and always include a 25% tip.) You're on your own for sweet cherry peppers and pepperoncini (we keep jars of them in the fridge just to enjoy with a Mike's anyhow so no biggie.) They're the bloody crack cocaine of Philly sammiches here (I have one pretty much daily.) While they're not entirely Philly (again, no Amoroso hoagie rolls, provolone, Wiz, or Philadelphia style sides like Utz chips, TastyKakes, or Hank's available - just Pepsi *yuck* products - but that's not their point and would be totally lost on the locals in any event) but I crave the damned things as they are. Staff knows how to work a grill and get it right, the manager (owner?) is usually on-site and rabid about his people providing top-notch service, which in my experience they do even in his absence. I'm giving them five stars instead of four just as a fungu to their critics and despite the lack of Amoroso which you can't get fresh-baked out here in the first place and Mike's in-house fresh baked rolls are very good yet still require the extra filling to bring them up from just a really good substitute to really Philadelphia worthy. Without the extra meat and cheese the subs are pretty thin and the bread wicked doughy... I wouldn't recommend doing one without that extra meat and cheese. Even all the meats for their menu are sliced on-site, not trucked-in frozen and microwaved crap with all that right up front for customers to see. While I have yet to try any of their hoagie menu they look and smell for all the world genuine too. I'll get around to them, eventually, after my cheesesteak jag runs its course. Let me start with this. I have been coming to this location for about 6 month now. It's been great. But now I had a bad experience. But they shown no concern. To add to this experience. This is happen on my lunch time, lost some time of pay and drove back. I should be enjoying my lunch. So when I got to the van. I noticed I have white bread. So, I drove back to the store.
