Service is terrible. Went to this location Monday July 13th. Placed Mobile Order and lady said to wait for it to pop up yet she MADE ME WAIT 35 FREAKING MINUTES LIKE WHAT THE HELL. There was nobody in the store but me and her so I'm not sure why she was still doing other thing instead of making my order even though I told her I placed it and had it on my phone for receipt. I learned my lesson for the year never go to this location in the morning especially on lunch break because nobody will care to make the order and will take their sweet time preparing the store instead of your order. This subway is awesome! The ladies behind the counter were extremely helpful and made me a bomb sandwich. All of the veggies looked fresh, newly replaced and they were cut perfectly. For example the cucumbers and tomatoes were sliced thin, which I prefer. I ordered the Italian BMT (but it also had capicola). I added all the veggies except tomatoes and jalapeños and I also added the garlic aioli and creamy sriracha. On Italian herbs and cheese bread. Soooooo good! I also tried my friend's meatball melt. Not my favorite sandwich because I personally prefer a lot of vegetables and this was just cheese and meatballs. It also gets pretty soggy if you wait to eat it at all. Made an online order for pick up. On the app it said the order was ready for pick up before I arrived at the store. Once i got to the store my order was not even started. In the area running errands and remembered I'd been wanting a Subway tuna sammy for the longest time. I was greeted by PK as soon as I entered the store, while she finished another persons order. PK was personable and funny, and made my sandwich to my specifications. Couldn't resist the salty, cheesy Doritos staring at me so I upgrade to a combo and got Doritos and a Diet Coke. There are many sandwich chains (Togo's, Jersey Mike's) that I like better, but this particular Subway is a winner in my book. It is clean. The family that runs it are awesome people and they make a generous sandwich. Their new sandwiches are also very good. This location has everything going for them. It was like every other subway, except for the fact that she asked me how I was paying from the start. She asked me if it was ebt, cash, or credit. But she didn't ask the people before or after me that question. When I went to pay, she placed everything out of reach until the cards was approved. No subway has ever done that. i can not believe the audacity of the male employee who worked 9/23/24! i placed my online order and when i seen how slim my sandwich was i decided to open ot and realized he went very skimp on everything and mind you i literally only asked for spinac, olives, and extra pepper. i passed it off and did not make a fuss of it. my husbands sandwich was super slim and i had to ask him at this point what was going on. i went to counter and spoke to the employe. he said he could not put extra peppers as asked. i found that odd. i asked him what about the mean there was hardly any on there. his reply was that he was going to cancel my order because $23 was not enough for 3 sandwiches that normally cost $7/$8 each. he began to act as if the product came from his paycheck. i told him to look at my pathetic excuse of a sandwich and he said thats how they make it there. i told him just give me my extra peppers and he was even reluctant to do that for me! what got me upset was his excuse that i didnt pay enough according to him and that he was going to cancel my order. he made no sense and still did not offer to remake or add or make it better. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Extremely rude staff! When I walked in, I asked use the rest room to wash my hands. The lady wanted me to buy a cookie or something first! Stopped for a quick lunch grab-n-go... Two problems: 1) ordered a meal, plus an extra soda... Sodas were BOTH flat. Took them back in... Counter person said it was because they were "warm". It wasn't clean and there was trash on the floor. The counters were not wiped down around the soda machine and it was not up to their usual standards. My desire for foot long Veggie Delights have returned especially after the return of five dollar foot longs! Well almost. Subway has returned with Footlong Faves with 5 select sandwiches being only $4.99 even for a foot long. Every single location I have been to so far seems to adhere to the Subway promotion besides this location. I've asked a franchisee at another Subway location and they told me that all Subways must comply. The fact that this location will ignore franchise promotions to charge you more, shows that they prioritize profits at the cost of consumer satisfaction. Another Subway limiting the veggies yet not informing customers of the limitation prior to the sale. No ads, no online notice, absolutely nothing to make customers aware online or in person. I've been to two locations where customers were allowed to add extras and indicated that it was absurd that on two occasions I have been told something wrong. While here, after the sandwich was made, the employee put the veggies back in the containers as I left the store. I am NOT paying extra for veggies when NO SUBWAY has an extra veggie charge!! I came in today at 250p. The new girl Flo I believe her name is just couldn't get it together, first of all she came out from the back with her gloves already on, I told her what I wanted and she says toasted right? I said no please and she gets ready to toast my sandwhich after I told her no thank you then she says oh I asked you and you said yes. NO Flo I said NO thank you. Then I tell her what I want she starts to put olives when I didn't ask for any! Then I ask for light mustard! She put EXTRA. All the while the manager is yapping to the mail lady. Flo rings up my order with her gloves on then helps another customer with the same gloves! (Didn't change them once!) After she touched the cash register with them!
