This is the first Chic-fil-a location, in 15+ years, that I've experienced several rude employees. Today I was accosted by an employee that accused me of "skipping the line". I was told that I needed to "get out of the line and re-join or park and go inside". Mind you, I had already placed an order online for pick up and checked in with another employee via the drive thru line 2-3 minutes prior. After the employees realized they had made a mistake they said "never-mind, you can go", they did not even apologize. I mentioned the ordeal to two other employees, one woman indicated she was a manager, but neither seemed concerned. I thought Chic-fil-a prides itself in customer service/respect but clearly the bar has been lowered. Furthermore, the food is subpar for Chic-fil-a standards as well. I have been given cold/soggy fries on numerous occasions. Today I received a large order of fries that were half full, photo attached for reference. My kid favorite fast food- chicken nuggets, fries and lemonade. I haven't tasted cfa in a looong time but last night a bite from my kid's fries- oh so good! The fries look light in color (must be the oil is fresh and they change it often) and it wasn't oily... Most importantly, the customer service is excellent. From the gentleman who handle the lines of cars waiting thru the drive-thru (coordinating which car exit and go first, and next)... he did it very efficiently and well. Thank you. The lady who took our order was fast and eloquent to the young man who checked one last time the order was correct and we need to make changes and handed out our receipt... good job young man! I will NEVER give this establish any business again. Not only was a treated poorly, items we paid for were not included. I attempted to call, no one answers. We had to drive all the way back just to be treated extremely dismissively by manager Alexis, who was incredibly condescending and rude, she kept cutting me off and was incredibly dismissive. She wouldn't replace all of the items not included WHICH we had already paid for and threatened to call the police if we didn't leave the drive thru. Server Josh said he threw in an extra item for the trouble yet when I got to the window the manger-Alexis said sorry he didn't put it in the system? Seriously, who does this? My daughter & I needed something delicious and she's been craving chicken lately. She suggested Chick-fil-a. We came to the location on Madison & 80 during a very busy lunch. The line was wrapped around the building! When you see other places like that, it's at least a 25 minute wait in the drive thru. We're pull on up and whoever did the layout was genius! There are 2 speakers to order from. However, when it was as busy as it was on this particular visit, they have their employees stand outside with handheld devices, menus, and a card payment system ready to get your order in and cooked fast. I saw many smiling faces of people working here. It gave me the best vibe! As I approached the window to pick up my food, a man leaned out the window and greeted me, smiling of course. Asked me how my day was. There were so many people to serve with so many of us in line and this man was so cheerful! After receiving our food, as you pull foward, be careful. The line to order is right there passing by, that part of the driveway is painted with a 'keep clear' on the ground. Thankfully, otherwise we'd never get out... they'll just have to give my daughter more chicken, lol! My daughter said best chicken nuggets by far! I love their original Chick-fil-A sandwich. It comes with pickled on the bottom, juicy chicken between bread. Another great thing about Chickk-fil-A... they have unique sauces on their menu and they always ask you what kind of sauces you need. This is a really great food place. They always have good service because it's Chick-fil-A. They are really good and just an awesome fast food chain. If I was forced to eat at one restaurant for the rest of my life, it would be to eat here. They have awesome customer service, they have killer chicken, and the line always goes fast inside and the drive through. When you do go into the restaurant, it is really nice inside. Sometimes they have a play place for children depending on the area. It's also at a really normal tone inside. It's not too loud or quiet, which I like. And overall, if someone is craving chicken, this is my go to recommendation. read more

This Chick-fil-A location has horrible customer service. Gave me my food early on in the drive thru, so I have time to count my sauces because they never give me the amount ordered. Since I had time for my food to go cold waiting behind 2 cars with large orders I counted the sauces and saw I was shorted 3. So when I finally go to pass the window I ask for 5 more sauces the girl hands me 3. I ask for the other 2 and she tells me new policy no extra sauces. I told her you shorted me in the first place so it's pretty funny she knew to give me three sauces cause that's exactly what she shorted me. She then says you wanna talk to my manager. I say sure. He comes and lets me know the new policy tells me I can buy sauce in an 8 oz bottle but the sauce packet I had doesn't come in that size bottle and it's not for sale. I even offered to pay for 2 lousy ketchup size packets and he said no. So after my 10+ years of coming to this location being shorted on my sauces on almost every visit I will no longer give this place my money. Disappointed with how small the fry was, you can't even tell there's fries looking at the container head on. (The photo is at an angle so you can see how little fries are in there) Already pricy for eating out, so when I choose to eat out I appreciate the entirety of what size I order. Drove 20 mins as this is the closest Chic Fila to my house. The first time I had Chic Fila breakfast was a few weeks ago in Las Vegas, I was shocked how good it was, dang near a whole fried chicken breast on a small biscuit. What I got today here in Sac after driving 20 mins was a sad little piece of white meat chicken that I could barely taste through the biscuit. I don't think I can go back after seeing the differences between the one I had here and the ones in Vegas. Maybe it's a California thing to keep prices low. But the quality just isn't the same. I went to chick fil a today to redeem a free spicy chicken sandwhich I had previously been given. When I was ordering I told the worker that I didn't want to use the $30 gift card I had on the app since it was my boyfriends (we tried looking up the amount in the past and for some reason it added it to my phone). Anyways I told him I didn't want to use it and he proceeded to charge me from the app. Then when I get home I noticed they also cheated me out of a large fry. Why does it look like a regular fry has more than a large fry?? Get it together CFA.... You have to get the creamy salsa with it. You can also opt to get the nuggets with it instead of the reg chicken. You can never go wrong with their spicy deluxe chicken sandwich.
