When I'm in Saint George I always stop at this Chik-Fil-A, though now that we have them in Las Vegas it's not as special as it used to be but still my favorite fast food restaurant. The staff at this location is incredibly nice and most of them have been here for quite a while.. they're always happy to top off your drink or give you extra sauces without question. I've been here many times and have never had my order messed up. If you've never had Chik-Fil-A stop and check it out.. try the classic sandwich if you're a first timer add cheese to boost the flavor the breeding has a bit of sweetness that some don't like but I love. The grilled chicken sandwich with bacon is also great and for breakfast get the bagel sandwich, it is easily my favorite fast food breakfast sandwich. For dessert grab yourself a cookies and cream milkshake they're super good. read more

Okay don't get me wrong, I love Chick-fil-A. I always enjoy the food I order and receive great customer service every time. However, the issue that I had when I went today was the ketchup "packets" I was given. As usual, asked the worker who took my order to give me as much ketchup as possible, and I received what I asked for. After getting my food, I started to eat a spicy deluxe sandwich and suddenly wanted some ketchup with my sandwich. I shoved my hand into a bag and then quickly pulled out some ketchup. The packaging of the sauce can be described as a miniature bottle, but made out of a flexible plastic and what appeared to be aluminum foil. In order to open these little packets, one it supposed to tear off the tip of the small bottle shaped object. I set down my spicy chicken deluxe an attempted to do so, but found it extremely difficult to rip off the meager piece of plastic. I continued to struggle for a minute and finally ripped off something, but as I took a closer look, I realized, with great frustration, that I hadn't ripped off the part I was supposed to, and instead removed the upper half of that part. This left me still unable to reach the ketchup inside the little plastic bottle. After coming to realize that I was being a little over dramatic with my frustration, I thought to myself "Maybe this particular ketchup package was just weird and being difficult. I'll just grab another one and try it again." That is exactly what I did. I found another lil packet and once again tried ripping off the perforated edge. To my great dismay, I continued to have and incredibly hard time. I finally resorted to using both my hand along with my teeth in an effort to rip the plastic bit off so that I could finally reach the ketchup I so desperately wanted. The first time I tried the method of using my teeth, I had success and my intense frustration disappeared rapidly. On the second attempt, however, I had even more difficulty than ever before. I pull and pulled and pulled. Instead of taking the tip off cleanly, the entire package exploded and ketchup went all over the front of my shirt. At first I was shocked, but my surprise soon became anger. I came to this Chick-fil-A from a different city and only had one shirt with me today. It was now ruined along with my mood. Like I said earlier, I have never had any problems with this location after visiting it several times over the last year, but the damn ketchup packets really pissed me the hell off. They are nearly impossible to open with out the help of scissors, but who casually has a pair of scissor sitting in their car?!?!? All I wanted was to enjoy my spicy deluxe sandwich with some ketchup, and instead I got a mess and a bad mood. Okay, so I am on my period this week and honestly just need a way to vent the angry feelings I have inside of my soul at the moment. I love Chick-fil-A and think they shouldn't change anything about themselves, except for the effing ketchup packets. It is imperative that someone fixes the packaging of those idiotic things. I admit it I'm addicted. I knew nothing about chick fil a until I met my wife. While visiting my family in California she insisted we stop and eat at one but now we can eat at this one right here in st george. We travel to Utah often so this has become a regular pit stop. I usually get the spicy chicken sandwich. It has pickles on it and I ask for ranch to dunk it in. For a fast food place this chicken sandwich is damn good and lives up to the spicy in its name. I only need to pass through sometime early enough to try the spicy chicken breakfast biscuit. My wife usually orders the nuggets and I snag 1 or 2. It's cool because the chicken is fresh and hand breaded each day. There is a drive thru or plenty of seating inside. If you are a fan of the lemonade they sell it by the gallon. You can also buy some of their addicting sauces too. read more

Food is good but the last 3 times I was there they didn't fill the order correctly. The first error wasn't discovered until after we arrived home with the food. They had bagged the fries and drink but no sandwich. When I called to complain, it was so loud the employee could hardly hear me and I had to repeat everything multiple times. They said they'd send me an email with a free meal but it never came. The other times I had to explain how the order was incorrect to a very confused employee who couldn't count correctly. Chick-fil-A in St. George is the closest one to Vegas and when I was in town for my part-time job, you know I had to pay my respects. Kevin Y. and I arrived around 11:30am on a Friday and there were customers already, but it wasn't packed yet. This is a brand-new location and the staff has it down. It seemed like every register was open with friendly people just ready to take our orders. I got my standard chicken nugget meal, 12 piece this time instead of the 8, which comes with waffle fries and a drink. By the time I finished paying, my food was handed to me on a tray--fast! Now, some people are fans of Chick-fil-A and some don't understand the hype, but I've been a customer since growing up in SoCal, so there is a touch of nostalgia associated with this place. I also really do love their chicken nuggets, something I only have at this establishment. The cole slaw is great, too, but I didn't get any this time--I forgot to substitute the waffle fries for it. The staff comes around to your table and gets your drinks refilled for you and the place is clean as a whistle. By the time we left, there was a line at the counter and at the drive-thru, so I'm not the only one who loves them some Chik-fil-A; St. George is lucky to have one in its town. read more

This place is as I remember. The real white meat chicken in popcorn style is so easy to eat too many! Chicken nuggets are not too heavy with thick breading, just enough to give flavor. The dipping sauces are great options: Honey mustard, bbq, honey bbq, and more but my fave is always simple ketchup or buffalo! The buffalo was what I chose this trip and love how it gives it a kick. They have kids meals and have a surprise in them and can get applesauce pouch which is really convenient as no spoon needed! It's also better for kids than the fries, although the waffle fries are great! The customer service was great at the drive through as she was helpful and the line moved quick where we barely waited. The location is new so it's nice and clean. Everything was fresh and since I brought a cooler it was even yummy when we got home! read more

This place always seems to be busy. The drive through line was long and a bit confusing on where to wait. However, even though it was long, it was really fast. I've had to wait twice as long at other places that only have a couple cars in front of me. The order was spot on and the food was great, even though there were 6 of us and every person customized their meal. Will go back again for sure. read more

Every time we take a road trip, the first question my daughter always asks is, "Is there a Chick-fil-A?" At age 12, she thinks she is omniscient and has experienced everything this world has to offer. But I'll give it to her that her knowledge about Chick-fil-A is right. This location is no different than others we've been to with the same great tasting chicken, clean restaurant, and always cheerful and friendly staff. A chicken deluxe, waffle fries, and soda will set you back about a grand in calories, but it will definitely hit the spot. The employees will come around to top off your drink if you just want to sit and relax while your food digests. Since this is the closest Chick-fil-A to me currently, I can't say I'm a frequent visitor. But, my visit here was fantastic. I arrived before the "dinner rush" it seemed, so when I ordered then got ketchup before sitting down, my food was already ready. Sweet. Great service, friendly employees and very clean facilities. I could go on and on about the chicken, but let's just say I really, really dig it I also have an ongoing love affair with their perfect waffle fries. If you're in the area, stop by. Although I don't get the chick-fil-a buzz...and this predates back to when I first had it while staying in TX for a couple months...I still don't get it. But each visit to St.George, we come. We come because it's fast...and we don't have it in Las Vegas. However, this location is always so dang busy and I think it's because it's like a pit stop location. Or at least that's how I see it. With the place being so busy, that means harder to find a table so squeeze yourself in once you do, women's bathroom line is long thanks to having just 3 stalls I believe, and the kids area is a madhouse. I have to give this location 3 stars because although the staff is ridiculously friendly and helpful (I haven't met a rude person in st.george yet!)...our chicken was all right and the waffle fries were kind of extra greasy the last couple visits. As if whoever fried it skipped the draining part. Sorry heart. Tables were dirty but I have a hard time blaming them because that last visit...whew...crazy busy. I got a bit lost in St. George, and this spot was a welcome sight. In the evening, the drive-thru line was a tad long, so I parked it, went inside and BAM...no line. Got my food and I was out the door within 5 minutes. The food was as expected (Great) and the service was awesome. Typical CFA employees...happy, friendly and fast. The Skinny: Even though they are well known for their chicken sandwiches, their other menu items are well executed considering the fact that it is a fast food chain (4), Service: awesome staff, Southern hospitality with a clean family friendly environment (5), Value: considering the value of the food, the service, it's easily ranks a 4 starred review. Although Chick-fil-a is known for it's fried chicken sandwiches, I rarely order these items off their menu. In general, people neglect the other great items they have for breakfast/lunch/dinner. For breakfast, I usually order their steel cut oats and their yogurt with granola (you can also get cookie crumbles with this instead). Their use of steel cut oats require actually cooking the oats, leading to a more wholesome product versus the usual quick oat swill you get elsewehere. In this location, it was noted that their steel cut oats were a little watery compared to others I have been to. Their yogurt has large whole strawberries embedded in the delicious concoction - its very similar to something you would make/eat at home. For lunch/dinner, I usually will get their Asian chicken salad or their Cool Wrap with avocado lime ranch dressing (aka known as crack dressing). Their salads are definitely a step up compared to other fast food joints with nice fresh crisp lettuce. The cool wrap of grilled chicken, cheese, and veggies in a grain wrap puts other fast food chains to shame. Combined with a dressing of your choice, it makes for a great little meal that you can take along with you on your journeys (sometimes we get it to go and it holds of pretty well for about a day if you stash in your cooler). FYI - the avocado lime ranch dressing tastes really good with the spicy chicken sandwich. Their milkshakes tastes like the real deal - so thick that initially it is hard to suck it up with your straw. The lemonade tastes similar to homemade as it is fresh-squeezed in the store. Bonus points for having a Splenda version for the diabetes in the crowd. Their fresh brewed sweet tea is also legit and tastes of Southern hospitality. The ice dream is good. It has a bit of an icy texture to it - I think it might be this particular location because I've had it before it was a bit creamier in texture. It is a good way to satisfy your cravings for soft serve. Overall, this is a great value in a family friendly environment. The small touches like the fresh flowers on the table and the ubiquitous helpful/friendly staff make this an enjoyable experience. We are glad that they opened this location closer to Vegas so that the hubs and I can get our Chick fil a fix every so often. 4 starred review. read more

The almighty chick fil a. Everyone kept telling me how great it was, so I couldn't wait to stop by before heading out to our cabin trip. First off, is it good, yah it's pretty good. But the big but is it's good for fast food. Let me give big props to this location because the entire staff, even EVS was extremely pleasant. It's not often you get that at a sat food restaurant, so they deserve a big thumbs up for that. We tried the regular and spicy chicken sandwich and we have agreed that the spicy sandwich was our favorite. The waffle fries are pretty good and don't let the size of the box fool you, you could def share the fries between two people. Dipping your sandwiches or fries in the variety of sauces is what I recommend. I tried the mustard and Polynesian sauce. What makes it Polynesian sauce still has me puzzled. This review is purely about the drive thru, as I didn't go inside, but I give it a 5 star! The speed of the workers, correctness of the order, and quality of the food was top notch and flat out impressive for it being the lunch rush hour. The only "complaint" I would have is that the workers seem to be totally focused on speed and getting through as many cars as quick possible and as a result I didn't get the high quality customer service that Chick-fil-a usually offers. Didn't get a "how are you today?" or even the classic "my pleasure" after thanking them for the food. But a 5 star nonetheless as speed and quality definitely take priority over customer service in my mind. read more
