    Chick-fil-A
    Anthony G.

Back in the very end of May, my family were flying back home from a trip. My mother has mobility issues so the airport staff drove us all to our terminal. On the drive we passed Chick-Fil-A, and i decided once we got off to make the long walk back to get them food. The service was ridiculously quick. Person in front of me made a huge order! It was a 5 min wait for to make order 12 min total for food... and they worked on an order of 60 nuggets before me! Thats crazy! So i was super happy on my long way back. When i got there i got the disappointment that they got the order partially wrong. My mother's and brother's food was correct, mine was not. I decided it was not worth the long trek back. Oh well, guess nothing is perfect...

Food was pretty good, service not too bad, however you may or may not end up with what you ordered. As I was waiting for my food I chatted up some regulars who worked out at this airport location. They warned me that orders are constantly wrong or messed up somehow. As we waited, sure enough another customers entire order was lost and he had to reorder. So as I walked away with my food, I did make sure I had the right amount of items but it wasn't until I was long gone that I realized my order was wrong. I had ordered two breakfast egg sandwiches, one with cheese and one without. However, one of the sandwiches was a chicken breakfast sandwich, it was still good but not what I ordered. Also the tatter tots were nicely fried.

Everyone loves Chic-filet and this is a nice addition to the airport. Lines are always long here so not great if you are in a hurry. They serve chicken only but if you want a burger there is a Smashburger next door.

This is the Chick-fil-A location inside the third level of hell that is the Minnesota-St. Paul Airport(see review). This is another standard CFA location. Since we were having such a great time on our layover(sarcasm alert), we decided to grab some chicken sandwiches. All the employees were very kind and helpful. Even though there was a line both times I was here, they moved through it fairly quickly. I guess the reason I'm only giving it 3 stars is the price. Yes, I know it is inside an airport. I don't care. Two drinks and two sandwiches should not have to cost a person nearly $14. I paid it though. Mainly because I have no idea when I will next have the opportunity to enjoy one of those yummy sandwiches. Oh well, what are ya gonna do? so yea.. 3 stars is what this feels like to me.. It is what it is (tasty as hell) but since it is in the airport, you WILL pay for it!

This was my fries. Less than half normal.

Worst CFA I've been too. Staff too busy joking around. Long lines, don't care about customers. Victoria insulted a customer about not speaking English. This is an international airport! Staff eating on the job and laughing about waiting lines. "We just having fun" said Mercedes as customers were upset and leaving the line. I was mocked for not "having fun" after I finally got my order. Please hire and train new staff!

Great service, tasty food. Staff is very friendly. I waited only 3 min for my food and the Manager was very apologetic and gave me a free brownie. Very unexpected and a pleasant surprise. Great for a quick meal at MSP

I love being able to grab some Chick-Fil-A between flights. On a recent cross country journey from NYC to San Diego, Delta (of course) routed me through MSP. I had a 6:00 am flight out of JFK and so a tired, disoriented and coffee-less Bill stumbled out of the plane a few hours later, cranky and hungry. But what to my wondering eyes did appear, this Chick-Fil-A! They were still serving breakfast and for a moment I was disappointed, but then I saw they had spicy chicken biscuits with little hash browns and I was sold! Everything was delicious (I had two biscuits, oink, oink) and the lady couldn't have been sweeter. I love the Midwest and I'm a fan of this Chick-Fil-A!

I need more chick bells! LOL

Like everyone else, I love chick fil A. The spicy chicken sandwiches is the best ever. I've tasted the chicken nuggets and the waffle fries . But my go to is alway the plain spicy chicken sandwich. So, since I was in a super big rush today running from one airport terminal to the other in St. Paul Minneapolis, chick fil A was there for me. I had about 30 minutes and wanted to sit and savor my crispy, spicy sandwich. Unfortunately all of the order stalls were down so we had a wait in one long line to order. This took about 15 minutes and then another 10 just to get my food. I had just enough time to get to my gate. I'm so sorry to all my fellow flier for eating that sandwich on the plane. I just couldn't help it. I was hungry. Hopefully on my way back home the order stalls will be fixed so the next person sitting next to me doesn't have to smell my food.

So, it's a smaller airport location and thus has a modified menu(I'll add a pic of the menu to my review). So don't go excepting everything. However, I love Chick-fill-a so I'll take what I can get. It's very popular and often the line is long which can be rough if you are on a time limit to catch a flight. I'm at this airport a lot for work and I can say that several times I have tried to run a get something here for lunch but the line was so long I knew I couldn't take the chance of being late for my fight. The service is generally very good. I love getting the sausage biscuit for breakfast. It's less than $2.50 and is absolutely delicious.

Try this place! For those of us from MN, try the chicken sandwich. It is awesome! The breakfast is good here too.

How does a Chick-fil-a not have Chick-fil-a Sauce? Unacceptable to run out - and on a weekday, too.

Instead EVERYONE is 100 % natural welcoming laid back and genuine in wanting to see you content and pleased. Nothing is ever pushed onto you. The quality of the pastrami, its seasoning, the textures and bright flavors of the breads and bagels the nova the chopped liver the extra creamy marinated Cole slaw and perfect half sour pickles ( wISH they had bialys!). All perfect. All old world. Our favorite very old deli in West Palm Beach was sold 1.5 years ago and gone gone gone are the DELIGHTFUL happy charming old staff and the perfect old world flavors, cooking. In Sarasota where we just lived the last 5 years, a new deli closed after just 2 years, and there is nothing left. We've been visiting family in Sarasota every year for 40 years. Gone too in the Twin Ciries is the ownership by brothers Scot and Stu of Hopkin's beloved Crossroads Deli just last year. The new owners, a corporation owning 6-8 other restaurants have CHANGED almost all the recipes for breads, cakes , wonderous cookies and 80 % of all pastries! No more butter, no more fine ingredients and no more of their once " Grossinger's taste/quality" STELLAR seeded rye bread! They even eliminated the lemon flavoring. In their incomparable lemon coconut cake! Their stuffed cabbage is one of their only true deli dishes left. Sandwiches are half their original size...... heart breaking after going there 3-4 times a week for 25 years........ Cecil's of course had to cut back on the $$ use of butter in their pastries. But they have WORKED VERY HARD to still retain their wonderous long long ago heart warming flavors. ALL their sandwiches are AUTHENTIC. Old world New York City flavors! Made with care and love. My husband loves their beautiful generous Nova salmon platte. Noshing away happily! I love their pastrami Rachel's with plentiful half sour pickles lots of Russian dressing and creamy Cole slaw. Mmmmmm. I hope and pray Cecil's owner refrains for a long long time from selling his rare business. We must support Cecil's too.... Or lose it with all the others, and lose part of our joy and heart. Thank you Cecil's .....

Packed the midweek afternoon we visited, and we did not wait for a table. Loved my bowl of Matzo Soup, superb broth and the Matzo was delicious. Enjoyed my BLT on whole wheat and the homemade potato salad was amazing! Had a cherry cobbler for dessert that was incredible. Restaurant has been open for over 70 years, and I met the owner/manager, Cecil, afterward, and he just oozes customer service being a priority. It's a must-visit place.

I couldn't find a McDonald's near my hotel that offered the cactus plant flea market happy meal. I ended up downloading the McD's app on my phone (I now have two McD's apps, with the Canadian one having a maple leaf in the golden arches logo to distinguish the two) and found the offering at this location. I ordered the ten-piece McNuggets, with sweet and sour dipping sauce and a medium Diet Coke. I find that McD's stateside has more free offerings through its app. When the Vikings win, you get a free Big Mac. Cool! This eatery is in Saint Paul, not horribly far from the hotel that borders the city. It was a nice drive on a Sunday evening. I picked up my order at the drive-thru. The woman over the speaker was great. I got to the pickup window and got a hard-working, nice man. He was so hard on himself when he thought that he had completed my order, but realized looking into the paper bag that he was missing fries. I loved that quantity check. It's the main reason why I'm giving this McD's a higher rating despite not getting my happy meal toy. This store had run out of them, so I essentially got a regular meal. Not earth-shattering. Disappointed? A bit. I can still get a kid's happy meal if I need a toy with my meal, so all is well! He passed me my Diet Coke, followed by my bag of food. I thanked him and left. Turning onto West 7th street from the drive-thru can be challenge if you need to make a left turn. It doesn't have any traffic lights and this street is busy. I probably waited a good couple of minutes before I could safely complete my turn. I got to my hotel room and had a late dinner. I loved my McNuggets. They were crispy on the outside and tender inside. I love sweet and sour sauce. It's consistent in taste on either side of the border. My fries were yummy. It had the right amount of salt. I tend to dip them in the sweet and sour sauce. Perfect! I had the Big Mac the following day. I heated it up and it was yummy. Mind you, something free tends to make things better in my eyes. My Diet Coke hit the spot. It was cold and didn't taste watered down. You earn points stateside as you do at McD's in Canada. I currently have free items being offered that are all burgers (Big Mac, Quarter Pounder, and double cheeseburger). I should be able to claim all of them when I'm back in the Twin Cities. The expiry dates are awesome! I'd return here. Folks were friendly and my food was yummy. I also want to try the McRib because I don't remember if I liked it when I had it eons ago. (429)
